Found my rear tire nearly flat. Went to Discount Tire, and waited for them to open. It was amazing, they had me on the waitlist first at 8 am and flat fixed, no charge by 8:30...on my way. They were efficient, professional, and courteous. I would absolutely recommend, and will go there the very next time I have tire needs. Thank you!

I have always liked Discount Tire. Not just this location, but several that I have been to. I limped in about 4:00pm with a puncture in a rear tire. I knew they closed at 5:00. There was about a dozen cars in front of me. They were, like everywhere else, short-handed. They not only got to mine, but a few more behind me. I was done at 5:45 and they were still working. One of their salesman said they wouldnt quit until everyone was taken care of. Great work ethic and honest service.

Great place to get tires. My tire pressure was off after getting my tires so I went right back and the guy that did was very disinterested and said that he would adjust the pressure; he did not! This is the first time I have ever had this type of service so I know it was him! My husband fixed the problem when I got home. I will still get my tires from them because overall their service is good and one bad apple does not ruin the bunch!

Everyone working up front were extremely friendly except my person who worked on me, Juan. Maybe he was having a bad day? I ordered some tires and they called me to come in at 4pm because the tires arrived. I spoke to someone on the phone asking if they could simply just unscrew my front splitter Because I couldn’t do it myself because my car sat too low and they said if it was simple they could. When I reminded Juan he shut me down immediately saying they don’t do modifications on cars. It’s not even a modification, I just asked if they could simply unscrew it for me. Juan the whole time kept telling me how long the wait would be and honestly, I could care less? He said it’s going to take over 3 hours and asked if I was going to wait. I said cool, no big deal. When he checked me out he said it was going to be over an hour before they could even get to me and could take longer then. Again, cool no problem? I’ll get a ride. Seemed like he wanted to scare me away with the wait time. When my fiancé picked me up and we got back to our house, I received a call saying my car was completed! I called for a ride because he told me it was going to be such a long wait when it wasn’t even at all! I could’ve saved so much time and gas by just staying there. Oh and thank you to the friendly staff who unscrewed the front splitter for me :) Overall experience was good but I didn’t get a good vibe from Juan at all.

This is the place to buy tires!! The prices are super competitive and you can be rest assured that they won’t rip you off! The staff is super friendly and helpful and they always try to work with you with whatever issue you may have. My wife also comes here and they treat her very professional and respectful. We have been costumers for years and even in their busiest day they try to be fast! They also check and fix your tire pressure and flat tires. Yes, I have compared prices and a couple of competitors are a tiny bit cheaper but they get you with their value packets that they make you buy! Last two times I came here I was helped by the same guy -ALAN TORRES- best costumer service ever, super friendly and helpful and he gave me great deals on my news tires! The place is super clean and it has ramp access for wheelchairs.

The staff here is very helpful and friendly. I needed assistance with a terribly damaged tire and they got me squared away in no time. I have been coming here for years and it is for this reason that I will continue. Recommend this location for a good experience.

Ive been to the store many times. You can just drive up and have them check your tires for free. They always fill up my tires when my tire sensor light comes on in my car. You can schedule an appointment if your tires have an issue. Sometimes you have to wait just a little bit. But making an appointment seems to be faster. Friendly service, honest mechanics, would recommend.

I was loyal customer of Discount Tire almost 10 years. But, this location tried to put me a stupid person to change new tire to get $165. My wife took the car to fix flat tire.There was nail which is in fixable range.They put my spare tire and insist not to put the my original tire back. They said very badly leaking air. Again, this tire leaked air 2 psi bearly in two weeks.Maybe, they already expand the hole.Anyway, they are acting to think our safety.They are just liar and cheap people to charge money.They are trying attract the people to fix flat tire for free and always they say this is not fixable. This is my last purchase from Discount Tire. I also heard from this location of Discount tire, they also over tight the tire nuts and breaking them and not taking any responsibility.

My first trip to this location. Went in for warranty work. It was busy for a Saturday as usual so I was expecting the 60-90 minute wait time I was told but was pleasantly surprised when they had my work truck ready in under an hour. Nolan helped me at the counter and was courteous and professional.

