New Body Collision is fantastic! I got into a car accident on June 29th and I was recommended to this place. I do not regret anything the owner was so nice and worked with me through the process of what needed to be done. My insurance wasn’t going to pay for it so I definitely needed the owner’s help. He helped me out so much for a great price! Definitely recommend going to them for car work!

My car was sideswiped in a parking lot so I took it to New Body. Joe quoted a very reasonable price to fix it and asked that I give him a week lead time before bringing it in. He had the car 3 days (exactly the time frame he said) and gave me back a car that looked like it did the day it was delivered. I was concerned about how it would look because the car is metallic black (and I’m kind of a nut job about my car). No problem; it looks great. I highly recommend New Body.

Best Service I had.When my Toyota Matrix was rear-ended, my car mechanic recommended this place so I had my car towed here.I admit that after reading all the negative review from various sources, I was kinda nervous about having my car towed here to be repaired.But, after I actually met with the owner Joe, I feel a lot better. Joe was really nice and helpful. He even called the other partys insurance company for me and took care of all the processing for me.Once he was given authorization to fix my car, it only took 3 days to fix it. Joe did a really great job too. The color of the bumper and the back door is not mismatched and came out really nice. I couldnt tell that the car had the bumper and the back door replaced and re-painted.Most of the negative review seems to be because of the previous owner, but with the new owner Joe I am very satisfied with the service and the repair.New Body Collision is now the place I will go to for auto body repair.Hungte

Joe, the owner, is always willing to help and work with me. Reasonable pricing and always quick, reliable service. Ive been a loyal customer since he bought the place a about 10 years ago.Im not sure how anyone can complain about Joe. He gives honest and fair pricing and delivers on his promises every time. I guess no matter what you do you cant please some people.

OK everyone complaining here about slow service is talking about the old owner hes gone now. I recently took my 2012 jeep here to get a dent pulled out of the drivers side door. I quoted everywhere at 1600 to 1700 dollars all they wanted to do was replace the skin cause heating it and pulling the dent out was too much trouble I guess. This guy charged me 600 bucks and the job was seem less. Then he detailed and waxes it on top of it. My car looked amazing.

Terrible service, Joe does smooth talk, but does not really get the work done. You would have to take your car to this guy at least 5 times to get your work done, and he is very unpleasant to deal with, if you dont listen to him.Not recommended, please dont go, he could not fix noise coming out of my axle, even after he took my car in for three separate times, and yes he charged me the money and more for NOT FIXING the issue.

This guy wants more money in his pocket than he ever cares about customer.Unfortunately we have dealt with someone unprofessional as Joe. We have disclosed our situation and he have agreed to do an arrangement in the end he tried to take more money half more than what he fixed the car for. What a scam! I will report this to the cops and also did not give our deposit back after being paid double the amount he asked!

I would trust my car with no one other than New Body Collision. I have had a string of bad luck and as soon as something happens my first thought is Joe will help me. Within a few days my car is fixed, washed and ready to go. Thanks guys!
