Jason was extremely friendly, I was pleased to work with him. Very informative about what issues my car was needing, not his fault the cost was higher then others in the area.
I would not recommend this dealership for service. I sent my son with my car to a scheduled appointment for recall work. The car was not taken in until an hour plus after the scheduled 1 pm appt. When I called to find out why the car had not been taken in, I was told techs called out. They never let my son know, just left him sitting there in the waiting room. By the time the car was taken in, recall service done, and the 1.5 hour drive home, he was late to his job. Further, the car came home with two deep scratches on the door - my son only went to the dealership and back. I called and asked to speak with the service manager. Conveniently he was not available. I left my name and number and to this day, 5 weeks later, no courtesy return call. All I wanted to do was to have them pull cameras in the shop to see what happened. All in all, this place sucks. I have no real confidence now that the required recalls were done. Very, very POOR customer service!!
Honestly, the thing that shocked me the most was being told itd take about an hour to and hour and a half to get my car done and getting a call literally like, 20 minutes later that it was done. The Service staff did a great job of setting realistic expectations and then crushing them with speedy service.They also inspected my vehicle and gave me the assurance I needed that while my concerns about my tires were good they can both get me the tires I need (at a decent price) and that I was good for at least a couple more months.Rock solid and I really appreciate it.

False promises as soon as you walk thru the door. Dont let this place screw you out of a trade from an ex con. Offered 6500 from their website yet only honor 2000. There is no communication amongst the staff unless it involves money. Wouldnt give us available options for 22 outlander. Shady shady business. Have reported to DMV inspectors for all their fake promises.

Worst car buying experiences ever. Read your paperwork they will throw anything they can on it hoping you won’t notice. Inspection was expired but they told me it was fine, which it wasn’t. Dmv wouldn’t let us do driving test. With covid it’s 5 weeks out for an appointment on driving tests so 10 weeks before my son can get his license. That’s what I get for being a single mom who listens to what the dealership tells me.When I tried to call they bounced me around to 5 different people. No return calls, went in on a day the finance manager was supposed to be there. She wasn’t there. Waiting for an hour. Had to do paperwork online since I wasn’t going to drive another 2 hours round trip. Bought a used car they couldn’t find the second key. Went to get one made and they didn’t have one in stock. Another 2 hour drive. Told me they would order it and if I wanted to get it made sooner I could go to any dealership and pay for it to be made. Maybe it’s just my experience but every time I go there they don’t have it together. On a plus side service was nice and my oil change was fast and friendly. Never ever ever giving any of the dealerships that are owned by this company my money ever again.

Zachs service is always exceptional. He takes the time to make sure I understand everything involved with assessing my vehicle, provides rough estimates for potential outcomes, and is great at keeping me updated throughout the repair or maintenance process.
I have had a few vehicles serviced at differant dealerships during my 71 years. This is the only dealership that I completely trust with my car. Many auto shops and dealerships I have visited I have felt an undertow or just a gut feeling not to do business there. I have a lifetimes experience in body work and painting and also (Im an electrical engineer because thats what my Dad wanted). I know cars and Ive worked with every type of person that you can imagine. Fairfields is a top notched automotive company. My only regret is that I had not worked for Fairfields when I was younger.

I just bought a used car from Keene Mitsubishi and though the service department has been awful (seriously 1 star or less) the sales department has been incredible. If youre looking to buy a car here, I would highly suggest giving Jared Warren a call. He is the most genuine person and really cares about getting you in a safe, reliable car. Even with the nightmare with the service department, hes had my back the whole time and has made sure Ive been all set every step of the way. 5 stars for Jared because hes the best car salesman Ive ever met!

Cant stand this dealership, bought a new car 4 years ago they ruined it 3 days in putting the backup camera they wrote into the contract and had to get me another car at an additional 3k mind you. The vehicle has had nothing but issues and their service department is simply incompetent. Never again.

I tried to reach the parts department multiple times a day in a three day time period and nobody would answer. Apparently nobody there thought to update the website 6 weeks into covid-19 shutdowns saying parts department was closed on Saturdays. I drove the 1hr to get to keene to find out they dont see parts as essential business and are closed on Saturdays now. They were more than willing to sell people cars on Saturdays but not maintain them. Dont bother asking this company for anything because in a word they are: WORTHLESS
First time customers for service sorry will never be back for business asked service to look at a concern on car never did ! Waited 1/1/2 FOR CAR to get in when my appt was @ 8am when they opened . Waiting and bath areas are old and in disrepair . People better off going to lovering Mitsubishi in Concord nh
Brought my car in for an oil change and to get a leak diagnosed. They stripped a screw and ruined my oil pan which they replaced for free (thanks it wasnt broken before). Had to leave my car overnight was told it would be done first thing in the morning. Didn’t get my car back until 2:30pm and they never diagnosed the leak. Still charged me full price for the oil change. Definitely won’t be back to Keene Mitsubishi.
Brought my Lancer in for transmission problems that were part of a recall. The first day the shuttle picked me up from work and dropped me at a CLOSED service office so I had to walk home. They have now had my car for 2 weeks and have continued to set my car on the burner while they do other things. They have given me little to no communication leaving me to have to repeatedly check in to see why my car isnt ready yet and have convenient amnesia about offering me a loner car. Would not recommend ever buying a Mitsubishi because if anything goes wrong with it you will never see it again. If I could have given it less than a star I would have.
Keene Mitsubishi is my number one choice for car dealerships in the Keene area. The staff is all knowledgeable and friendly, they make you feel like a part of their family. I personally enjoy dealing with Justin Flag he is helpful, can always answer my questions, and point me in the right direction. Every experience at Keene Mitsubishi has been wonderful and I would never dream of taking my car or my business to any one else. I highly recommend them for any of your car needs.

We bought our Outlander here 10 years ago and were always happy with the service. But we were not happy with the Recall. Anthony was wonderful to deal with in the service department, BUT we were NOT happy with Tara. She shouldnt be allowed to speak to the customers. We couldnt believe a word that she said. She would say one thing, and the next time, she was saying something completely different. Anthony gave us an appointment for Friday, but when we called to see how it was coming along, Tara told us they didnt have the part and Anthony shouldnt have given us the appointment. She told me the part hadnt even been released from headquarters and it would probably be a week or two. She didnt know when our car would be ready. I told her my husband needed a car to go to work on Tuesday. When he went to get the loaner car, she told my husband that she found the part. He asked her, which is it? You have the part or not? . We got the loaner car on Monday, and then we received a call Tuesday saying our car was ready. Anthony was pleasant to deal with and would let us talk, Tara wouldnt. She spoke loudly and didnt give us a chance to say much. I NEVER want to deal with Tara again. You cant believe a word she says.
Most people dont consider a Mitsubishi but they should and in going to different dealers, finding out the best one around is in your own town is a plus. And they stand behind their product 70k miles later without trying to play ring around the rosie with you.

We recently purchased a car from this dealership. We had previously purchased a 2010 Outlander Sport and were pleased with its performance and ease of maintenance. Weve been treated great each and every time weve visited. In fact, we travel about 45 miles just to come here (90 miles round trip). The Outlander was racking up some miles so we decided to upgrade to a KIA Sorento. Justin Flagg handled all negotiations and in partnership with his manager, Chris Walker (no relation), got us in the most fabulous car we could have imagined. They saw to our every need, even the difficult ones like requiring a tow hitch be installed at no extra charge. Paul, in the Financing Department was as pleasant and accommodating as Justin and Chris. The guys in the Detailing Shop were outstanding as well.
