My previous review was removed interesting. I had a very bad experience with this store. My signature was forged in front of me then I was told a certain phone wasn’t available any where which was untrue. Then felt pressured and even told the employee I was late. I figured walking in that I could get an easy quote considering I knew what I wanted And I was there for well over an hour. I was told my signature was forged. By the rep after he already did it. Yeah made me feel very pressured then the phone I was supposedly buying was brought out after I told my husband we’re leaving it magically appeared and I asked if I could hold it just to make sure it was the right phone and after being told NO. Finally he allowed me to hold the phone and it was way way to big. So I ended up being late and the whole process is like buying a car now. I find it very disturbing they remove my review. The best part is there is never any disclosures of any sort as explained by the AT&T representative who contacted me about my complaint and my review. And the very very best part is I received what appears to be a bill which was not a bill but I had truth in lending a financial contract showing I paid for a phone and an amount due to AT&T I feel that this is outrageous egregious marketing. This experience should never happen to anyone PERIOD

My wife two kids aged 2&4 and I were in the store this past Sunday looking to switch to at&t and get new phones. The employee Patrick, that was taking care of us, not only switched our service over to at&t from Verizon, but entertained both our kids at the same time. One of the best customer service experiences Ive had in a long time. Everything was done in a timely manner. I wish there were more people like Patrick out there.

Jason is Amazing he will take the time to help you regardless of your issue and Patrick is a wealth of knowledge as well as great entertainment.

My phone is most likely my most valuable tool, so when it decided not to take or keep a charge I stopped in. Patrick just plain rocked it! Had me a new phone ordered right off. He was absolutely on point while keeping things relaxing. Having a child in the same field my expectations where rather high, thankfully Patrick met expectations.

I have been with AT&T for about 4 years. Good service, but not inexpensive!! The price of their phones may make it neccessary for me to start shopping elsewhere.

I had been having some issues with my new phone, and the representative was extremely helpful in finding settings that I couldnt find myself. She also helped me to sort out all my account questions and was super nice the whole time! I highly recommend going (or even calling) here for assistance!

Nick and Adam had stayed after the store closed and worked with us very calmly and efficiently. My mother was very stressed that night and was acting a little out of character but they continued to take control of the situation and keep her as calm as possible. I appreciated their work very much last night and am very impressed with the service given!

The agent told us what our monthly per line charge was going to be and our monthly payment for our phones. He neglected to add in all the other details. My monthly bill is going to be almost double what he told us it would be. Had I known that we would have left with no phones and continued with just my husbands phone on our daughter in laws account.

I wouldnt bother normally with a review if not for my appreciation for one of the employees at this location named James. James (or Jimbo as I sometimes call him when we cross paths) consistently showed his commitment to providing the best to individuals like myself with information about ways to make the most out of my dollars when seeking new technology or services. Its hard to find that in a corporate world often most concerned about maximizing how much can be squeezed out of you. Never afraid to show me new promotions and offers, I always feel much more secure knowing Ive got that kind of support whenever I need to make a new purchase- especially in a time when money is a concern on everyones mind. If you go to this location, ask for James.

Having moved to a new home location where my cell phone provider of 25 or so years was no longer cutting it I was really apprehensive about changing providers, moving my number and data not only cross phones but cross providers. The rep that helped us knew the products cold, was highly professional, was diligent to find us the best possible plans for our needs and skillfully moved us over from. All the staff took great care at handling the COVID-19 protocols and we felt it was safe a retail environment you could find.

Adam helped me. He was very helpful and everything was very clean. I would definitely recommend coming into this AT&T. They know what they are doing!

I had been struggling with getting contacts transferred from an old phone to a new phone (Android to iPhone) at home, and I called AT&T corporate and they were no help. Took my old phone along with my new phone to this store and they employee there, James, helped me get it sorted out really quickly.

Great service and great staff. James was knowledgable and professional, will be coming to him for all my digital needs.

This is my second experience here since moving to Keene and the customer service I received from James was top notch. He helped me picked out a new phone when my old one broke beyond repair. He gave honest advice and guided me to a decision I felt comfortable with. I then brought my girlfriend with me to inquire about a shared plan and upgrading her phone, and he was once again immensely helpful throughout the entire process. Thank you James for making this such a pleasant and seamless experience!

If you are a first responder or police, you need to go here and sign up for their First Net plan. Too many advantages to list but biggest advantage is they will not slow down your unlimited because you will be needing it all the time for rescue. Fantastic plan, now if I could just learn my new phone 😁

I have been using AT&T service for years. This establishment on West Street in Keene, NH by far has the rudest least knowledgeable staff I have ever had the displeasure of coming into contact with. I definitely recommend avoiding this store and go to the one in Brattleboro, VT on Putney Road the staff there at least treat you like a human being and will actually take the time to correct your problem rather than just try to get you out if the store.

Store Manager James Farley was extremely helpful and efficient setting up our new line. Highly recommended.

I went here to purchase a prepaid SIM card for my time in the US. The customer service representative who helped me was very attentive and answered all of my questions thoroughly. It was overall a very good experience, I would return to this location in the future.

I had an issue with my phones power input. At first, it looked like replacing the phone was my only option, but the young man at the counter manually adjusted the jack, and it works fine now. Thank you sir.Well done!

These guys went above and beyond the call of duty for a phone retail store. We had an issue and these guys jumped to and had our situation resolved in minutes and deserve recognition. Great management and all the way down to the basic sales guys. Will ALWAYD do business here.

Great experience! Despite someones shoes smelling like ham and I found a wrapper to a gas station ham sandwich in my car after leaving. We even chatted about Magic the Gathering while all my sims cards were being activated. This store rules!

Not impressed with the store or the service. Had a phone from them for 5 months and had nothing but problems with it. It just died completely and when I brought it in they gave me a runaround and told me to contact the manufacturer. Terrible service. The worst part is, I had just made a payment and the phone died the day after. Thank God it wasnt a contract.
