This is my 2nd car that Ive taken here, and they helped me get my 1st car to 372,000 miles! They are professional, courteous, explain what they are working on, what they are doing, approximately how long it will take. Their prices are very reasonable, comparable to others Ive checked with and a LOT cheaper than using the dealership.

Got an alignment done, had to go twice but very knowledgeable and great people. Only had to go twice bc my car was messed up and i could do tge work needed to take it back for the alignment. Best price and I will send anyone I know to them. 10/10

Catalytic converter.....Axle....Transmission ModuleThese were the reasons for a two month separation from my car. It was inconvenient and frustrating but Vinny at Alliance Dyno kept working on my behalf to attain the parts. He did not wait for the date given to him by the parts dealer. He kept pressing on and searching for what was needed. In addition he kept me up to date and reassured EVERY WEEK sometimes more to keep me informed about what was happening. To put the cherry on top of the sundae...through his professional contacts he saved me over 1000.00 when he contacted Ford to find out that the transmission work was covered under a recall. And when Ford seemed to backing out of the recall repair because of a weak battery...Vinny replaced my battery which was under warranty with Alliance Dyno at no charge to me! I have been with Alliance Car Care/Alliance Dyno for a long time and they ALWAYS amaze me with customer service..professionalism...knowledge and most importantly honesty. I have been blessed by these guys many times over the years but this one was by far the best experience. FOR ME....they are my go to for car repair and/or advice!!! I urge everyone to stay away from this garage. I had a nightmare dealing with them. I dropped my car off for them to inspect a leak in my cars brakes . Andrew called me to tell me that I have to change the master cylinder and the brake booster and that it will cost me $1500. I asked them to verify if there are any other issues with my car they said it was in tip top shape. The second day he called me and said the car was ready . I went and picked it up on my way home the brake felt very weird and it was making a lot of noise when I stepped on it. I called Andrew and he said I needed to bring it back. After the mechanic checked it he said the master cylinder they installed was defective.I was ferious how could they let me take a car home with a defective master cylinder and a defective brake booster without checking the car for safety first. I could have died in accident due to their negligence. He said he couldnt do anything about it and that it was out of his control and promised to fix it. The car stayed there a week and I was left without a car he did not offer a rental car or any kind of componsation for the inconvenience of keeping my car longer than promised. I lost a friend over the weekend and I needed a car to travel for the funeral but when I told him this he did not care! The next week he called and said they fixed it but he still needed to double check the car. I asked when I could pick up the car and he had no answer for me he said it was being worked on at the garage. I decided then to go check on my car. We went there and the car was not in the garage it was parked outside. When I told him he lied to me and the car was clearly not being worked on he said he was just about to call me and tell me it was ready but he got caught up with work, but when I got there he was not working he was busy chatting with his crew mechanic. I also paid him to fix the rear sway bar kinks he charged me an additional $261 but the problem still there! I took my car and left, the car is still making noise. He did not fix it properly. I just wasted $1500 . All they did was put me in danger to drive a car with a defective master cylinder and defective brakes. Please stay away from this place they are unprofessional, disrespectful and they don’t care! I should have checked the reviews before trusting them with my car. Stay away from this horrible garage !

Always very straight forward. Took a form from the dealership of all the URGENT items they recommended and Alliance checked all the things for me and guess what? I didnt need any of them urgently. They even discussed a timeline of when the work would need to be done.

Alliance dyno & auto is a trustworthy place.I especially like I can make an appointment so I know when I show up they take my vehicle and I am only waiting for my vehicle and not others in line.They are ethical. Do not up charge you for what is not needed.The staff is extra friendly.Best price in town for inspections and alignment. We brought our 2006 Honda Odyssey here to have some maintenance performed. We had them replace the timing belt and water pump, repair our A/C, rotate our tires, and peform a wheel alignment. They were extremely professional, got the work done in a timely manner, and let us know as soon as the work was completed. I highly recommend them.

DONT DO IT. I took my car in and had work done. When i picked it up ironically something else was wrong and they were trying to charge me $125.00 to just tell me what the problem was. I told them i would take the car home and either figure it out or bring it back. Got the codes ran but was something needed to be done by a shop. I took it back and told the guy that i figured out what the problem was, i even bought the part, and just needed to know how much it would cost. Not only did they come back with a different problem again but are trying to still charge me the diagnoses fee when i specifically told him when i dropped off the car i already knew what the issue was. Go to lone Star a few miles down the road. The guys are super nice,direct, and honest.

First time here for my state car inspection. I had an appointment and they kept pretty close to it. They were busy the day I was here but they got me in and out quickly. The waiting room is not the most comfortable so I would recommend being picked up if your car needed more than 30 minutes of work done.

