Most abhorrent behaviors from the employees at this Verizon Corporate store. The employees were completely disrespectful, condescending, and not interested in helping me on two occasions. They have much to learn in life and some growing up to do. I will never visit this store again. I sent a detailed email to Verizon in hopes they will investigate and make changes so no one else has to experience such disrespect. The employees need to be held accountable for their pervasive behaviors that has a negative reflection on Verizon. Thankfully, there is a privately owned Verizon store (459 West Street, Keene, NH 03431, next to Hannaford) that has employees with exceptional customer service skills. They actually want to help, are pleasant, and professional.
The Verizon employee I had was excellent .. I wish the Cell Reception was half as good.
I have been a Verizon Customer for 20 years. This store provided the worst retail experience I have ever had. They have minimal inventory and no interest in assisting. They will reference their website for all needs. If not for the Claremont store, I would have left Verizon. The Keene store is completely incompetent and an embarrassment to the brand. You are best to seek another location.
Can I give -ve stars because they deserve it. Brad (a Karen) is the worst person to be in this role. He doesnt know the meaning of customer service. His behavior needs disciplinary action including termination, otherwise this store will close soon.

Very poor customer service. Do not even bother going to this store. They wont help you with your phone, if you need tech support or have a SIM card issue. When an issue arises with a purchase you will have to resolve it with 611 and it will take hours because they refuse to help you in store. They told me the $35 service fee is too put on a screen protector, even though we didnt purchase one, and to set up the phone myself. This is only the surface of a long saga that I wont get into here. I have never encountered a store with so many unprofessional employees in one place. Even their corporate number stated they did not follow any of the company protocols. We wont be back to this location.
Customers be warn. Dont expect the best of service at this location. Their corporate office has said that Walmart next door is an official Version dealership as well and you will have a nicer staff helping you.The people at this Verizon store refused to help myself and another customer with our issues. Called the 611 and talked to the reps that said the issues that both had could have easily been fixed at the store if the employees actually did what they were trained to do.I did file a formal complaint with their corporate office with how they handle people.
I had to upgrade my iphone today.I was told to back everything I wanted to transfer up to iCloud, go home, turn on my new phone, and follow the screen instructions. What I WASns told was that my new iphone had to be activated, nor was it. After 2 attempts to just push the iCloud transfer button, a failed upload message, a phone call to Verizon and 1.25 hours, my phone is updating, but I was told it will take 2-3 hours. Just turn it off after 3 hours and turn it back on. Everything will be there! Fingers crossed, prayers to the cell phone goddess, and certainly not high expectations. Upgrading a phone now takes about an entire day, so clear calendar and be prepared...
Posting for a friend who asked for help with her phone not being able make calls or text.They got her another phone and basically said here, you can figure it out. Some older folks are not proficient at setting up or diagnosing phones. Now she STILL cannot make calls or texts. No help whatsoever. She called Verizon help number which disconnected when it couldnt recognize her number. Pretty lousy service.
Be very cautious with this location the New General Manager Joshua is not a nice man. I have many hours trying to work this out and all he wants to do is fight and create an argument. Please bring back John as he was a great Manager and problem solver. Please be sure this guy gets a demotion. He is not a good employee.

We have had the worst customer service experience with Verizon, spent hours and hours on the phone trying to rectify issues. Visited the Winchester St location and had the pleasure of working with Joshua the General Manager. He is rude, condescending, has a horrible attitude and spoke to us like we were kids. I gave you the bill, you can pay it online.I tried calling to speak to his superior but you cant talk to anyone, you get passed from one person to the next until you finally get disconnected. Verizon is unbelievable and pathetic. They are not even worth one star.
Very Disappointed in the customer service from this location. It seemed like when we bought two new phones, everything was fine, but just try to reach a human if you have a question. The representative gave us her cell phone, but never responded to questions. This location is now closed with no explanation. Very Very frustrated. Do not recommend.
I actually give you zero stars. Awful experience. Absolutely NO help whatsoever! Trying to set up a new phone, email, etc. that I purchased from Verizon!!! Their response? Sorry we can’t help you with that, go to an Apple store! 😡 The individual “helping” me was no help at all! Forget about calling, you’ll be on hold for hours, try navigating the website or online app ~ Epic fail all around Verizon. 👎🏼👎🏼
May family has had a Verizon plan for a while now. The store is very slow at getting you in and out. Now due to the pandemic you have to make an appointment only to get in and get out and they dont help transfer your phone information over. My wife went to get a knew phone and felt like she was being shunned and pushed out the door. The science shows that the virus is very unlikely to spread on surfaces and they have plexiglass up. Why can I go to a restaurant but cant have my wifes phone setup now we have to try and figure it out. She also mentioned that the guy that was working with her today was very rude and upset that she placed the old phone on the counter. If you cant hire people that have good customer service and can not put there feelings aside on a virus that has a 98% survival rate then you might as well not be open.
Barely any devices on display. I understand there is a pandemic, but its hard to get a feel for the phone you want when they dont display it. Its not a sanitation thing either as they had iPhones in display. Also rep keep pushing for me to get a different phone. Are you sure you dont want to get a Galaxy, no. How about the LG, no. Just poor service.

