Excellent tire prices, beat everybody else in salem and keizer! I was so happy with my new tires and alignment because my truck drove better than ever! Ive always had an excellent experience dealing with them!

Couldnt be bothered to help wouldnt get his face out of the computer to talk with you poor customer service would have complained to the manager but it was the manager!!! Went to the store on High street totally different experience great customer service. He needs training costing the company business Go to High street they will treat you better.

They have very good, professional, quality service. I have been to Gills Point S several times over the years for repairs, tires and alignments. They have competitive and fair prices but that’s not why I go back. I go back because I know it will be done right the first time. I have tried several shops around town and you can get similar service for a much higher price or go to a discount shop and pay for it to be done right later. I have learned that from experience. They take the time to let you know what needs done but their not pushy about up selling you on other services or products. I really and can’t emphasize enough, really appreciate that they don’t have pushy sales people. Nothing worse than going in for an oil change and a guy trying to sell you a new engine. They don’t do that, at least never done that to me. Good job guys keep up the good work. You earned yourself a repeat customer. See y’all next time.

Great service and super quick as well. I expected to wait at least an hour since I didnt have an appointment. They had my vehicle in and serviced in about 30 minutes despite there being other customers.

First time customer went in with the flat they fixed it zero charge. while I was there got a quote on some suspension stuff and alignment on my other van. Very reasonable schedule in it tomorrow.Overall just had a great experience really recommend these guys.

In and out and the techs do a dam fine job

Do not go here. I had my brakes replaced over the summer (2020) and have had nothing but issues since then. First the breaks squeaked a day after replacement, so they convinced me it was something with the calipers. At that point, Ive spent about $600 here and my breaks were still squeaky and now pulsing -- the next week my brake lines punctured. Whether or not that was related to their break job is speculation, but its hard to believe that it is.Fast forward about 6 months and a caliper they replaced is shot and the brake pads are already at 35%. In total, Ive spent about $800 getting a terrible brake job done, repaired, and now redone by someone else.Do not go here for anything but basic car maintenance. Theyve set me back too much money for the abysmal work done on my vehicle.

Great place to take your car.

The tires took a week to arrive once I pre-paid for them they were mounted incorrectly and were way out of balance had adjustments done to several tires at another store. one was off 1.75 which is considered a major adjustment. Gotta flat a week later, called ahead to confirm they’d be open and my wife was on the way. They were rude to my wife on the phone, she arrived as quick as she could at 4:50 they locked up early and were gone - they close at 5! Les Schwab stays open til 6 and for a second time Schwab came through and repaired our flat. Never again Gil you never even called back after posting this review on your web site which was screened and under review after written up sorry to have to post this but you guys are lacking with customer service

Got new tires for my Mazda. They were incredibly fast and friendly, had accurate info on their website, offered great prices, and included a great warranty. They didnt try to sell me anything extra and they were never pushy. I called for a last minute service and they were very easy to talk to and get accurate information from on the phone. Ill absolutely go back.

The service at Gills Point S in Keizer was great, I was actually able to purchase my tires online through their site & schedule a time to have them installed. When I arrived they were very friendly and prompt with getting the job done. The difference for me from the 4 to 5 star review is that I would have liked to have the tires shined once they were on after spending $670 on a new set of tires having them shine would be a nice touch. That is just me being picky though. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

I went here for the first time 2/17. It was presidents day but they were still open. I arrived for my scheduled appointment and was greeted as I walked in with a smile. The employee verified who I was here and went over what was scheduled and the rate. He said he was the only one there but should have me on my way in no time. I sat down, grabbed a bottle of water and in under 30 minutes I was out the door and on my way with new tires. Not only was the service great and very fast, but the price was great compared to other tire shops in the area. Again, it was my first time there, but will not be my last!

Well realy cant say much went to have brakes done one still rubbing took it back said it just needed adjustment still rubs and makes noise might havent to take it back yet after they charged me 460.00 should we right .