I have used Alliance Auto Keller on several occasions and they have been great! When it was time for our State Inspection, we went to their other location (Alliance Dyno and Auto Service) to get that done. I wish I would have never done that! From the time that I walked in the experience was poor. The biggest problem was that right after I left their shop I went home, and I woke up this morning to a completely flat tire from which I pulled out some scrap metal. Knowing that it is difficult to prove that it actually came from the shop, I called up to see what they thought I should do. They said, you should go to discount tire. After talking about how its very likely that the only reason my tire is flat is that the metal came from their shop, he replied, even if you could prove it came from my shop we are not liable for anything that happens in the lot. That is not the customer service that I have been looking for. If you are looking for cheap products and service - and the same customer service - then this is your place. I had high hopes as their other location had reasonable prices and great customer service, however I am extremely disappointed with my experience.

I had a second thought about writing the review. We are recommended this place to us however we had a bad experience: we went there twice. 1st time to fix the brake and the price we paid was three times more than the estimation they gave us. What’s worse was the attitude the technician gave us.A week later more dangerous problem came out after we got the car back, as you can see in the picture, the brake turns red because of over heated and the tire might explode as the owner told us. We were glad that Scott the owner(he is nice and patient) met us the 2nd time and had the brake fixed finally. We thought they would take responsibility to fix it without charging us anything because their previous work did not fix our car and lead the car into a dangerous situation. It turned out that we were charged another 80 dollars. we thought it’s finally done. However another problem came. Tons of water leak after the repairs. We used to fill in with freeze every three months before we got our car fixed there but now we have to fill in water every time we use the car and keep a big bottle of water in the car in case the engine heats fast on road. In general, we spent lots of money to fix one problem at the same time we got new problems.

I would strongly consider taking your business else well. I paid $450 for a repair for them to tell me when I picked it up now there is additional issues and then charged me $125 to tell me the wrong issue just for me to have to take my car else where. I’ll pay more money for the repair somewhere else before I spend another dime at this shady place.

This is a great place. They do a great job. They will give you estimates but they arent pushy. If you can only do some of the work they will recommend what the highest priority is.

There are few places where I feel comfortable sending my wife and kids and not thinking they will be taken advantage of. Alliance Dyno is that place, they are by far the best mechanic, auto repair shop around. They have the best service, and are exteemely affordable. If you go ask for Vinny, he is amazing. Straight shooter and rarely forgets a customers name/car. If you need service and are on a time crunch i would recommend making an appointment. Auto repair shops do not always have the best reputations, but this one does and i would recommend it to everyone.

Good mechanics are like good dentists - theyre hard to find. I like the fact that they will show you whats wrong with your car. They all have a great sense of humor and have been serious when they need to. I will say that the one thing that ABSOLUTELY drives me crazy with mechanics is they mansplain things to you. Yes, Im a woman and I may look (at times, lol) like Im clueless, BUT it doesnt mean you have to explain every single thing to me. My suggestion to ALL people is to ask how familiar they are with things before deciding to go into some long explanation of whats wrong and WE have to actually be cordial and listen to it all. Lol. This place didnt do this as much as other places have with me. Other thing that makes me laugh is that my son, who I taught how to throw a football, taught him how to change a tire, etc., they didnt do any mansplaining at all with him. He called me and asked me what a rack and pinion is. Lol. ASK - thats all Im asking for - is for people to ask how familiar they are with things before they tell them what needs to be done.I couldnt remember if my oil was changed prior to me moving from Hawaii to Texas, and I dropped it off, and they called and said that the oil didnt need to be changed. They said they could change it and charge me but that they didnt feel it necessary to do things that didnt need to be done. Most places dont do that.I dont have any complaints so far, and from what I can tell, these people and their business seem genuine.

I took my vehicle in for a mirror replacement and it was never fixed. I was told the truck needed thousands of dollars worth of repairs. The guy said he would buy it from me and offered me 10% of the actual value! We subsequently sold the truck for full market value two weeks later.

Been bringing my car here for a while now and I have had good experiences. Staff isnt always the most friendly, but they have never tried to rip me off. I had my car at the dealership earlier this year and I was given a list of issues that needed to be resolved immediately for a lot of money. I brought the list to the folks here at Alliance Dyno and all they found was that I needed new brake pads. Always good to find an honest mechanic.

REVIEW EDITED: I called last week to get a quote to have an oil pressure sensor replaced. I was told $256 because it would take 2 hours because the manifold had to be removed. I had the work done this morning. It took under 45 minutes, and no, the manifold did not have to be removed. I know, because I was in the bay watching the work being completed. When I asked if he was going to charge me for 2 hours when it took under 45 minutes, his response was yes, we had to use a computer to reset the check engine light. No, the technician used the code reader, and that was calculated in to the 2 hours. He insisted I was paying the $256. Talk about being outright lied to and feeling ripped off!After posting this, I contacted the owner and left him a vm. He responded to my message promptly. We had a lengthy and friendly conversation where we both explained our viewpoints. We each understood the others position on what occurred and why. The situation was resolved to my satisfaction, and I would not hesitate in returning to have service performed on my vehicle. The technician was excellent, and was never an issue. I found the customer service after I complained to be equally excellent!!!