Wow! Popped in this store yesterday to see if we are eligible for any new phone deals. Said we are looking for new phones, what are the current deals? Was told there are no deals available for the phone we wanted by the bald headed man - go online to see I could have saved $350 dollars if I simply ordered online and picked up in store. Why wouldn’t you tell us that especially when we specifically asked?? Consumer fraud! And super deceitful salesmen. Awful customer service to someone who has been a Verizon customer for 10+ years. I will just switch to sprint. What a joke.
Amber M rocks. She patiently helped find the right phone for me. I picked something new and hated it for my lifestyle in the first two days Of using it. When I brought it back she set me up with something I love in just a half hour and with a smile on her face. This store also never has lines which is a huge plus!
How did they treat a veteran on veterans day? By interrupting service without notice, generating the new bill and adding on $20 per line without... this veteran was layed off and just started a new job hardly one month owed when new bill generated he called them and they didnt care they gave him 2 days to make a payment even though thats right before he gets paid and there was no notice. There was no need for this sneaky inconsiderate behavior and attitude
The staff is great, Dave the manager went above and beyond to help me out with my random issue on my phone, and did not pressure me into anything at all and when I had questions about other products they were very educated answers which is now why I will be going back to purchase a bunch of new fun equipment and accessories. I highly recommend this Verizon store. Its super clean, easily located great hours and once again incredible staff!!!

Garbage company with fraudulent deceptive employees that will tell you ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING to Get you locked in and then even if you have what they said in writing DIRECTLY FROM THEIR COMPANY they will not honor it nor will they provide a solution outside of you being screwed . New customer and my experience was so bad that Im genuinely thinking of taking the hit to my credit and smashing my phone on their floor just so that I can move on and to an actual decent company. Company makes me sick

Overpriced, not to mention their ad lies 45 dollars per line per phone give me a break, I was told it was 45 dollars if I signed up to have four lines per phone, even when I played the ad that didnt state that on the radio and the commercial that didnt show the fine print they told me that the ad was lying...its their ad, seriously theyre telling me Im wrong and their ad is a lie.Sorry but when I can pay little over 45 dollars including tax now for unlimited everything, get the same cell service and get the last gen phone cheaper its a no brainer.

I have had some issues with my new Iphone 6 and the staff at this store have been really helpful. After about 2 weeks of purchasing my phone I couldnt hear anything when making calls. I took the phone in, and they exchanged it-no questions asked. I went into the story ready to fight, and I was surprised at how easy it was. Ive also gone in a couple times for tech support and everyone was always really helpful.
We got our phones here a year ago and the folks there were knowledgeable, super friendly, and extremely helpful. As our contract year ended I experienced a problem with my original phone and being completely clueless and uninformed I went to a local place only to find out that Verizon Wireless Zone is NOT an actual Verizon store and not linked to corporate. I had a TERRIBLE experience and got NO customer satisfaction what-so-ever (was told I couldnt return a phone less than 48 hours after transaction due to a TORN FLAP INSIDE the box the phone came in) the folks at the Keene location did everything in their power to help me resolve this situation. They went above and beyond! Needless to say I will ALWAYS drive the 2.5 hours south to deal with the folks in Keene as they are awesome! (NEVER again will I go 1/2 hour north).