I ordered some wheels and tires for my 2010 Camaro 2SS. The website and manufacturer assured they were compatible with my car. After painstakingly putting them on my car, the techs noticed a wheel rub, which meant a clearance problem with the wheel. They insisted on putting my new tires on the old wheels so Id be safe and the car roadworthy until the problem could be sussed out.The assistant manager, Jared, was very apologetic and clearly explained he issue. Hes going to great lengths, at the moment, to find out what the problem is with the manufacturers, as well as find a set of wheels that actually work with my car.Great bunch of workers. Ive been here many times and will continue to buy my wheels and tires here.ETA: The new wheels came in and fit perfectly. The whole crew worked diligently to make sure that the wheels cleared my brakes and calipers, as well as being safe on the road and totally happy with my purchase.Honestly, these Foose F105 Legend wheels look better than he ones I originally picked out. The clearance issue was serendipitous.Big thanks to the entire team.

Love the prices and the service after sale but our experience here last week was ridiculous.My wife made an appointment and was early. She asked that the 2 new tires be moved to the rear of the vehicle and was told that was standard practice. 45 minutes after her appointment time I took her to lunch as I was working in the area. An hour later we returned to the shop to finding them just finishing the installation. When she got home she observed that the new tires were on the front.A. Do what you say you will do.B. If you are going to require customers to be served in the order they arrive don’t make appointments.This is the 2nd store we have had issues with and I’m seriously considering finding another tire dealer as service continues to decline at businesses in this franchise.

Went in for a tire rotation on my wifes SUV. Didnt charge me. Very much appreciated. Thats good business! Will definitely by my next set of tires there!!

I set an appointment for 10am. Arrived at 10. They told me that had other costumers and wait in my truck. Forty minutes later I went in after watching them pull in three other vehicles. I was told that I was next. So, setting an appointment doesnt mean anything. They will still get to you in the order you arrive. Other than the minor inconvenience, they were courteous and reasonably prompt. It took an hour and a half after ordering tires two days in advance and setting an appointment.

Just Tires had a wait so I headed over here and was happy and impressed that they offered a free air check! The tech was friendly.

Quick and fair. My tire treads were running out and I started having vibrations at high speed (maybe out of balance). Came in for a set of new tires for my mustang. Got them in about an hour with waiting time. The car drives fine now without the vibrations with the new rubber.

Sent my 23 year old daughter to get a rotate and balance, she was told she had an alignment issue on the REAR tires, tried to sell her tires she did NOT need. When I called, the guy I talked to said his guys would not do that.....so I guess my daughter is a liar.Unfortunately she could not remember the guys name. So dads beware, can’t trust these guys, it’s a shame I have always used and recommend this store, not anymore!

Love that they have free patch jobs! However they are not enforcing CDC guidelines. The men working on the cars dont need masks, though when they come in they make sure to wear one which is fantastic. However the customer service reps in the building are not wearing masks! Most are but one of the managers, Nolan, not once pulled his mask up. He was wearing it only covering his chin even when talking with customers. Which is outrageous.

Honestly if there was a national poll where people had time to really think through which company has the best customer service and service in general based on their own personal experience, Discount Tire must be at the top of that rather long list! And Jared at the Keller location is an excellent representative of how Discount Tire holds that top reputation. Highly recommended.

They go Above and Beyond exceptional service. No one is perfect and we all make mistakes. I have been purchasing and maintaining my tires here for over ten years and there have been many times when they could have rightly charged me for a service and did not. That builds loyalty yes, and I am grateful for those blessings. This particular shop is very well run and they work tirelessly to exceed customer expectations. The team works together better than some NFL teams and they all take turns between the sales/service roles and working on the tires. I see that it inspires commitment and a sense of personal responsibility in all employees. I highly recommend this shop for all of your tire needs.

Hands down best tire shop I’ve ever been too, fixed the leak in my tire for free and had options set out for me in case I needed to replace it. I’ll be returning here when I need new tires. Trustworthy.

