These guys are great! I was turning in my phone for an upgrade, but had a piece of the charging cable stuck inside the charging port. Everyone else went straight to, well probably have to replace port..., these guys asked me to bring it in, to take a look. If they could remove the piece, great, if not, they may have to replace port. Guy took it to the backroom, and less than a minute later he came out with the stuck piece. No fuss, no BS, no hard sell. Ill be going to them for all my electronics needs going forward.

I agree with some of the other reviews I f I could give no starts I would. I Waited a week on a device to be returned to us to learn that it was still broken . They had to send it back and had to wait another week and they tried to charge me another $50 total of $200 . It’s been 3 weeks since the refund and I still haven’t received my money this all considering that this is for my 7 year old who has high functioning autism.. they are not only not responsible but non responsive and the owner was incredibly rude and insinuated that I broke the un repair device. The SIM card was missing too !

Never got back at me to let me know if the screen for my daughters cell came back. They replaced her screen w one not compatible.

The only reason I give this store a 4 star and not a 5 is mainly because I feel their communication with their customers in the simplest words is crappy. They told me to come back in a week and my phone would be ready, well a week and a couple of days went by and if i hadnt checked in, they wouldnt have contacted me. On top of that i come in and the phone is still not fixed. So thats where the communication part comes in, had they call to say what was happening, I probably would of love them more. All that aside, they took good care of my phone, not a scratch on it just like when i dropped it off. They couldnt fix the problem but helped me find a solution and here I am happy to have my phone back and looking like new. Overall I would still recommend them.

Got my iphone repaired great service good prices

Took my wifes phone in that had a problem with the camera shaking and screen going black. They called me back same day with the phone fixed. After a week it started having the same problems again so I took it back and was told that the person that fixed the phone before they did didnt put everything back in the phone which is wierd because I already brought the phone there to get fixed which they say they did. Anyway they said they would fix the problem and it took about 2 months and 3 trips to the store to do so. The last time I went to pick up the phone I get it back with the power button and mic not working. I then speak to one of the managers, who is in basketball shorts and slippers, who said they arent going to fix the phone because they did what I asked and these are separate problems. He even said the other manager would have fixed it but he is overruling him. Finally I take the phone to the Apple store and get it replaced because there was too much damage to fix. If you are looking for a place that you wont need to spend a lot of time, energy, and money, this isnt it.

If I could give this place no stars I would. It is a terrible place. I went to get my laptop lcd repaired and they broke the glass on my laptop and they blamed it on the computer rather than their terrible workmanship. So I went in there with initial damage and they further damaged it costing me a $100 more in damage. I would not trust them with my computer at all!! They obviously refused to pay. If you can do not go there at all! They are extremely unprofessional and unreasonable. They simply dont have the resources and ability to repair intricate things like laptops. I doubt they will be able to adequately repair anything that you ask for - they talk in circles and if they do anything wrong they wont own up to it. They are trying to make a buck and cover themselves so they wont give you the whole truth of your situation. Also they are not connected with professional third party companies - they buy things off of ebay and the prices are never set. They wont call you when they say and dont keep their words.

The employees are professional and polite hopefully I never have to return to have a repair but if I do I have a go to spot.
