This is my spot! If I need anything printed I prefer this location not only because of their efficiency & quality products, but also for their customer service! Sahori and her team are top notch! Highly recommend this location.

Rude/untrained staff. The staff didn’t know how to work the fax……had to google it myself….also very out dated equipment.

Your customer service skills could use a little polishing.

If you need anything printed faxed copied shipped etc. This is the place to go. They have a very helpful team staff. Cora helped me this afternoon I had very important documents pending and she walked me through the entire process. Thanks again!

Wendy and Adam did a great job of answering my questions and giving me all the options. All the packing was done right in front of me while I waited and everything was stress free. Good job guys!

I was a loyal customer of this location for years - known by name by the staff - now the new manager Adam has me taking my business elsewhere! He is abrupt, rude, and tries making simple tasks seem overwhelming or too time consuming for him. A word to the wise - Fedex Office is a wonderful provider, but until they change the manager there I will take my business to other locations, you should too. No need to waste time with negative people. I’m too busy to subject myself to that willingly in my day - Nah - rather go elsewhere. Sylvia the manager at South Salem location is worth an extra drive to deal with her...and I know anyone would be greeted with a smile and willingness to help. Come on FedEx choose a better manager!! You’re losing business!

Always very helpful when I go in to print things. I can never think of a time where they don’t greet me and ensure that I’m taken care! They go above and beyond to help customer issues!

Very competent counter help created a better solution than I could have for less than $1. Wonderful. Making America great again.

It is amazing how much FedEx can offer.. not only copies and prints but many many other things. They can make brochures of any kind; book covers... you name it!

7/14/2016: I needed a PDF file altered in order to save money by doubling up the image and printing them on a single sheet of postcard paper. I had already been there for 20 minutes due to having a new team member assist me and him not knowing about pricing/altering, which was understandable. When I entered the store the only other attendant was helping a woman with what appeared to be an excel spreadsheet. She had been with that customer the entire time I was there. When attendant working with me was in the process of altering my image a third worker, who had just come on shift, came over and tried to help the new guy. At this point a line of three or four people had started and that second attendant said I would have to place an order and come back since the store was busy. That first attendant was STILL with the women who had been there since before I came in. I had been there for 30 minutes by this point and I was being asked to COME BACK so they could help other customers who had just come in. The other woman was NOT being asked to place an order and come back. The third worker said that since it would take a minute to get the right altering they had too busy of a store to do it now. This was very poor customer service considering the other customer was receiving full attention and NOT being asked to come back. I know it doesnt matter since this is one of the only places to get help with printing, but I will NOT be returning to this store and I will recommend the other two Salem branches hopefully they will have better customer care.

I hate this company.I wish and hope that Boxycharm changes companies for their package delivery.My box was supposed to be here on Monday and was on its way to Portland Oregon but somehow it end up in Sacramento California. How in the hell did that happened ?You guys are a horrible company.Not the first issue Ive had with you guys.I will complain to the company I hope they find someone else to deliver their packages. Ugh!

Basic Fed Ex service center. Good for copying, scanning, shipping, ect.. Staff is helpful and nice.

What kind of shipping company cant determine how many stamps I need for an envelope?! Never going there again! Not to mention the rude staff

Fedex is HORRIBLE. Cant get aholx of anyone and late deliveries constantly. UPS will be my company use from now on

Weve gone here several times to print items and retrieve info sent to the kinkos cloud. all worked good. staff was knowledgeable and helpful

The FedEx office at Keizer Station has a prime location near the freeway. The teenage attendant was very professional. He filled my order.

Sort of slow, but overall very good staff.
