I wrecked my car in April they picked it up a week later and still here in June they are just now getting the parts in for my car which I drive a Kia optima so it wasn’t hard. And still have not received my car said it would be ready last week now saying it should be ready this week not professional no one has called me not one time from there I’ve had to call them every single time I would not take your car here if you want it done promptly.

I had hail damage to my car and my friend recommended them honestly I just used them because of location. Justin was great and my car looks spectacular. Took almost a month to get it back and I feel like they should have curbed more than the 500 deductible only because at first thats what Ethan said they would do and alot of others companies like affordable collision said they would have. But my car looks like it did before tge hail storm and Im super happy to have it back!!! And after further inspection now im just appalled

No no no! Do not go here. They are shady... who keeps your car for 7 weeks and doesnt complete the repairs 100%??!!

It’s a tale as old as time...wife scratches husbands truck and has to get it fixed quickly before he notices. Justin and the folks at Golden Triangle Collision were so professional and got my paint work done quite quickly once they tried and couldn’t buff out the scratches. My husband was very pleased with their work. Yes I told him. I’ll be taking my car for the dings and scuffs it has too!

I sent an email on a Thursday evening to inquire about fixing a scratch that appeared on my car after a grocery cart incident... I received a return phone call first thing Friday morning asking me to stop in so they could see. I went in Saturday morning (with no appointment) and they fixed it on the spot in under 10 minutes! Looked brand new.Great customer service, fast work and amazing results! Highly recommend.

We used Golden Triangle Collision Repair to get a bumper and rear hatch repaired from a collision, and also had a door that was dinged up that was repaired. Golden Triangle did an excellent job of repairing everything at a very reasonable price. Customer service was great and they completed the repairs in a timely manner. Wed go back to them again if we needed any repairs.

Was not happy with the body work they did. Replaced a door on the passenger side from an accident. When I drive down the freeway it sounds like the door is open. Car was absolutely filthy when I picked it up . Covered in white dust everywhere inside and out. The trim on the door fell off within weeks. Asked them to repair the car no matter the cost and I got a 0 effort job done. Would not take my car here for a license plate bracket because it would probably be crooked. The paint job was good though.

GTC is the place to go for making your baby look all new again! They came in less expensive than insurance had anticipated and got it completed a week ahead of schedule. Service was outstanding, Justin will take care of you! Im a lifer for these guys... thank you so much for turning my terrible situation into a stress free repair. Poor customer service! 5 day job has now taken 3 weeks and counting. Ship manager just keeps saying itll be a few more days and that he cant control how his employees work. Ill never take my vehicle back here. Truly incompetent people!

Dont go here, take too long, work was not complete and had to return car to get it done better. Rip off add on them paying the deductible, its a scam, they say they will charge u 10% of the entire repair bill, but guy does not know how to get the a percentage from a whole number, was charged full deductible. Better to go to bigger collision company.

Do yourselves a favor go anywhere else! Yes, eventually my car was repaired, but day after day, after week after week, all I heard was tomorrow. Tomorrow came 3 months later. And this wasnt the worst part. The only updates I got, were after I called multiple times. They never called back with updates, when I did talk to them, the office manager was extremely rude. I got tired of the run around and asked that the owner call me back, multiple times, and he was never to be found. This was by far the worst experience I ever had. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I have to believe that that only get customers by knocking off some of the deductible and no repeat customers.

Insurance estimated my repair would take 2 weeks. GTC got it done in 9 days. Looks and drives like new.

I went to Golden Triangle Collision to get my bumper fixed after someone hit it in the parking out. I thought I would be paying a whole bunch of money considering I went to David McDavid Honda to get a price quote which was over $3000. But Justin took care of me and got it all done for a lot less and fixed some other scratches on my car. I was very impressed with the quality of work as well as timely service. Justin took care of all the paperwork with the insurance company and got me a rental car without anything out of my pocket. Thank you Justin.

Car was repaired quickly (one week) and done so in good quality. They were honest about the repairs and timeline for the most part, which is why the 4 stars. The stated advertisement of we pay your deductible is misleading because what they do is cover for 10% of the total cost. So they didnt cover my $500, rather roughly $220 of it. Still better than if I took it elsewhere though. They also didnt disclose to me until the day I went to pick the car up that they charge 3% if I use a debit card... I dont have $2k cash lying around so I was basically stuck with paying an extra $60 I wasnt prepared for. That said, I still came out ahead and they did the work faster than any other repair place I researched.