I bought a used car and as soon as I drove off the lot I knew there was a problem. It was bouncing as I drove down the road. I figured the shocks were shot. My work is next door to Point S Tire in Keizer. My company takes all of our company vehicles to them. So I took my new bouncy rig to them to get an estimate.Jared got it in right away and gave me the grocery list of problems. He went over the list with me to address the issues that were safety related versus comfort. The repair costs were fair and competitive. They also offer financing, which was huge for me. They started the repairs, addressed other concerns that came up. Work was done in less than a day. They had my rig running smooth! I have nothing but great things to say about these guys. They treat you good. They are honest and dont try to sell you everything under the sun. Honest and integrity were appreciated. I will definitely be back!

The work went fine. The two concerns that I have are that when I came in initially to find out how much new tires would cost, it wasnt explained that the rebate was not at the time of purchase and could take several months.And it was never explained to me that there would be a $100 Promise Plus warranty added to the cost. Aside from a free tire replacement I expected that all of the other free services are automatically offered and actually free.

Fantastic service! Still one of my favorite shops for tires. My only gripe is they misplaced a lug nut on my vehicle and replaced it with another that looks nothing alike and was never told about it.

I was very impressed with Troy, his knowledge of the industry and products made me switch from purchasing a set of tires from Discount Tires to Gills Point S. The process was so quick that I was in disbelief, from start to finish including the credit application and 4 tire installation only took approximately a half hour. Kudos to Troy and his crew, job well done and I will not hesitate to refer people to them.

I have an old 2003 Subaru Forester and had replaced the steering system. Gills Point S has good reviews so I called for a quote for steering alignment. It was cheaper than others. Shop was clean, service was fast and my steering wheel is straight up for the first time in years. He noted my tires were badly worn and asked if I’d like a quote, but I’d already purchased a set - I appreciated the offer and there was no pressure. Very friendly and professional. Work guaranteed. Good experience overall.

Don’t buy tires here. “Junk” bought tires here 10000 miles ago take car for alignment, (thinking that is problem)paid for alignment they tell me that I need tires. I have been buying tires here for long time. DONE with them.

Stopped in to check on tire prices for my wifes car. Brent was extremely helpful and suggested a great tire at a very competitive price. At the time I was driving my vehicle, so I asked about tires for it as well. Brent said I still had some wear left on the tires, but recommended that I rotate the tires due to the wear he observed. He did so without charge. As that was being done he noticed wear on the inside of my front right tire. Further inspection showed the lower ball joint was not operating properly. and needs to be replaced. I really appreciated the outstanding customer service and care given to a guy who just walked in the store for the first time.

I been waiting for nearly 20mins for someone to help me on the front desk! Theres one guy that can clearly see me but just ignore me he doesnt even make a effort to call someone for me!! Horrible never again u guys need to train ur staff

Or was the response from PR?$95 for a basic synthetic oil change! Reached out via email to see if there was a mistake. No response. Email copied below:I was charged $95 for an oil change for a dodge journey, and $22 for a small nail hole in my tire.Im completely blown away by the oil change charge.. we normally take our vehicle to dodge for maintenance but given these trying times we wanted to support a local keizer buisness. I feel robbed to say the very least, this double what I normally pay for an oil change and right now places are offering hero discounts for Frontline workers(which i am) but decided again to support local keizer. Im hoping there was some kind of mistake with these charges.

This is a good place to buy tires. The staff was helpful and were willing to answer questions about tires and the performance differences on them. The store was clean and well lit. The waiting chairs were clean without holes or grease on them. I would rate it higher but the parking is limited and hard to get out when the street is busy.

