Absolutely the worst place to go to. Gave my daughter one quote and after she dropped the car off and confirmed all the information, they called her to tell her that they gave her the wrong price quote. I called them and the were extremely rude, hung up twice, spoke with guy and after being told that they would do it to shut me up and hung up, I called back to speak to manager, even after speaking with the manager he didnt even try or care about his employees service or attitude, I told them to forget it, put the tires back on. He said it would be ready in half hour,. Hour later and my daughter missing her class she is finally leaving. Definitely will not return and would not recommend this place.

We had a horrible day involving a flat tire, a car full of screaming children, and having to drive two houra to retrieve a set of four snow tires from our house to replace the flat. When we got there we realized that we had brought one of the wrong tires. After all that we were all stressed, tired, and had lost an entire day. They were so accommodating and went above and beyond to help us. Then they mounted the tires for free. They were amazing. Thank you. We will be back!

I am in awe with how amazing this service was!!! I was taken care of from the moment I met the gentleman at the front desk. He was kind and caring and made me feel safe and secure in leaving my car with them. Overall, I’m extremely happy to have found this place. I brought my vehicle in for an inspection and an oil change. During the the time it was with Tire Choice the paint was severely scratched. I work from home and park in a covered carport, Tire Choice was the only place I had taken my car in 2 weeks. There is no other place this could have occured. Tire Choice refused to pay for any repairs. Will never go back after this terrible service and costing me hundreds of dollars in repairs.

Terrible experience. Tire Choice failed my car for a state inspection for literally no reason. I took the car to another place not only was there nothing wrong, the mechanic there said that what Tire Choice claimed was an issue isnt even part of the state inspection process.

Such a great place! Friendly staff I will always go back to tire choice! I had an emergency brake problem they got me in right away and fixed it, now I have been to a garage to get my car fixed and when the bill comes they tell you 10 other things you needs or they had to fix.. Not tire choice they are the most honest place around I asked if I would need to replace anything and they answered be honestly told me when I might have to replace things and what was good, I have never had a company be so pleasant and honest. I would recommend tire choice to everyone i know! And people I dont 😁

Highly recommend. I brought my car in on Tuesday with a battery needing replacement. I was serviced amazingly promptly- in and out within minutes without leaving my car. Everyone was terrific, professional, helpful and responsive- especially the manager John B.

I had a positive transaction replacing my tires so I went back for an inspection expecting honest service and was shocked at the attempt to bleed money out of someone attempting to take advantage of someones lack of mechanical knowledge insisting a minor exhaust leak cant be patched by welding because the METAL IS DIRTY SO IT WONT WELD! sadly cleaning up the metal rust and all isnt difficult, also not mentioning that there are a few other patch method options, stay away from this place go to Leons right next to them they are honest and I regret not getting my inspection by them.

I am from out of state and was in Keene visiting family when my car had a break issue and we couldnt drive home. These guys pulled out the red carpet and bent over backwards to help me. We left the car there and they took it upon themselves to deal with my 3rd party warranty, diagnose and fix my car. They were incredibly helpful, kind and easy to work with. AND, they were so kind to my two young kids who were delighted with quarters for the candy machine. Thank you all for making a potentially stressful situation very easy and pleasant!

The team at Tire Choice Auto Service center in Keene NH are great to work with! I have been brining my vehicles there for many years. I would recommend visiting Ben, Patrick or John are great to work with!

The short version: great staff, great serviceThe long version: back home in California, I had a mechanic in the family so I didn’t have to worry about finding a good one; I had access to reliable advice and personal reccomendations from someone who knew what he was talking about. I was anxious about taking my car somewhere new for the first time, after moving to NH, but it turns out there was no need to be anxious. Ben was friendly and helpful, my car is driving beautifully now, and the research I did on the parts they replaced for me indicates that they gave me a very reasonable price. I will definitely be coming back.

This post may be long- I havent decided yet. The two men up front, Patrick and Ben, are SO very kind. They will NOT jerk you around and scam you. Im from Massachusetts and am in Keene for college. This is the only place I will ever take my car to. These guys are honest, their mechanics are hard working and truly just know what theyre doing. Theres always talk about We treat are people like family blah blah blah. No. With this store- its the truth. I can say that as a young female, I feel as though Im getting treated right. I truly honestly believe that this is a place where parents can send their college kids knowing they wont get scammed. These guys are just honest hardworking people. I dont think Ill ever go anywhere else- and neither should you. 10/10. Best mechanic Ive ever been to.

I had a flat tire and was on the “donut” spare. I asked for the tire to be patched. The service person did not try to sell me a new tire or four. They fixed the tire and in less than two hours I was back in business! Under $30! Just wanted to take a second to say what a great tire experience this was, Ben answered all my questions, even tho they weren’t the lowest price they were great with price matching. This was amazing. My mom and I are from Long Island, NY. My moms car brakes stopped working on a Saturday afternoon and this place was the only place open. We drove a half hour to get to them and they stayed late to help. They not only drove us to the middle of town but picked us up when the car was done. I found the service to be exceptional. I wanted a certain tire. A tire that is no longer made. The boys substituted another tire made by the same company and had the same warranty, even though they had considerable trouble locating 4 of those particular tires

They price gouge the parts they purchase at local parts stores by 2.5 times. You would be better off buying your own parts and bringing them in...they would only charge 15 bucks then?? was a loyal customer.

I was traveling from Ohio to NH with my three children and puppy when my brakes started making a grinding sound. Cheshire Tire was able to look at my van immediately when I just stopped in with the concern. The mechanic took my van for a test drive and checked the brakes. They did not find anything unsafe about the brakes and said if I was still concerned when I passed back through Keene again to stop and they would take care of me. They did not charge me for checking the brakes even though the service took 45 minutes of their time.

