Came to this location for body work after a recent accident & every single person Ive talked to was so friendly and welcoming. On top of their amazing customer service, the work done on my vehicle was so pristine! It looks brand new and drives like new. This will be the only shop I recommend and come to for any future work. Brian was my service advisor and Breean was the sweetest rep to schedule everything and handle my paperwork. As a side note, my vehicle was in the shop during the winter storm and Brian called me while everyone was without power/water just to give me updates on how the work on my car was going to be affected due to the storm. Why do like these guys? They stand behind their word. I was not happy with my truck when they returned it to me. I was frankly dreading what I thought would come next....excuses and defensiveness. NOT THE CASE! These guys agreed that there was a mistake. They went WAY overboard in not only correcting it, but ensuring that my expectations were exceeded. My truck looks brand new now and I am extremely pleased with how it came out.

Went for hail damage repair for two of our three damaged vehicles. Was going to try a different place for the third just to compare but ended up bringing the third to Caliber because they fixed the first two before I even got a call from the other place to inspect the hail damage for our third vehicle. Kim called and updated us and kept us informed every step of the way and Brian oversaw the repairs and was super helpful and friendly as well. We used the Caliber location on 377 and we love them! On time, actually ahead of time on repairs and customer service was flawless! These people know their business and took care of everything and kept us informed the whole time. They did a great job on the dent repair from the hail and they cleaned the inside as well so everything was perfect when we got them back. Highly recommend these folks!

I had a single car accident and did significant damage to the entire front end of my vehicle. Our car was towed directly to Caliber, where they called us within hours to give us an update, talk us through what they would be looking for, how they would work with USAA our insurance company, and when they would be communicating and how they would communicate. They were incredible. Every few days they contacted us. They are a preferred vendor for USAA, and wow! We know why! The level of customer service, the professionalism, the attention to detail, the work itself...All platinum level of service. Would rate less than 1 star if I could!Would not recommend taking your vehicle here!!!! I took my vehicle in to have the hood and windshield repaired after having an object hit my vehicle on the freeway. The initial repair was only supposed to take a week max and took longer. Upon arriving to pick up my vehicle, I found that the technicians had ruined the paint of the roof panel of my vehicle as well as the headliner. My vehicle ended up being at the Keller location for over a month. They provided poor communication with minimal updates through the month. Customer service was mediocre and I felt as though the manager thought I was overreacting over the mistakes THEY made. At the end of the day, they did own up to their mistakes but I’m still not 100% satisfied with the work that was done to my vehicle.****UPDATE: I sent an email to the email provided in the response and never received any sort of response.****

I was very impressed with my service. I came in after a wreck the damaged a large portion of my passenger side on my brand new vehicle. I turned my car in to them on Tuesday, they returned my vehicle back to me on Friday in the condition it was when I drove it off the lot. The customer service was also exceptional. I brought My 2001 Mazda MX-5 Miata in for body damage due to a accident. They estimated a week, So I was suprised when they called me after only 3 days and said it was finished. You couldnt even tell that it had been in a accident, they blended the paint perfectly and even took care of some door dings for no additional charge. They were great, I recieved a call after the first day updating me on the progress of the repair and that on day 3 it would be in paint so should be done on day 5 or 6. I will take any vehicle that I own to them if I am ever in need of bodywork.

Wrecked the drivers side back bumper and lift gate. Great workmanship, looks just like the original. Everyone there was very nice. I was kept well informed. I hope I never have to use their services again, but if I need a body shop, Calliber Collision Keller is where Im going. The body is just that, but great customer service makes a rough time better.

I have used this shop in the past and for your basic paint and body they are ok but do yourself a favor and if your damage is more than just that take it to the dealer!!!  They didnt diagnose the mechanical issues properly and now I have been without my vehicle for 2 months. They dont know what they are doing and lied about where my vehicle was and what was being done.  Walk away from this shop!  I had my vehicle moved to a proper dealer shop where it can be fixed and taken care of! This shop missed over 4k in damage and because they didnt do things properly has cost me thousands out of pocket. On top of that the things they said they fixed werent fixed properly!!

Insurance company recommended, and thats a good thing. My truck was taken in quickly and - the thing I was truly surprised about - they called & arranged my rental car! I was all ready to do that and, after the paperwork was done, I sat down to wait for the car. I didnt even get to see one FaceBook post before the guy came in, walked up to me & told me my car was there & ready to go.10 days later, I picked up my truck & left the car & the folks at Caliber arranged for it to be picked up.I dont think I could be happier! 10/25/17 Day 70. Still more excuses and no car.10/10/17...54 days now.Another update: Tomorrow will be day 49. Still no car and more excuses as to why my car isn’t ready. They really don’t even deserve the one star I was forced to give to post this review.Update: today is day number 40. Still no car.Today is the 35th day Caliber has had my car since the accident. Every week for the past 3 weeks, I have received an email saying my car should be finished by the end of the week. Finally, on Friday (day #30), I got a call that it is ready. Then we get another call later that day that they lost the emblems so they had to order them. Today (day 35) we get another call that it is ready. We get there and the tail light looks like it came from a junkyard, the bumper is not aligned with the body of the car, there are paint runs and the trunk...OMG. Theres a huge gap on the left side between the lid and the body of the car. So, here we go again...probably at least another week or maybe longer before I get my car back.

Very minor accident caused damage on my bumper, Brian let me know about how long the bumper repair would take if there was no damage underneath. There ended up being nothing, so I was back in my car before the week was out!! Awesome work!