Took my 2017 car in for quarter repair, they had to do it twice its still not right but i refuse to take it back the depth of the paint is not right and bumper gap is wrong, on top of it my car had to go to the dealership to fix wiring and parts they didnt put back on i called them and got a half hearted apology, i had a detail company come out this weekend to try and fix the paint issue but it will never be the same, brand new car destroyed by this shop, lesson learned

My father in law Adam Shelley was an auto repair tech here june of 2014 at which time he passed away and they have refused to let my husband get his fathers tools snap on tools and box that his dad taught him to fix cars..20yrs of his dads hard work they are keeping from him and we are sick of trying to be nice were going to social media and reaching out to the news..onlt thing he had left from his dad and they think they can just keep it..well better think again we will not give up...

These guys did a great job. They quoted me OEM parts, and ended up getting factory parts for no additional cost. They also got me in and out in a couple of days due to my time constraints!

I was looking for a local collision specialist and I didnt want to go through insurance. I wanted to get some general painting / scratch clean up performed and also a major dent repaired on my daughters older car. GTC gave me separate quotes for 3 pieces of work and the pricing was excellent. The work was completed quickly and efficiently, and the quality exceeded my expectations. I was thoroughly impressed by this family-owned company.I was surprised at the poor reviews for GTC - but many seem to concern former management that did not deliver good service and customer satisfaction.I can tell you that I have never used this company before, but I found them to be excellent. Jason was very helpful, courteous and customer-focused and kept me fully informed. He seems to be an excellent manager. I would use them again and I would encourage anyone who has had a poor previous experience to give them a go again. My personal experience was completely the opposite to those described in the older, poor reviews.

DO NOT COME HERE. We went there when my wife had an accident. Work was done wrong. Junkyard parts. I went back 3 times for warranty work and the last time they damaged her car and refused to repair it. Employees there said “Jack (the owner) is too cheap to do things right!”

Sloppy work; returned to correct issues that werent even originally there. They were not good at communicating, I had to keep following up.I would not recommend at all.

I went to go get a quote for a car door repair due to wind damage. I told the company I would not be using my Insurance due to the deductible, the guy said no problem. Then he went into saying that they benefit if it was through the insurance, they specifically said that They want the insurance money, not mine. If were not going through the insurance he would give us a discount. So he gave me a quote for $600 approximately and to bring it in tuesday (08/13/2013). I decided due to the wait time I would go get another quote. Also, thinking that if they scam an insurance company they probably would scam me. My gut was right, I went to Fender Bender down the street and they said they do this type of an adjustment all the time and that it the cost was less than $30. WOW a 2nd quote saved me so much money. I wanted everyone to know that they are not legit, they want your money and just like one of the other reviews.. they probably will say they had to get new parts when they dont, but they will charge you for the new part. They are all about the money that goes into their pockets and out of yours. If you are going to this company - have your guard up.

They fit me into their schedule 2 weeks sooner that other companies. The repair was like new.

This place is a joke. I got in a car accident and Justin told me they would replace everything and make the car like new. After receiving the car back I saw that he didnt replace anything. All they did was piece together the parts that were aleady damaged and sent me on the way. I told them about this and they said we do this to recover the deductile they paid. $500 deductible doesnt equal $8600 worth of repairs that should have been done. He told me everything would be brand new since it is a $50K car. My car is now worth $20K because he refused to actually do the repairs correctly. This place cuts corners and they do horrible work. I still have over spray on my windows and he also forgot three times to install the splash gaurd that goes under the trunk. Worst experience I ever went through.

The absolute worst experience i have ever had. cost over three grand. car came back a month later. peices of the bumper falling out,over spray on everything. they dameged my hood, broke passenger mirror,steering wheel not straight. The idiot that runs it was very arguementive and does not listen to you. I have been in the atou repair bussiness 19 years.These idiots couldnt fix a go cart. please do not take your car there you will regret it. it cost as much to undo and fix what they did as the original repair did..POOR EXCUSE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EVEN WORSE ON REPAIRS! Shotty shade tree job at dealer price.

Repairs had to be done multiple times and still not satisfied with results. Worst experience ever with a body shop. Only thing offered to us was an insincere apology.