I have purchased tires from Cheshire Tire for both of our Toyotas over the past couple of years. Weve always received great customer service. The Team behind the counter all do a great job. We had a set of Michelles wear prematurely and they took care of the warranty paperwork and hooked us up with new tires.

So for my piece of mind and their safety I had them do a safety inspection on the car. I had this done as I was uncertain how much life was left on her front brakes. Went in today for a tire change and they refused. They only want money, instead of putting on my spare they said i have to by all 4 new tires. I live in the area and they could have had a life long customer but Ill go elsewhere.

Been coming here for over 3 years and they never disappoint in service or price. I cant believe more local folks dont know about this place and what it offers! I brought my husband here recently because his 80- yr old mother had a flat tire and he had inquired with a downtown establishment (nearby where she was stranded) about mounting a replacement (her spare was flat) and they were not interested in expediency. I took him here and they took the tire immediately, mounted it and we were out within a half hour! Ive had so many great experiences here, from tires to all-around mechanical service, Ill keep coming back!

Daughter brought car in for an oil change they told her she had a bad tie rod and needed it replaced. Took the car to a second mechanic and he advised there is absolutely nothing wrong with it. They would have charged us $200 to replace it.

Staff is excellent!! I had an emergency at 5:45 with my familys minivan and nobody could assist me. They stayed late to help me isolate where the noise was coming from in the front end of my Quest. I usually do all of my own work, but when the staff goes above and BEYOND to help someone, they earn my respect and buisness. Cheshire tire did not come close to fulfilling a simple oil change with issues. They left the interior of the car greasy, left wrench marks on the engine components and did not clean up the dripping oil too well.

Needed new tires. It was easy to stop in & order 4 as I was already in the system It took probably less than 10 minutes. Because I waited until December appointments were pushed out 2 wks. I was able to get a late Sunday afternoon appt which was convenient for me as it did not interfere with work, etc. Everyone was nice and helpful. I feel I again got a good deal.

Great prices

I was treated very poorly. Complete disregard for customer requests. Mechanic had front wheels off and was re installing lug nuts with a 3/4 inch impact gun with a plain old chrome (non impact) socket....professional. I asked him please dont use the impact gun when he proceeded to over torque them on with it anyway. After the manager came out he pretended to use a torque wrench to finish them. As I was leaving it was noted that my truck was now leaking gas, problem is that it wasnt when I pulled in. There was corrosion around fuel filter they scraped at with a screwdriver. Mechanic failed my truck for not using the correct gauge sheet metal to cover a rust hole on the rocker panel. He said I do it by the book. Is tightening lug nuts to nearly 200 ft lbs. when it should be 125 ft lbs. in YOUR book? My brake rotors beg to differ. The worst part of my experience is I felt judged by my social status, stereotyped, and unwelcome the minute I walked in to get an inspection sticker.

I called to ask about getting my tires rotated on my car and they said I needed and appointment and when I asked about the price they told me its $19.99 and I told them I saw the sign out front for oil change and tire rotation for $19.99 and they asked if I really needed the oil change in a condescending voice. I asked if I could make an appointment that night and they told me to do the oil change and tire rotation it would take at least 45 minutes if everything goes smoothly After that comment I will NEVER go there and tell everyone not to as well. If you cant confidently do an oil change and rotate the tires in 45 minutes or less you are a moron! Stay clear of this place!

Free Internet access, does not work. Appointment times mean nothing. Employees with dirty clothing get into your car. Dont be fooled, this is not the old Cheshire Tire you knew and loved for years. Since Noyes sold the business, it has gone down hill. This is the last time I will do business with Cheshire Tire.

Short of dropping my wifes car from the lift, its hard to imagine how Cheshire Tire couldve been more destructive and negligent today when performing a simple winter tire installation on my wifes Volvo station wagon.After a vibration in the steering wheel developed on our way home, I figured it would be wise to check the torque of the lug-nuts to make sure nothing was loose. Much to my dismay, I discovered that not only was there evidence that the car had been lifted from the improper jacking points and several of the hub caps retaining tabs been broken off, THREE OUT OF FIVE lug nuts on the right front wheel had been so over-tightened that the threads were entirely stripped out, with absolutely no utility to holding the wheel on. I then checked every lug nut with a calibrated, professional grade torque wrench and found that beyond these three destroyed wheel studs, ALL REMAINING 17 LUG BOLTS had been tightened to nearly TWICE the manufacturers torque specification. As if this were not enough, wheel weights of the improper profile were used to balance the wheels (one appears to have already fallen off on the 10 mile journey home), and many of the winter-tire traction studs appear to be inserted to an improper/inadequate depth (the shoulder of the stud should be flush with the tread).As a former auto tech myself, I understand that no one bats one-thousand and that these sorts of accidents are just one of the unfortunate realities of operating a repair shop. However, what I cannot understand, and what I find to be completely inexcusable, is that given how completely stripped out the lug nuts were on this wheel, I believe that it would be nearly impossible for the tech NOT TO NOTICE what had happened when he was installing the wheel--a torque wrench simply will not click if the nut is stripped and therefore cannot tighten, and even if the tech wrongly chose to forgo the torque wrench, he will certainly know when the nuts suddenly become loose while tightening with his impact gun. While I certainly hope that this is not the case, it seems a possibility that instead of owning the mistake, this tech chose to send our family (we had just picked our 7 year old daughter up from school) home with a wheel that was loose instead.I am not sure how management is panning to rectify this situation, but as it currently stands, I have hundreds of dollars into new tires and installation and a car that is damaged and immobile in the driveway. Buyer beware.