I brought my vehicle in for some scratch repair and some wheel repairs. After getting an estimate I was looking it over and realized this store was charging me labor to remove my spare tire 0.1. They were also charging labor for “post repair scan” I am an automotive technician and understand this is just a quality check. Most shops do this to ensure the repair is done properly and is provided as a free service. They are also charging 1.0 for “COVID-19 safety measures”. They are trying to make a profit on the situation that has been handed us instead of doing to right thing and just cleaning vehicles properly like any other shop would. It was an extra $90 that shouldn’t be there. I don’t recommend going here at all due to the hidden cost that a lot of people will over look.

Caliber did a great job on my Lexus. I brought it in on a Monday at 2pm and it was complete the same week on Friday. Relly nice folks and true pros! I would highly recommend them.

After filing a claim with insurance, I began to think I was getting the run around from the other party’s insurance. They told me to go to multiple shops. As a last hope, I called Caliber in Keller.Long story short, Delana (front desk) and Lee (service advisor) handled my claim with care. They were quick and efficient and updated me along the way. Even better, the repairs looked phenomenal!This shop knows what they are doing!

This place performs top notch repairs and has great customer service. This trip was to repair a few broken clips on a front bumper fascia as someone parked too close to the curb. Three Benjamins OUT THE DOOR in less than 5 hours, plus they washed, polished the entire car & detailed the interior! 😀Class Act!!!

I’m surprised at how little I had to do with Caliber Collision and StateFarm. I told State Farm where I wanted to go and what time I need my rental, and Delana and Brian had everything set up for me when I got there, they even called Enterprise for me!! So easy, I know exactly what to do next time someone decides to rear end me.

I was originally skeptical about taking my truck to a corporate body shop to be repaired but I couldnt be more pleased with Caliber Collision and Kevin Blackwell. I was referred to Kevin and it was worth the drive from Mansfield to Keller to have my truck repaired. Kevin took the time to explain the process of my repair and made sure I was updated fairly regularly. Caliber did a great job on my truck and managed to have it back in my possession faster than expected. It was well worth the 45 minute drive.

State Farm and Caliber streamlined my repair and took care of every detail. I got my car back looking like new, very impressed with their work here and would recommend Caliber to anyone looking for quality repairs

My vehicle was towed to this location after an accident I was in. It was later in the day so I called Caliber to confirm they were open. I spoke to Delana, who works the front desk, who took her time explaining to me what to expect and that she would call me the following day for an update. The following day she called me personally and not only advised of the next steps but asked how I was doing. As the person working the front desk and answering calls she truly is the face of this location and she is doing an AMAZING job. Thank you, Delana!

Cody was fantastic to work with.I went in for an estimate on a scratch to my Explorer. He took it back to the shop and they were able to buff it out in 5 minutes. No charge.I even have a small dent in my car that he was honest and upfront and said that no one but me would even know it’s there. If I wanted to fix it they would but that it was totally up to me. No pressure etc.will definitely go back

I had taken my car in to have the rear end worked on after an accident. The trunk lid was replaced but was not properly aligned so they had to take it back to make adjustments. After getting it back, the next day my parking sensors went out. I took it back in and they kept it for another day to find that a pin that was not pushed all the way in after replacing the wiring harness. I understand the just because it is new does not mean that it has no defects but a quick visual inspection may have caught that. After getting it back again they said they had to disconnect the HV battery by removing the back seat but on my hybrid model the HV battery access is in the trunk, which they should have known if they pulled the technical specs on my car. Then they did not place the cover back on the battery correctly. By removing the back seat they left grease on my leather seats, they did not insure the seat was completely snapped in place and they failed to make sure all of the seat belt latches were pushed back through so the backseat occupants could use the seat belts. When the service adviser said he was going to call me back at a particular date and time I had to him call back several times to get updates. There were times I felt that I was being lied to since most places seem to think the customer doesnt know about their car or cars in general. It is technical people like myself that pick up on these things and call them out in reviews like this.

Initially I thought this was going to be another car repair that would drag on for weeks, but I was pleasantly surprised. Caliber Collision updated me from tear down, to paint, to reassembly. The process was speedy and repairs look great!

My experience: My truck came in for minor quarter panel damage- insurance work. While it was in the shop, I had them replace the windshield. Four days later, I was told it was complete. Upon inspection, the paint was chipped in several places all around the windshield. I was told to deal with the sublet windshield company directly (I paid Caliber for the job). On the drive home, I noticed my gas light on and the fuel level below E. It had more than a quarter tank of fuel when I dropped it off. Some employee needed a truck for a few days?More than a month of phone calls and voice mails, I ended up back at Caliber. They repainted the previous damage. After inspection at home, I noticed heavy clear coat overspray on the cowl and smudge marks on my interior. Back to Caliber again. I was told to wait and they would clean it up. This is the third day of taking off work to rectify poor workmanship.They said that the manager would be involved because of the poor service. No call. Would NOT recommend.EDIT: Dave, the manager called me shortly after seeing this review. He profusely apologized and offered to rectify the situation in any manner possible. I appreciated the gesture of refilling my tank and washing my vehicle. Added two stars.

Hands down the best customer service I gave ever experienced. Not only was the process very easy from start to finish but They went way above and beyond to get my car back in good condition. Jarret was exceptional and helped me with so many things. He even went as far as helping me move my car seat between vehicles and carried my bags when I had my daughter with me. They washed my car and from the looks of it even vacuumed it out for me when they finished. I am very happy with the service I was provided here.

Our son’s car was hit by a Yukon recently (thank goodness he is okay). The damage was bad, and we prayed it would not be totaled. Caliber Collision did amazing work and his car looks like brand new.