Brought my van in for new tires couple weeks ago. Got home and then realized that a center hub cap cover was missing. Brought the van back to show them. A technician came out took a look and went back inside the store. Couple minutes later, he came out with a center hub cap cover and installed it on the wheel. However, I noticed that it was different. He took my number and told me that he would have to order it and would call me back when it came. Two weeks passed by and no call. I called the store again and was told that there was no order whatsoever on the part. Again, the gentlemen on the phone took my number and said would call me back. Again, nothing. I came in today to make sure that they would put in an order right in front of me instead. Nolan came out and greeted me. After hearing what I have been going thru, he asked me to give him few minutes to check on it. Couple minutes went by and Nolan came out with the part. He took my van into the shop and had the part in place within few minutes. Kudos to Nolan for getting it done quickly and correctly for me. If it wasnt for Nolan, I wouldnt even consider to give this 4 stars

UPDATE 3/10/21 New appointment, different day... They pulled in a different vehicle that wasnt mine! And were trying to use my wheel locks on another customers vehicle. This set me behind by 35 minutes after my appointment before they even pulled the correct vehicle in. PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR WORK ORDERS. Also, why are customer keys left in their car even if they dropped over night, they should be brought in and put with the work order.November 2020: I was in and out very fast! Only thing was I brought my wheels in bags nicely tied and they tried to put them back in my vehicle with no bags. Common sense would be to put the swapped ones back in bags. Only thing that bugged me, but the service was fast.

Was in and out; made an appointment the day before but seemed more of a first come first serve kinda thing. But none the less, was quick and the guys working there were very informative on everything that was going on.

You can work with anyone there as I was listening and watching everyone there and customer service is great. If Jarrad is available, try to work with him. He is fantastic to work with and not only looks out for you but looks for the best deals they have available. He is awesome and really personable.

Horrible customer service! Red shirt Juan decides to be the CEO of Discount Tire and tells me every reason under the sun why he cant service my trailer wheel. In fact, all I needed was some air. Guess its easy to just say no, yet he doesnt understand how much business Ive give this company over the years. Im total disappointed in this discount tire location, it has to be the most horrible place to get good tire service. Im now having to drive way up to another Discount just to get serviced yet I will be letting corporate know of my experience and suggest you dont do business with Discount Tire in Keller Tx..Especially RED SHIRT JUAN...

I have been a Discount Tire Customer for 20+ years and this location does not disappoint. People are friendly and prices are fair. Only negative (if you can really call it that) is the wait times. Usually its about an hour to get to your vehicle so I would suggest arraigning a ride or walk next door and have a bite to eat.

Not all locations are equal..... this place Unfortunately was a bad experience for me. Boo.

Quality tires at reasonable prices. The low rating is because of my recent experience I had with a lengthy delay at this tire shop in Keller. I had appointment for set of 4 new tires for my Subaru Outback. The shop put my tires on the wrong Outback which happened to arrive at about the same time. I was delayed over an hour because of their mistake while they removed tires off the other car and put them on mine. Very weak apology from the technician --- that apology should have come from a manager. You may want to rethink your visit here if your time is at a premium like mine is...

Pulled in with a tire going flat, ended up buying 4 new ones for a good price. They got the job done fairly quick for the circumstances, which allowed me to be on time to work.

Great guys...drove to this location from an hour away for a set of hard to find tire for my car. Called ahead, said they had four. I got there as it was really busy as it was a holiday. They got me in, dismounted my tires to find out the tires i needed were missing. Fortunately, they had another tire same brand different model but they made me a heck of a deal so I bought 4. Discount Tire finally has a method of installing tires fast. I made an appointment and was in and out of this Discount Tire in a half hour. I am very happy.

Called up ahead about pricing for tires and was told they will bet Walmarts pricing. When I got there I was told they wont do that because I didnt get the guys name ahead of time, and I have no proof that they are cheaper. Um google is thing you know to check the prices.

Went there to check and fill some air and ended up with them fixing my tire from screw hole.
