Jason Abello was awesome. He was kind, patient, professional, has a sense of humor, and put me at ease. He spent at least an hour or more to rectify a major problem I have with Verizon and their billing and financial services - it took several phone calls, talking with numerous Verizon employees - a process that I would NEVER have been able to accomplish on my own because of Verizons convoluted phone communication systems. He is the BEST customer service person I have ever dealt with in my life - and Im 74 years old! If I could give him 100 stars, I would have!
Great experience upgrading my plan and purchasing new Iphone. Chloe did a great job explaining the features and benefits. While she is new on the job, she also had the team support of Jaime and Jay. Good atmosphere in the store.

There was a lot of issues activating the phone. It was locked by the fraud department and then the transaction just disappeared. It took Jason over an hour of being transferred to different departments to figure out what was wrong. He did a great job and has the patience of a saint. I recommend 10/10!
Worst service experience and worst customer service experience I have ever received. Jamie lied about my order, refused to assist me and was rude. She is an employee who should NOT be working in the service industry.

I have purchased iPhones and Apple watches for myself and my wife. Excellent customer service and knowledgeable. I have been lucky to deal with Amber, but all the sales people are top notch. Plus there is great Mexican food a few doors away.
Went in to get a voicemail issue fixed and the associate I worked with was rude, providing zero customer service. After being in the store for 10 minutes, my issue was not resolved.
So I will say a first there was some issue and I did leave on happy but then manger called and the nice customer service amber Morse and the manger fixed the issue order me new phone to replace with the defected phone and more great customer service . If you have to go to that location ask for amber or the manger great service all around got me back up and going :

If you have a question or a problem with your Verizon device or service dont bother with this store. I went in to see about cancelling my contract due to lack of service and was treated horribly. Verizons policy is that if you are experiencing any problems with service where you live, you are eligible for cancellation without paying the cancellation fee if the techs at Verizon cannot help you get the service youre paying for.After 20 minutes at this store, I got nowhere. The woman helping me knew nothing about the policy and talked to me like I was an idiot. The service was highly unprofessional, and not to mention that the store manager was standing next to her and didnt correct her misinformation and allowed her to continue talking to me like I was a moron.After leaving the store I immediately called Verizon Customer Service and they were able to help me and waived my fee because its stupid to have to pay $100 a month for service I couldnt use.Do not go to this store if you have any problems. Just call Customer Service and theyll help you and treat you right.

Bought brand new phone had it 3 days, phone quit working, store wont uphold VERIZON policies. Spent several hours on the phone with Verizon trying to resolve issue. Verizon customer service has to go over manager and contact regional manager to get any help. If there was anything below 1 star thats what I would give. Do not come to this store as they will tell you, we are an independent store and Verizon policies dont matter to us
