I found a new regular mechanic and I will definitelyrefer people here from now on!! They had great and reasonably priced service. Justin was very easy to talk to and work with. They did not charge me for anything extraneous and even threw in free wiper blades because I needed some big work done.My car is driving so smoothly now. Amazing customer service from Justin!

I am continuing to suffer for the complete failure of this shop. Before a cross-country drive and move, I took my Chevy Cruze in with an oil leak problem. Was told the entire valve cover and gasket needed to be replaced. Paid about $400.Not long after the work, I noticed there was still oil leaking. They had not replaced the oil cap. Then, as we were on the I-40 in New Mexico, my shut down the engine warning came on and I pulled over at the next gas station. There was oil all over the valve cover and engine. I put three quarts in and bought more, and continued to our destination. I took it to a local shop with a VERY HIGH rating and they said the bolt holes for the valve cover were not well drilled and aligned so they tried some adjustments.Lately I have been having engine overheating problems again, and the local shop has told me that the valve cover needs to be completely replaced. AGAIN. It looks like Revis did not use a new OEM part. Oh, and they also charged me for the valve cover gasket, when my local shop told me that it comes with the purchase of a new part. Also, they never called me back while the work was being done -- I always had to call them for an update.If you are considering Revis Automotive, be forewarned!

Doug the owner and the Ford guy diagnosed a terminal problem in my old timey crown vic. Unfortunately, the old gal was beyond anyones aide... but these guys found an Extremely difficult to find electrical issue buried deep in the heart of the engine, and were very professional. Had an issue with my AC refill, but due to the state of the electrical [and also that I wasnt a peach to work with during that time] I give them full marks anyways! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I took my car in to get the ac fixed. They where fast and professional and even bought my car to my house because i didnt have a ride. Highly recommend them

Was told that a used vehicle inspection would be free of charge and was $62 charged afterwards. Very disappointing. I also never got called back when my vehicle was ready and I ended up having to leave it there overnight because they closed. Again, very disappointing.

Quite possibly the last honest mechanic. I had a truck I made a mess out of and they fixed it without judgements or overcharging. First rate. Highly recommended. Thanks

Shop DOESNT KEEP ANY PROMISES! Shop lies about how long they take. Owner admitted he never follows through on his promises to clients. Takes 3 weeks to find a gasket for an engine. Screwed over my good friend and told him 2 days when it took them months to repair. Also took off aftermarket parts and tried to keep them and tried to say they werent on the car when it was brought in. Shady business, I do not recommend this shop to anyone wanting work done. Please find a real shop that has communication, passion and wont give BS excuses on why a 2 day job took 2 months. Really unprofessional. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Today was my second time to Revis and they continue to provide great service. I had a stripped out flat head torx bolt on my Jeeps tailgate hinge. I also had an OEM replacement hinge that I asked them to install after getting the old broken hinge off by removing he stripped bolt. Not only did they get the broken hinge removed, they re-hung the tailgate door so that it would close better, swapped all the old bolts for new ones, and even painted my replacement hinge to better match my Jeeps color. Thank you Revis for going above and beyond!

Very slow. Would have a lower score but they were very nice and friendly. They didnt keep me in the loop to well though. Considering the power outages though I dont blame them as much still been way too long

Amazing service! If I could give more stars than 5 I would. We were 3 hours away from home when the car broke down. Got it fixed and back on the road within an hour. If we didn’t live so far away I would come back here every time. It’s rare to find an honest mechanic for a good price.

They were incredibly helpful!! I took a used car I was interested in there and they were incredibly honest with the issues and their opinions. Not only that but they were incredibly thorough and made sure that every inch of the truck was looked at and verified. A zero star truck but a five star mechanic for sure!

Despite half their staff getting sick, they fixed my car very quickly. They went above and beyond and did a couple things I wasnt even expecting. The staff was very friendly, and you can tell they enjoy what they do. They charged a very fair price as well. I will be recommending them to others, and going back if I have any other car troubles. Very satisfied with their work!

Generally dont trust mechanics but Ive been using these guys for more years than I can count and theyve always treated me fairly. They do excellent work in a timely fashion for a reasonable price. Satisfied customer.

I came in from out of town with a chronic issue. They found a quick and easy solution (which had evaded my regular mechanic) and didnt even charge for it. Our reception was less than professional, but kudos for their level of expertise.

Do not go to Keizer Automotive. They did work on my vehicle that did not need to be done, and didnt bother to call me first to discuss. When you take your car to a mechanic, you expect to have professional service and trust them to take care of you. I have referred this business to many people, but I will never refer them again. They did not do what they were trying to charge me for. Will NEVER go there again.

I absolutely hate this place! They over charge you so much a part of mine was $17, and it took them 45 minutes and my bill was $600. And a bout 3 days later I had something else wrong.Also horrible staff, and Heidi gives out personal info and HORRIBLE service. I would rate 0. If you want good service and for a reasonable price dont go their.

Way overpriced and the staff is nice until the work is done, then they act snobby and treat you horibbly. Left coolant all over the front of my truck and the side panel to dry in the sun and ruin the paint. Not impressed and wont go back.

We had turned in my Honda before Christmas and told them she needed a tune-up. Got her back the next day and she was still running rough when idling and shifting to a lower gear. Put the Honda back in on Feb 3rd to find out that there were other issues going on that they hadnt checked for when we had her in earlier. What that tells me is that Keizer Automotive does not do anything other than what you ask (even if you dont know what you need). Some businesses will take your car apart and want to charge you for things you didnt need just to create a huge bill. I appreciate a business who has my best interest at heart. I will continue to use Keizer Automotive for any auto repairs needed because they are honest and trustworthy. Way to go, Keizer Automotive!

Im very dissapointed in this business and I WILL NEVER GO BACK OR REFER ANYONE HERE EVER!!! What kind of owner really calls a customer and overrides a previous amount owed then starts talking down to us as if we arent good enough for there shop!! Well guess what our car wouldnt have to get fixed 4 times if your mechanics did the job right first 3 times. This was so disrespectful to us and im very shocked at how unprofessional this lady owner was to a client.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Do not go here!! I asked for a quote and before communicating to me there would be a diagnostic charge, i.e. pull my car apart in order to figure out what the quote would be, they just went ahead and tore my car apart before telling me, and THEN called to tell me I owed them the diagnostic fee. Um, ever heard of a warning? The owners couldnt get on the same page and argued over prices while they had me on the phone. It was so bad they had to call me back. Not to mention the first quote verses the second quote was a joke. And then when I said I felt there was a miscommunication and that since I was already dropping a good $700 to them regarding other issues on my car, that I shouldnt have to pay the diagnostic fee for the other item I asked a QUOTE for, which does not entail that youll be pulling my car apart without telling me first, she pulled an attitude and said she was confused and that she could already tell I was one of those customers she wasnt going to be able to please. Seriously?

This is is a horrible company who does not care about you or your ca!! Horrible customer service!! Horrible people dont ever ever use them 1000% overcharged!!!
