Went in needing to print an email and was helped by the store manager, Steven. Explained what I was trying to do and Steven answered my questions, solved my problem, and made my day. I don’t need Staples often but when I do I know I will be in good hands at the Keizer Station store.
How do you Google search for a store that has in stock a printer.You go to that stores website and place your order.Evidently after explaining to Staples that I was a disabled person and was questioning the order.They proceeded to charge me for an advertised in stock item that after speaking to manager of that store has been out of stock for weeks7 days later still no credit back / refund

The printing staff has helped me with several print jobs... They are my go to for printing service when I need good quality, quick.
My wife and I were shopping for school supplies when we asked a question about pricing on a $2 off 3 or more of the Staple brand heavy duty binders. We were greeted by a sales associate with limited knowledge on the sale. He diverted us to a frazzled looking manager who quickly made excuses as to why we should not expect the deal to happen. One such excuse was that the sale ended yesterday!? However, the signs were still up and, despite wanting to do a mix and match on three identically discounted binders (something other stores do in the area) we were told if they were not identical SKUs this would not work either. My advice, do not lose a sale over small variances and make it right for the customer when it was Staples mistake for leaving the signage up.

After Apple Pay was announced, Staples was among the partnered retailers accepting tap-to-pay. I had to buy some toner, so I thought Id give it a shot with Google Wallet. No go. The clerks didnt know what I was up to and explained their terminals were too old to do that. Hmmmm... Its a pretty new store.Several months later, I visited due to proximity and found the terminals have been updated to accept tap to pay. I was able to use Android Pay to buy a new cable modem.Office Depot has a better rewards program/toner recycling and has flawless tap-to-pay.
I worked here for years in the copy center and built tons of relationships with surrounding business owners. It was a fantastic and positive environment 😁
Horrible experience I cut myself with an exposed staple on the corner of a cardboard box, just wanted to let the manager know about the incident so that they can be more careful and she was not very happy about me telling her what happened. She started to say it was my fault and acted really rude, I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life at a store, she treated me like if I was trying to take advantage of the situation and sue her when my intention was just to let them know. She was racist too and started to say that she wasnt gonna argue with me and walked away. Very rude lady, my hand was bleeding and she didnt even offer me a band aid I had to ask her and she went to get one all mad I even heard her say things as she was going to get it. Never coming back to this store again.

I bought an office chair on sale here 4 years ago that Ive used nearly every day since, so much so that the seat cushioning flattened to the contours of my butt and where theres barely any support for said butt left, and with the armrests peeling off flakes of faux leather and exposing parts of weird fluff inside of em, and with a suspension that sags like my mood after my butt starts hurting again from the now nonexistent support.That chair just wont die. And I feel I can trust this place to offer me more quality chairs in the future just like this one, that will soldier on as much as I do, if not moreso. I recommend this place for all your office seating needs, and conversely, also for your butt needs. Because your butt deserves better than some hard and sticky Walmart seat.
Ordered a product online and received several emails stating it was in the store ready for pickup. The wife made it out to the store to pick up the order and was told the order was not there. Called the store and was told they were busy and couldnt take my call and that I would have to wait for a call back. I said no and was placed on hold as the associate reported that I was refusing to hang up. Will update this if the resolution is any better than the 1 star customer customer service I have received thus far. As of right now I will be contacting their corporate office to have a conversation about their lack of service. Now I was hung up on while in the middle of a conversation, this is a great experience.
Bought a printer online which said it would be ready within one hour. I went over 5 hours later and was told that it did not come through on their side of the system and that I would need to come back later, even though I had an email with a confirmation number attached.Whatever, I thought. Its frustrating, but not the end of the world. So I asked if I could just buy the printer and try to refund the online purchase later. After the salesman tried to up-sell me on other printers he went back and got the printer I originally came to pick up.Now at check out I find out that the 3-year warranty I bought online for $4 dollars was actually going to cost about $20 and there was no way around it.No thanks.I emailed their customer service and havent received a reply in a month and counting.Update: Over 3 months later and Ive never heard from their customer service.

They usually have everything in stock that youre requesting there is a handicap parking directly out front it is easily noticed within the complex

I took my computer in because I got a blue error screen on my PC, and couldnt boot no matter what I tried. The technician assured me that they could either get the computer to boot again, or worst case scenario, transfer the data. In either case, the diagnostic fee of $70 would be waived, and instead I would pay for data transfer and/or restoring the OS. A few days later I was contacted by Staples. They said there was nothing they could do to boot my computer or transfer data, but they could send it in to a specialist to retrieve the data from my hard drive, and that would cost $1,500. I said, no thanks, and went to pick up my PC. When I picked it up, I asked the store manager why I would have to pay $70, if they did nothing; since they just kept getting the same blue screen I got and couldnt run diagnostics. She said that they use a 3rd party company to do their diagnostics and are charged by them even if they dont get anywhere or have a solution, so she was not willing to waive or reduce the $70. I feel like I was ripped off, and I recommend that Staples get out of the computer repair business if they dont know what theyre doing.
Expensive and heaven help you if you need something printed. The woman I dealt with was extraodinarily rude. When I found out how much I was paying, I asked what I could do in the future to lower my price and she was not only rude, she was unhelpful.Nooo thank you.By the way, I bought 15 2-sided pages (7.5 when done) full color on 80lb gloss, and trimmed. It was $23 (!!), which I paid (because I should have asked about price before agreeing to their recommendations) but I could have bought 100 sheets of that paper and an ink cartridge for the same price on Amazon.If you arent absolutely sure that you have to shop here, dont.If you arent 100% positive what you need printed, dont come here.

Store was way over priced, but they do price match, even Amazon so shop around! Staff was friendly at the front counters, had staff dodging me throughout the store though as if not wanting to help
