I called the Wednesday to make an appointment. The guy this morning told me none of the information given to me was correct by their own customer service team and refused to honor what was said to me, including a part needed for the fix as well as their ability to price match as my phone is Samsung. Its a poorly run business. I will not be returning.

Knowledgeable staff and techs. Was able to tell me if my cellphone was still under manufacturer warranty. Unfortunately it wasnt. Changed the battery and informed me it would take about 3 hours to change, power it up and confirm it would hold the charge. Very happy with this company I knew nothing about

Broke the screen on my pixel 3 I wanted to get a new phone but a new pixel 5 was over a thousand dollars. So I decided to put in an insurance claim to have my old phone fixed. Assurion sent me here to fix the screen for 30 dollars. I couldnt be happier they changed the screen and the frame and also the battery. My phones last payment was this month so now I basically have a brand new pixel 3 with no payment. I am totally happy with this phone so I see no need to upgrade at this moment. Best 30 bucks I ever spent and apparently there is no limit as to how many times they fix it its 39 dollars every time you break it. Don’t bring your PC here, they had my computer for almost a week didn’t bother to even look at it. I called multiple times and each time I was told they didn’t start working on it yet, but every time you entered the store workers are just in the back talking on the phone. I went to pick it up due to them never working on it and they tried to give me my laptop with the back piece missing. Take your devices elsewhere!

My galaxy screen was cracked really bad. I honestly didn’t think it was fixable. I brought it here and the guys did a great job! Dropped my phone off and got it back within three hours. If you see my phone now, you would’ve never known my screen was cracked. EXCELLENT JOB!

Came in because my wife’s iPhone lightning connector would no longer accept the charging cable - we could not plug it in all the way. UBreakIFix immediately found the issue: part of the cable broke off in my wife’s phone! They removed the piece at no charge. A less honest repair shop would have charged $$. Great experience!

Don’t take your pc here!! Took them two weeks to tell me both of my pc’s were not fixable and had broken parts. Took both of those same pc’s to another repair shop and both were fixed in a day. Never going here again 😅

Best place to get your devices fixed

My phone kept shutting down despite having a high battery charge and so I took it to U Break I Fix in Kearny, NJ to get a battery replacement. The staff there was very responsive and helpful. They initially told me the wait time would be one hour but ended up being able to fix it within 15 minutes. Thanks to the staff there!!

My screen shattered and I made an appointment online to go in and get my phone fixed! Within 45 minutes my phone was ready and working great. Three weeks later I noticed my camera had a black line through it, walked in with no appointment and walked out 15 minutes later with a new camera that works great also! Very friendly and helpful staff! Definitely happy I went there!

The worst service ever I got for my broken phone screen. First they said come after 4 hours and when I went there from Jersey city they said come after 2 hours and the 3rd time they again waited me for more than 50 minutes.The staff was so rude and unprofessional. Will not recommend anyone ever.

My phone (Google Pixel 3a) works like new. Staff was very helpful with getting my device properly fixed in a timely manner. I dropped my phone off late in the evening and it was fixed before noon the following day. I am by no means tech savvy, but they were able to explain the problem in a way I can understand and answered all my questions and concerns regarding repairs. Will definitely use this Kearny location again!!

My experience was very good. They are open on weekends and till late in evening on weekdays. The best part is they pick up the phone whenever you call them and keep you updated as to whats going on. Great place to get your gadgets fixed.

Friendly service with a smile. They said it would take about 2 hours to replace the cracked screen and they had it all done in a hour and a half. Convenient, clean location with lots of store within walking distance. I would highly recommend this place. $30 with the insurance plan from VZW for a cracked screen is better than $350 without insurance..