Not nearly enough space for parking, cars can easily get damaged just by trying to park. The cheap price for an alignment is just that..cheap..My car still pulls to one the side! Will be calling the owner for a redo. Place was nice and clean in the waiting room and the staff was courteous. Just not satisfied with the Service performed...This place is highly recommended my Discount Tire and Walmart..hmmmm, wonder why.

The customer service is great, the prices for the service is also reasonable. This is one of the cheapest places to get your state inspection I think $14.95 but you need an appointment. Also an alignment for your vehicle I think is $30.

I went to Alliance Dyno last week because they were located close to my home and I was given a good price to have my rack and pinion replaced. I spoke to Andrew who provided great customer service and was very professional. I got my car back and they said it had no power steering and needed the pump replaced. I said it had power steering when I brought it in and that it was probably air in the lines because they replaced the lines too...(assuming they didnt bleed the lines so I took the car and drove it and the air cleared and power steering went back to working. Then yesterday I had an appointment to get the front end aligned (which was suppose to be included but they couldnt do it cause of the power steering not working because lack of skills to bleed the system....) so I take it in and Andrew is tied up so I deal with this guy I think his name was Jeff- a total ass that needs to be fired... He called me and said the car didnt have power steering and I said yes it does and then he says look power steering means a 5 year old could drive it... Being a mechanic who has worked on cars all my life I believe I know what power steering it power assist means.... So I told him I would come and get my car... I told Andrew what happened and I would not deal with that shop any more. I have limited time right now which is why I didnt do the work myself. I took it to another shop same day and they said power steering was fine but I did need a lower ball joint which Alliance never mentioned which is a major deal for a front end alignment.... Conclusion Alliance should fire the Jeff for running customers off from his arrogance and lack of automobile knowledge but wants to be somebody and replace him with competent customer service friendly people who will in turn promote positive feedback for Alliance Dyno and not negative feedback like this.... Alliance has lost me as a customer and any of my family and friends for future service!!!

This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a mechanic shop. I dropped my truck off and asked them to fix my power steering which would cost me roughly $300-$400. I got a call a few days later saying that it needed $1500 worth of work. I told them to let me see if that’s what I wanted to do because even though I had the money, I was in the process of buying an SUV. The guy said ok. The next day, I got a call saying all of the repairs a were done and the cost was $1654. I WAS FURIOUS!!!! I tried contacting the owner, and was given the run around. They hung up in me, and avoided my calls. I went through an attorney to try to get my truck back, and they said they didn’t even have my truck, but it was parked in the back blocked in by other vehicles. To make a long story short, I never got my truck back because I REFUSED to pay for repairs I DID NOT AUTHORIZE. The guy that did it is still there, still screwing people over.

First they lied to us about starting our car abs replacement YESTERDAY morning. Then they said it would be ready by this afternoon. Now theyre saying MONDAY. I KNOW this is a 4 hour drop for a part. MAX. We made plans to make sure ee were covered for a vehicle according to when they said the car woukd be done. Completely unacceptable. Im beyond livid, and will never return to these people. Or ever recommend them to anyone ever again.

Scott and Jeff kept me updated with progress on my car. My car, a 2010 Toyota Camry was whining terribly. They diagnosed the problem, wheel bearings and fixed it at the price and timing agreed upon. They also provided an oil change at a reasonable price. I feel they are honest, reliable, and deliver great service. I definitely will use them again. I am looking to them for some auto body work too. I highly recommend this shop.

Andrew is great. This shop is a LOT busy, and all by word of mouth. They spend almost nothing on advertising, their website tells you nothing. Yet they still have more work than they can get to in a day.On the plus side, they are cheap, honest, and good at what they do. On the down side, you may need to drop it off for a few days to get what you need. Nevertheless, this is likely to be my mechanic going forward.Thanks Guys!

Ive been using alliance and alliance dyno for all my vehicles since 2009. They are the best. They are extremely organized and knowledgeable in the office and the shop. Just easy to deal with. Very honest about whether or not you need a repair or not. When the dealership tells me I need something I always double check it with Chris and the guys from alliance. They will be my mechanic as long as I live in Keller.

Neighborhood shop taking care of neighbors

I had an issue with my Cadillac and called my towing service to take it to the dealership. They informed me that there was a shop one mile away from location that could do the work. I liked this idea better as I dont care to deal with dealerships.This shop and these guys did great job. They did not bleed my wallet dry and had the car back to me the next evening.They have earned my business for all of my vehicles.
