The Patels are therapeutic Optometrists that do a thorough job when they test your eyes and if they think you need an opthalmologist they make all the arrangements for you. They listen to what you are experiencing with your vision and do everything in their power to satisfy you.

Dr. Patel changed his office to Vista Eye Associates! My family and I are so happy for him! They have grown so much since we first started going to him 6 years ago; yet the care we receive each time is just as great as the first visit. We cannot say enough good things about the place. Both doctors and staff are very thorough and knowledgeable. They no longer are Texas State Optical, but everything else is exactly the same. Everyone was great! Dr. Patel explained things to me in terms I could understand and allowed time for questioning. His assistant that took me back was very friendly and professional explaining everything to me in terms I could understand. The receptionist that checked me in was very friendly and professional. The girl fitting me for glasses was very friendly and professional helping me find the right glasses and explaining my insurance benefits. I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything that I really didn’t need. It was the best eye visit I ever had!

We have been loyal to Dr. Patel since the day he opened business. Every time we visit it feels like we are visiting friends or family we have not seen. We don’t feel like we are just another patient, our visits are always full of laughter. We 100% recommend!

Wrote the wrong prescription (-/+) on my prisims that I wore for months making my mild strabismus worse. might need surgery now to correct for having left it untreated for so long before getting correct prisims that were too little too late to help.

This place is wonderful. I wasn’t even an actual patient there, but I had a contact lens emergency and they were the only place that was able to help me out. Had I not decided on lasik, I would be coming here to get all of my eye exams!

TSO Keller has been SO wonderful! They have a very patient, understanding, and friendly staff. I have had many personal issues with my vision insurance and even needed to come back on the fly to get my prescription adjusted before ordering my lenses and they have just been so accommodating and wonderful throughout the whole process. My first visit with TSO was delightful. They properly admitted me with appropriate Covid protocols and after a brief sign-in Jenny introduced herself and conducted standard eye exam procedures. She explained what was being done, and pointed out the latest equipment used by Dr. Patel and exchanged appropriate conversation to make the visit pleasant. Dr. Patel then conducted the exam itself with excellent explanations and recommendations for me.

My daughter and I always have a great experience from the all of the staff. We saw the lady doctor yesterday. She was very cool, informative and explained things to us well, and she had a good sense of humor. She also answered our questions and made us feel comfortable. The girls that work in the office front desk, eye testing, and help with the glasses are also great at making patients feel welcome and informed, and helpful with insurance and other questions. Good staff dr cares nice glasses

The whole exam and picking out new glassed went very smoothly. They were also able to do some test that I had not previously had done to make sure there were no problems with my eyes. As I said, the process was seamless in the way it was preformed. I had some problems with the glasses and had to take them back a couple of times, these problems were taken care of and now the glasses are great.

I have been Dr. Patels patient since he opened this Keller office. I wanted something more than a doc-in-the-box for vision care and found all I needed with Dr Patel and his staff. I feel so comfortable asking questions and getting his opinion on contacts, glasses and other issues. Dr. Patel was very honest in our discussion about LASIK surgeries and I am grateful he elected to be truthful so I didnt waste $. He tells about newer technology in contacts but does not push them on his patients. In my experience it has always been a two-way street for communication and decision making. My husband, kids and their spouses come to TSO Keller as well and appreciate the honesty and humor with Dr. Patel and all his staff.
