Great staff, very friendly, quick and helpful. I have worked closely with Quinn on a few projects I needed printed and he does and excellent job. All the staff are friendly and helpful, but I have worked mostly with Quinn on my projects. The pricing is affordable and I always get superior quality in my projects. Keep up the great work!

Dropped off a package to be returned to Amazon, got our tracking info and UPS says it only had label created. I called the UPS store 4 days later to be put on hold for over 7 minutes so I hung up and called back to the same gal ask is that you. I told her yes and she was rude and nasty telling me the hold packages for days until they have enough to ship back and that they had no packages left to go back. When I inquired further she said they had no way to track packages that left their store. Really are they a UPS store but cannot track their own shipments??? And she offered no assistance. Just plain rude.

I needed to send a fax ASAP and my computer was down. I also needed to get to a scheduled appointment and couldnt be late. The customer service desk at Safeway would have been convenient but the desk doesnt open up for service until 9am. The UPS store just down the street opens at 8 am. Fax sent✔️Made appointment on time ✔️Crisis averted✔️✔️✔️

This store is fabulous! The customer service is outstanding! Im not a business just a nana that enjoys sewing for.her grandkids. The store has the capability and knowledge of how to do layer printing where I can get get just specific size and dont have to follow lines for all the sizes. Friday I sent a pattern via email specified the sizes I needed and my payment method. I was running late and arrived 4 mins before closing. I didnt want to be the customer that expects service just minutes before closing. I stuck my head in to feel out the situation. My print job was done payment processed. They just handed it me and I was outta there! I LOVE this place!

I’m not going to support businesses that don’t exhibit care for The safety of their customers and workers. Workers were not wearing masks. The most precaution I saw was tape strips on the rug. But you have to get up close to do your business and the workers had to stand close to one another. I will go to a different UPS store even though this one is convenient to my home.

Have been here several times and they are always friendly, efficient, and accommodating.

Brought in a package on 10/22/20 it was scanned in and never seen again its been almost 3 weeks and they have no clue of where its at

Old grumpy guy tried to make me feel stupid for asking a question. He spelled my last name on a receipt for a package I sent off. He said look, it doesnt matter with a condescending face. What a d bag

Quinn is not someone I would want to deal with again, my 2 yr old picked up a greeting card and put it back in the wrong spot and he asks me Could you make sure those stay in order? Listen man, little did you know my uncle had just passed on about an hour previously, I had SO much going on and really didnt even want to be at the UPS, by not reading a tired sad mothers face and being so petty about ONE greeting card, you almost brought me to my breaking point. Learn some people skills.

Went to print a slip and drop off a package. When I was having trouble getting the slip to print, one of the workers called the lady that had been previously helping me to check what the problem was, and she made a huge sigh noise and seemed very annoyed to help me. Didn’t get the slip to print so I left. Went to Fed-Ex and had the best experience. If you can avoid this office or UPS entirely, I highly recommend it.

This is the BEST shipping store I have ever been to! The staff is so professional, friendly, and helpful. I almost wish I mailed stuff on a regular basis so I could stop by more. Thank you for being AWESOME! :)

Great service with friendly staff, excellent quality copiers, variety of stationary and printing supplies, shipping supplies and boxes, UPS, FedEx, forwarding and mailboxes. Excellent location with fast entry and exit off of Lockhaven and River Road in Keizer. Nearby US Post Office, Subway, supermarket, pizza and Mexican places, all make it a convenient place.

It is great working with the team at this store. They are always helpful and willing to go above and beyond when needed. As a small business owner, it is great to have them as part of my team.

Quinn was an amazing help! I had a bunch of stuff to send to different places that I wasnt sure how to send and he helped get everything packed up and ready to go. 10/10 experience.

Very fast, friendly, & knowledgeable service.

As soon as I came in I was rudely brushed off while Kent finished a package someone dropped off to ship back to Amazon (very important apparently) he couldn’t help me until he was done but once another customer walked in they helped him immediately then I continued waiting for him to scan my code and take my shipment which took him about 30 seconds to do.
