So the gang here at this location are just the best! They actually had to call Brooke on her day off to get the recipe for me because she made me something special and I couldn’t remember what it was.

Ordered an Iced White chocolate almondmilk shaken espresso and it wasnt even what I ordered and had them remake it.. Well the servo d drink was even Worse! Wasnt iced, wasnt grande lk I ordered, and it even came with whip cream which I hate. My drink does not even come with whip cream

Drive through was fast and simple. I ordered through the app and they had my drink ready and waiting.

I come to this Starbucks ever so often since I work down the street but I mobile order all the time, I don’t know if it’s because I’m a person of color, that out of the 10+ people that order in store I’m the last to get my drink. Not only that but every time I go in staff isn’t always polite.

While the coffee is good, the drive thru is dangerous. The server will have one at the window and make the person at the order screen wait. While I understand the concept of why, this location is not set up to have cars wrapped. You have 1709 and 377 traffic affected by this practice.

3 stars because the server was totally lost and I had to go back in twice to get the correct order, but the coffe was good!

Can’t take an online order correctly. Gave me hot coffee instead of the Iced drink, but didn’t know it was wrong since I was picking up for my wife. They couldn’t help me when I called. Said I would have to come back by. So, they screw up, cost me $5, and I have to be further inconvenienced if I want my money back. Not ok.

Alisa was very professional, I had made a mobile order a while ago to a different Starbucks and they explained to me that they couldnt give me a refund due to being closed that day and so it transferred to another store near it and I went over to this one to get my money back, but she helped me just remake the drinks and respect Alisas professionalism on the policy for refunds instead went ahead and just made the drinks I ordered that day

Much quicker than the one on Keller Parkway by Kroger. I actually drive the few extra minutes to go to this Starbucks and Im in and out faster than the other one.

Ordered through the app and was waiting out front of the store. Went to door and door was locked. Called store and was told I had to sit through drive thru line. Should have stated in the app so I would have known not to place my order. The reason I used the app was so that I didnt have to sit through the long drive thru. When I called the store they could not refund my order without sitting through the long drive thru line. If all other stores can be open for in store pick up this one should be as well. If not close the entire store down.

I really like the Starbucks on the corner of 377 and Keller Parkway. They are always super friendly and they have the fastest Starbucks drive-thru Ive ever experienced.

The woman at the drive through window saved my morning! I’m a teacher and today is our first day back to school. After ordering my food, I realized I needed to reload my Starbucks card. Unfortunately, there was some mix up between my account and my husband’s that caused the app to say it was in invalid payment. I tried fixing it for a few minutes at the window but couldn’t find my wallet to change payment methods. The sweet woman at the window serves me coffee most mornings during the school year. She said she knew I needed the coffee today and not to worry about it this time.Amazing teacher appreciation and human kindness! I promise I will be back to pay and give her a proper thank you!

Closed the inside for some unknown reason (usually open for mobile orders) on a Saturday morning. Drive-thru line wrapped around the building and onto the street.Didnt have 30 min to wait in a drive-thru line and had to go. I mobile ordered so no coffee or refund for me or my family. Next time ill just throw $12 out the window

We just moved to the area and Im now in between 2 really good Starbucks stores but this one make the best Pikes Place around and the people in there are really friendly and engaging.

Long line at drive-thru, lady at window was courteous, took a sip as I drove off in the coffee was. pulled around front and went in and waited for someone to help me. after a few minutes someone asks what they could do for me and I explained what I needed. waited around a little longer while they did some other stuff and got me my coffee and apologized about the. second time in one week getting cold coffee.

I go to starbucks everyday and have been to this one probably more than 100 times .. All the barista know me.. SAD to say I had the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER TODAY AND I HOPE THE OWNER SEES THIS AND TRIES TO REACH OUT TO ME.. UNACCEPTABLE.. Customer service is usually wonderful but the guy they have in there who claims to be the manager whice I cannot believe cause a manager would never behave in the manner he did.. I imagine that with someone who is so unprofessional will hurt this location and we have many choices just within a mile and Ill be sure to also share my experience with as many people that I can... Very upset customer

My experience with Starbucks has been great. Has been the go-to store for drinks that are made to order,consistency makes this Store the best in the area.

This location has improved incredibly. We use to do drive thru and never had a full cup. We have since learned to go in to the store, so much better. And there is always items to check out.

Great location....too bad they cant get drinks made correctly. I have been there three times, twice I have driven down the road to another location and ordered the exact same drink that this location didnt make right. Really, how hard could it possibly be to make a white choc hot choc and pink drink?!?!

Went through the drive thru this morning and was accidentally given the wrong drink. I didn’t even realize it until I had already left. I had to be somewhere and didn’t have time to go back right away. I called about 45 minutes later when I was headed back there just to let them know I had received the wrong drink and they immediately knew who I was and what my order should have been. When I came back they were so friendly and apologized and gave me the correct drink and even credited my account back with the money I had paid for the drink earlier. Awesome staff and great customer service!

Quiet clean well run with access to one poke stop. Only down side it it sits dead on the corner of 377 and golden triangle so if you can get in the parking lot without being broadsided youre good to go.

The girl with the dread locks was super sweet to me and used her coffee expertise to help me try a new (and cheaper) drink. She was helpful, prompt and courteous even with a line behind us.Just tone down your new video order menus light in the morning! It hurts my eyes!!! Its like when you get up in the morning and look at your phone and adjust the brightness because of the shock. Duuudddeeee.

Great place for meetings and between meetings while in the Southlake/Keller area. Convenient to major highways. I meet Fort Worth clients here also. Baristas work hard here and know what they are doing. Clean bathrooms and overall it is fairly quiet for Starbucks locations, even at peak times.

Not super busy, so its a pretty laid back and quiet place. Staff are super helpful, and informed me that I can get free refills on ice coffee and tea when I use the Starbucks app to pay. The Internet at this location is super fast and reliable. I average around 60 Mbps at this location.

I have gotten my drink made wrong tooo many times at this location... I pay too much money to get bitter tasting drinks. I will never be back to this location. When I called, the lady acted like she didnt care... horrible service!!

I visit this location daily because of its convenience in my commute. The drive though is very inconsistent.. some days are fast and efficient, others take a lifetime regardless of line size.

This is one of the 2 places that I can stop at (easily) on the way to work in the morning. I like the staff as they are very friendly. Somewhat OK to get in and out of the parking area depending on which direction you want to go... the only 2 exits are Right Only so theres that.

I came in today through the drive thru and was accidentally handed the wrong drink. And unfortunately didnt see it was black coffee until I got home. So I drove back and got my drink fixed by the very kind staff. And I hate to be that person, but I asked for any sort of compensation. And the manager gave me two cookies and apologized. I loved how kind they were and my new drink is phenomenal! Excellent customer service🙌😄

They always short you on Expresso shots. One day Im going to bring a measuring cup and show them how much coffee Im paying for but not receiving. Ordered 12 shots last time and was going to split it with my wife, when I got home it was less than 8 ounces...