Good place to good they will help you the best they can
1. Service was excellent. Sales people were very helpful. 2. The product Humx was very problematic. Wouldnt sync to my vehicle or my phone even after working with the sales people and the service dept. I was very unsatisfied. 3. Decided I had enough wanted to return the product. There was a thirty dollar activation fee that was un refundable. Also a fifty dollar restock fee. So Im out eighty dollars to find out a product that was supposed to be compatible with my vehicle wasnt and I am now back to square one. 4. I feel like I was scammed. The humx is not what it seems and it has a lot of bugs with it. Be aware when thinking about buying this product.
Multiple times I walked in because I had a question that would have taken 30 seconds to answer and resolve, and I was forced to wait for 30 minutes. If you go at the end of the day during the week, therell be lots of other customers there. But they rarely have more than one or two people helping all these customers, and the nature of the business means the customer can take 30 to 60 minutes if getting a new phone or plan set up. Ridiculous wait times.
Verizon is trash,always hitting you with hiddens fees, Ive asked about what the total is to be all set and just pay it then and Bam 80 $ fee then another 40 for being human and 58.99$ for thinking (obviously exaggerating)but non the less the hiddens fees after theyve given u a total is the truth.
I bought a new iPhone there and they were wonderful helping me to update my old phone, move everything to the new phone, and answer all my questions.
In one word------HORRIFIC. Every single month I spend one to two hours trying, always in vain, to pay my bill. Sometimes it works, sometimes I have to pay double. Each time I spend an hour waiting for a human. Rarely I do get one. I am promised that the billing will be corrected. But no...every month my phone, I get within 5 minutes two texts: 1) You do not have enough money to pay your account. Within 5 minutes I get another: 2) Your autopay bill becomes due in 3 days, please have enough to pay for it. Over and over.........Horrific! Good luck with Verizon wireless. Note: I went to Verizon Wireless website to leave a review, I see I am at some Verizon store. This is for the prepay plan, not for the store, Ive never been there.
Dont bother, these bunch of goobers seem to know less about my phone than I do. All of them are equipped with tablets that work 50% of the time, Im sure just so they can look fancy and look up your issues on Verizon forums. If youre having real issues that require real attention, I highly recommend the Peterborough store. They dont have impressive gizmos, but thats because they dont need them.
Week to week different employees. Very pushy and rude trying to upsell accessories and rude when you refuse. That wanted my passport to switch phones. I had an id and all three phone in hand but they wouldnt do anything without a license or passport. Ive been a customer for years and have spent plenty of money there and have only occasionally been treated well. Terrible customer service Id give them 0 stars if it let me

Literally drive to a different Verizon, this one had 3 employees and i waited in line for 30 minutes before i had to leave, and all i wanted was a charger for my fone!! Mean while i see other employees walking in and out from the back...like u cant help me get a simple cell phone charger???
They were very helpful and got my service switched over from Tmobile

Avoid this place if you canI called customer service about a SIM card issue, the guy made a notation on my account and told me to just go to a Verizon store and pick up a new SIM card for free. Well I went in the Keene store yesterday and was met by some woman ( with longish kinda blond hair) and what a Bch. She said I had to have the phone with me (I had forgotten it) so she could verify that I was actually going to use it for my daughters phone. We went back and forth for a couple minutes but she couldnt see past her nose. Shes a very narrow minded person and has no idea what customer service is about...I drove all the way to Claremont Verizon and was done in less than 5 minutes with no problems at all. Claremont Verizon was VERY helpful (and I did bring the phone but he never asked to see it).

Im updating, and downgrading my review for several reasons.1. Free class offered when we first bought a Samsung Galaxy was poor to useless. Teacher had no plan and asked us for questions. She should have taught us the basic functions at least. Class held in the middle of salesroom floor; noisey!2. Paid extra $11. per mo. for insurance for over a year and when phone went through the wash, Asurion charged $200. deductable for replacement phone! Were never informed about this.3. When my husband tries to reach the salesman he likes for assistance, he can never get through and is rerouted to Verizon somewhere else.

If i could give it no stars I would! They were extremely rude and unorganized. I waited over 30 minutes before having to go a staff member and demand service after they told me they put me in a que, which they did not follow and I saw customers being served who just walked in! To add to my nightmare here I had an inexpeirienced staff member who had no idea what they were doing. What would have taken me 20 minutes at my usual verizon store (just upgrading my phone, thats it) took over 2 1/2 hours!! I will NEVER go here again
