I got an estimate of the work that needed to be done. When I came back later to have the work done they stuck to the estimate and did a great job. They were friendly and helped me understand my situation with my computer. They offered me different options for my problems and I felt I could trust them. I would recommend them to everyone.

I have been to NW Tech Solutions at least four times to repair my lap-top. Every time I walk in, the customer service is always excellent. They are quick, diligent, and willing to see if the issue can be resolved either that day, or within the next few days. Price is very affordable. I will continue to use them for all my electronic and computer repairs.

We have four computers, two printers, and a file server on a local network configuration. Jeremy helped us establish this network several years ago, and he maintains its integrity today. And that takes a lot of work!Any issues we experience, Jeremy solves them expeditiously, and efficiently. It is great having a same day screen repair service in town. I have a relative here for only a few days and not having to wait for the parts to come in was fantastic. The owner even suggested some updates for her phone to run smoother. Great customer service and care!

When my computer was invaded by hackers, Jeremy got it cleaned up quickly without disturbing any of our settings. He made helpful recommendations and answered my questions in a way I could understand. His prices were reasonable. Jeremy is a true professional!

Jeremy saved the day! He successfully extracted files from a compromised external hard drive that had family photos on it. I desperately needed photos of my mother-in-law for a video to be shown at her celebration of life. He worked overtime to insure I had adequate time to complete the video. Needless to say Jeremy has earned my grateful thanks and future business.

Awesome experience, my work toughbook wa locked so I couldn.t upgrade the operating system, this is a very important tool for my business. Jeremy was able to upgrade the operating system for a very reasonable cost! I was surprised how inexpensive the repair was, and it works great. Highly recommended, will return for future needs. While I have never had anything repaired, he is always friendly and works hard to give good service. The gentleman who helps him watch the shop when he is away on services always puts in a good word as well.

My husband and I wont go anywhere else for computers or tech support. They are always able to schedule us when we have a problem and the price is always right when we need something new for our business.

Took my laptop in to NW Tech Solutions on Friday for a slow bootup issue and Jeremy called me the next day after running diagnostics on the harddrive and memory modules. He found and removed a couple of malware items that my anti-virus software missed at no charge to me. Jeremy recommended purchasing a better anti-virus program that will do a better job at finding viruses and malware as well as improve how the laptop performs. If I ever need help with my PCs Ill be headed back to NW Tech Solutions.

The owner of this establishment was very arrogant and insinuated that I was insulting him because I told him that the Mac store was going to charge me $25 for the exact same thing that he was going to do and he wanted to charge me $75. Not sure how telling him that was going to the Mac store to save $50 was insulting to him but I wasn’t about to overpay.

I had my computer reformatted and cleaned here, after a few days I ran my anti virus program and it discovered a hack tool virus activator, after researching on google what a hack tool was, I found that it is tool that activates and tricks Microsoft into thinking the copy of windows is genuine, when it is really not genuine at all.I am very frustrated and to make a long story short, I removed the hack tool and now my copy of windows says its not genuine and that I may be a victim of piracy. This place is a joke and the owner is too, I went here because they claimed to be certified. I called Microsoft and they said that this type of incident was most likely not a coincidence and that it had to have been put there intentionally.

Competent on hardware but needs an understanding of differences between low level formatting of hard drives between OS versions, particularly when trying to downgrade an OS

My computer was non-functional. He replaced parts, cleaned it, and got it working. It seems that he reinstalled windows 10 and added a couple programs that I didnt want. A month later the same problem happened.

Very happy for Jeremy and Martins attention. They were very nice and took the time to listen to me and also to have my computer ready in basically one day !!! I hope I dont have to go back soon but if I have to, I go back to them.
