I was treated very well. Had to get my transmission replaced and he was the most reasonable in the area. He was quite upfront with the cost of parts/labor and there were no hidden expenses. The repair was very fast.Update: I have been driving my repaired vehicle for 16 months and I have had zero problems with the repair that was made. I would feel very confident using him again.