Used to like going here for minor repairs b/c they provided good and honest service without pushing for unnecessary repairs. Unfortunately something changed since my last visit. I needed work done on one rear brake, and they told me they would only do both, which was absolutely unnecessary. Youre not Les Scwab, and thats exactly why I wont do business with them, and now with Gils, due to corporate greed. ✌

Point S recently replaced the struts and shocks on my vehicle, and performed some routine transmission maintenance. The price was fair and they completed the job quickly. With 135,000 miles on it, my Toyota RAV4 drives like new again. I wish it smelled like new, but thats not on them, thats on my kids and dog :)

Choosing to have Gills handle my tire needs was a excellent decision. The visit wasnt like you were just another customer who needed tires. It was more like stopping by a friends place for a set of tires. Gills doesnt run to every customer asking how they can help you. They walk to every customer and tell them I can help you. Point S has been fantastic to work with each and every time Ive visited their store; I just wish I knew the extent of the services they provide (tires, belts, brakes, oil pans, filters, wiper blades and more) prior to visiting other shops and/or the dealership. I would have saved a lot of money and would certainly have received great service. I recommend Point S without hesitation.

After contacting multiple tire stores in the area I kept getting the run around and no one willing to help after closing, when I got a flat. My husband contacted Danny. Danny was willing to come pump my tire enough to get it to his shop just a few blocks away if the tow truck didnt get there before he got off work and could come help. The tow truck arrived just before then and took my van there. Danny quickly helped me and patched my tire at no cost. After a long 3 hours I was back on the road again thanks to Danny and Gills Point S Tire and Auto. I am very grateful for the amazing customer service!

I got excellent advice on tire types and why I would choose one over the other based on where I tend to drive (in the Willamette Valley, not over the mountains). Danny helped to save me some money and I felt more confident in my decision. They were also very thorough in the services I needed and even installed the license plate light that I had not gotten around to putting in. Good work from a professional team!

My wife and I have been here a couple of times. They are very patient while waiting for us to decide on what to do. And they are very knowledgeable about their inventory. And from what weve found, their prices are some of the best in town. Great place to get tires!

Driving on River Road near the reconstruction of “Arby’s” and hit something that completely shred my tire. It was the middle of the afternoon on a weekday and I changed to a spare and rolled right into this shop. Brent was able to help me extremely quickly, and he practiced one of the most flexible sales tactics around, which was about 2 used options, and also multiple new options right away. Brent made the decision extremely easy and as someone who finds dealing with car issues inconvenient enough, he made the process comfortable and easy. Would recommend to anyone wanting to support a Keizer shop where you are treated like a person instead of a number. Brent even called me by my first name on the way out the door, great service!

My boyfriend got great tires from this store and was a return customer. He loved the quality. When asking for help getting the tire off the rim so he could patch the side wall (because company policy doesnt allow them to repair side walls) they made a big fuss and were going to charge him a fee. The store manager knew his tires were needing to be replaced soon and still treated him poorly. Instead of fighting with the manager on how you should treat customers and how it would be in his best interest not to charge him $12 for a 3 min job, he instead notified them that he would be purchasing new tires in the next few weeks, and now it would not be from him.

We blew a tire in our RV on our way to the country fair at 5:30. You can imagine. Traffic was horrible. Getting off the freeway was horrible. I googled and found Gills. We called and he said come on in. By the time we got there it was almost closing time. They stayed and put a new tire on for us. Got us fixed up and back on the road. So thankful for them. And they didnt gouge us on the price.

Got all 4 of my tires mounted and balanced right before closing, no complaints, quick and painless! Only wish they were more personable... smile guys!

On my way home from grocery shopping I hit a board with a nail in it which drained the air out of my tire pretty quick. I went to the Les Schwab in Keizer (because it was close to where I was at the time) and was told that there would be a 2 hour wait! I immediately walked out and went over to Tire Factory, Dave took care of me right away and 15 minutes later I was on the road home with a replacement tire.

Gills is an exceptional place filled with exceptional people. Normally, when you go to a mechanic, you feel out of place. But at Gills, they were responsive and contentious. You can tell that helping people fix their problems is their passion. They love what they do.

Stopped in for a pre-trip check. Very quick and thorough with friendly folks.
