The young guy is cool the lady is always very stand offish and rude

I went in to cash my lottery tickets and purchase more. There was a sign in the window for my fav beer. I didnt see it in the cooler and asked if they had it. The older Asian lady behind the counter said in annoyed voice they only carry what is there. She refused to help me with the tickets and only repeated scratch it! This lady is extremely unprofessional, rude and lazy. I wont spend a penny in this store. They should think about taking better care of their customers because their store has much less to offer than most. Stay away from this place!!

The older lady who works there is so rude! I was short .8 cents and I offered to pay the rest on my card to get rid of my cash and she said she’d have to charge me 3$ and then I told her no thanks I’ll go check in myCar for the 8 cents and she rolled her eye and said “UGHHHH ITS FINE” and pushed the things I was buying towards me horrible store ! I rather drive a little further down to 7/11

The cashier lady was rude and yelled at my child. Then she would not give me my card back and when I got angry she yelled at me to never come back.

Giving this place a one star review to make people aware that the woman who runs this business does not welcome potential customers of a different color. Share your experiences if you have them. Hit these people where it hurts. Discrimination, etc does not deserve your hard earned money.

Really surprised by the reviews I just read. Moved to the neighborhood a few months ago and have had nothing but excellent service. I introduced myself when I first went there and told them what I like. Now they always try to keep it in stock. Maybe if people would try harder to build a relationship with local businesses theyd have a better experience.

I had three winning scratcher tickets a $2 winner a $5 winner and a $50 winner when I took it in there the old lady who is half owner look at the cards held them together scan only two out of the three for the five and the $2 but did not scan the 50 it took me three times to almost yell at her she was hiding the third card. Once she realize the fact that I knew what she was doing she scanned the third card didnt say another word gave me the money and walked away to her office.

Such a great little market! The lady that runs it is kind & courteous, she helped me located exactly what I was looking for. The prices are reasonable as well. Love living close to a great quickie mart like this! Thank you! :)

It is illegal to ask what my medical condition is and to ask for a card from my doctor that goes against the constitution. You need to be kind. Your lucky I dont sue you. You dont have to serve me and its ok but my health is personal and none of your bussiness

Aint gonna lie this place sucks. If I could give this place a -8 stars I would. The reason is because the old lady behind the counter is a little jerk. Im pretty sure shes nicer to you if you are older. My friends and I went in one day and that lady was there. We were there for probably 5 minutes and she confronted us insisting on helping us because we were taking too long. But that was only because we had a certain amount of money and it was hard to choose from all the overpriced candy. We went up to the counter to pay and she made us count the money ourselves and pushed us to side so she can help other people. Instead of doing her only job which is taking money and putting it in the cash register she made us do it ourselves. Which is the definition of bad customer service. Finally we finished and she forced us out the door immediately. I will never go back there because I dont enjoy age-discrimination.

Last few times I went, the elder lady behind the counter was extremely rude. Also tried to overcharge me on my drinks and when I told her what the price was to correct my total because I added it ahead of time because I noticed that the previous time I was overcharged, she got very defensive and argued with me that I was wrong. This place isnt the place it used to be back in the day, probably stick to 7-11 or Waremart from now on.

This place is spendy. The owners are rude. Some of the products are expired. I use to stop there for convience, but never again. Last time I stopped in and bought a few items as i was leaving my wife called with a family emergency. I was sitting in the parking lot for not even 5 minutes talking on the phone. The lady came out and said you stay too long we need the parking. Excuse me I will never step foot in there again. The parking lot had 2 cars only with plenty of room. I was not going to camp out there.

It is very unfortunate that the customer service here is subpar. It is in a very convenient place and my kids are able to walk there when they want to buy something. However, I have already had two incidents with how she interacted with my kids and to be an adult and treat kids like that speaks to the type of person the store owner is. She seems to favor people who speak Spanish and will rarely say anything otherwise. Customer service is definitely something she needs to work on because I do not think I will be going back or allowing my kids to go either.

The lady that owns the place is so rude!! If she does something wrong she doesn’t want to admit and blame you and tell you can’t come back in there. I have spend hundreds in this store and never been rude to the lady that’s works there. The lady the works there need to learn Customer service skills. The lady is also racist if your a oldest Person or Hispanic.

The staff is friendly to you, as long as you are friendly to them. The store itself has a good selection. Would have given 5 stars, but the parking lot is in a weird location with one of the exits being part of the stop light system. Exit the lot using the road to the left of the store when you are facing it.

It was horrible the lady there accused my friend of stealing WHEN WE DID NOT!!!! We said sorry if we did but we did not remember doing it. She said she would call the cops but she did not and said we were lucky. Later my friends mom and dad went there and asked to see the footage but she refused and kept screaming after that. But she had no proof.her husband had to come and stop her. Another time she was checking something we bought out and made us wait in line because there was no price tag on it but there was and it was on the top and when no one was around she yelled at us and tod us to get out because we were kids. I would give it negative infity if I could .

NEVER SHOP BS MARKET! Horrible customer service! Mean & prejudiced old lady works/lives there. My friend was treated so rudely - being passed over for customer behind us in line and then ignored (3 times) when asking to purchase items behind counter.After spending over $25 despite rude comments to us, we were then told to LEAVE because parking was needed in large, mostly empty lot. Other customers parked beside us werent verbally accosted or told to leave. She even threatened to call the police on us.

The lady is the most rude person I’ve ever encountered and it’s consistent. Never again will I step foot here. I can’t believe they’re still in business with this kind of service.

The lady that owns this place is a leays rude and to ask her w question seems to be the highest insult,factor in the $10 or less fee with card purchases,and you have a place to pass up if ever possible.

The lady who works here is a racist! Dont shop here! Dont even accidently stop here. First of all theyre over priced. Give them a -0- never in my life received such rude service they wouldnt give me change fore a five, five ones ended up getting gas at the gas station to break the five no questions asked. Understand they may not break the 5 without perching but tried to buy a sucker an they wouldnt do that either. Telling me they had no change but they gave the next customer 3 one dollars back in change. Theys people are behind rude. Been in Business myself for 20 years successfully. In a near by home. Like I said BIB -0- ON THE STARS BUT HAD TO PUT UP ONE SO I COULD POST THERE RATING.

It’s a great place for going to get a quick snack when you don’t feel like going all the way to 711 or Waremart. The workers are nice but are sometimes very glary and ignorant. The store is also very dirty. Overall it’s an okay place.

Did new owners take over recently? I dont understand the bad reviews, espeically about customer service. The older man and woman are both very nice--we even hung out with them in the parking lot to watch the eclipse! There is also a younger woman who works at night sometimes. All three are always super nice when we visit. I go there very regularly...multiple times a week. Never one issue.

They have been rude several times to my son and his girlfriend, to the point of telling them to leave, all because my sons GF has virtigo and can not walk without assistance, so when they go in and shes leaving on him, the owner gives them a bad time and tells them to leave because it looks bad for the store. Im wondering if shes ever dealt with illness it people with disabilities?

Terrible store. Always has expired products

First time going into the place with a friend, the lady working called me crazy, started cussing me out out front before I could enter the store, so I went in and told my friend to drop what he grabbed we are leaving so she told him to put everything back where he got it at while other customers where in the store this took place
