They were very nice and professional and all of our shirts logos were placed perfectly there’s no doubt in my mind that will be back. They offer so much more than embroidery they do vinyl also and I will be getting my yeti cup logoed and some summer fold up chairs and probably a large sticker for trailer soon. They are conveniently located with plenty of parking and have items in stock to embroider like hats and shirts or jackets. Also my order was ready before the estimated date they promised so I am a happy customer I love the two girls at the front desk they know who they are LOL awesome service highly recommended!

Was in town for work and needed some shirts done up last minute. Elite was very considerate, accommodating, and quick on my order. I could not have been any happier with their ELITE service. I highly recommend to everyone and I will definitely only use them when Im in the Dallas area.

Took FOREVER to get our shirts done. Had to repeatedly call just to get them back. Very poor customer service. Plus the workmanship was not good. Vinyl started peeling off shirts after 1 wash. Have to have all shirts redone. Will go elsewhere in the future.

Been in twice to try to get pricing and options for embroidered shirts, hats etc for business and always staffed with teens that are friendly but dont know the product lines or prices. I was given a card to email my request. Done 2-3 weeks ago...no response. Also left my contact info with the teen... Nothing. I wanted to shop local. Oh well.Update. After 4 months never got a reply to my email or a call and no response to this review. I have since placed and received multiple orders from a Dallas based embroidery company. Not sure how places like this stay in business?

Every year my family wears shirts for Autism Awareness Day to support my daughter. She gets so excited when she sees us all matching.I placed an order over ten days ago. They told me they would ne ready on Friday (3/29). I called at noon and they told me they would be ready Monday (4/1). Called early Monday and was told they would be ready after 3 pm. I got off work and saw an email saying they had not been started. Had they been honest on the progress on Friday I would have had no issue paying more somewhere else just to make sure we had our shirts. Instead they made me believe they were working on the shirts. So this is the first year we do not get to participate in our tradition.Its so sad to see a company I have supported for years act like it is no big deal to not compete an order.Heres a picture of the shirts I dropped off and how they were returned the same way.

Awful customer service. Have been there twice now. First time, had minor issues with the shirt not being printed when they said it would. I had to go back twice before it was ready. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that it was just a bad time. Tried going there again. Had too many issues to go back. They said they had the right color for the letters, called back later and said they didnt, went to pick up the shirts when they said to, and they werent finished again, and then put the shirts on at the event and one was missing the entire middle word. No apology or refund was received. Wont be back. Just found a place in NRH called a Eights Streams, and they have been AWESOME.

Had a custom logo printed on a pull over and it turned out amazing! They had it done on the scheduled day and were easy to work with

So first of all, if you absolutely must get something embroidered, I highly recommending just ordering something online. It will be cheaper, better quality & youll at least get it eventually!#1: I thought, keep it local....keep it in KellerNever again for embroidery! If I have to get something done because I cannot get it ordered online, Ill drive to anywhere but here. This place sucks all kinds, of embroidery.#2: I clearly wrote the name out that I wanted embroidered. Was it done correctly? No (oh and I did even spell the name on the tag of the jacket too, just in case)! How hard is it to read what your employee wrote down?#3: was it done when promised? Of course not! They told me Friday. On Monday afternoon I called and they said Tuesday. On Tuesday I called to confirm they said Wednesday. Went in Wednesday and 2 of the 4 items were miss spelled. They said to come Thursday afternoon, they would do it first thing. I called Thursday afternoon and they said Friday morning! Friday afternoon, still not done. Im sitting here in the business writing this horrible review, figured if they waste my time Ill be honest about their work!! (Seriously that was true on the number of attempts to get my items.) the reason Im sitting here is because I have to have the item for Saturday. Which I should have had a week ago!!#4: quality, they just brought out the item, fraying!!!! Nope, send it back. Do it again.In conclusion, send your money to China or Mexico. At least youll get your item in probably a better timeline, quality, and for much cheaper then Kellers Elite embroidery!And honestly next time I will not pre pay. For small businesses I like to pre pay because I know it helps them keep their doors open. This experience is making reconsider this. I would have loved to say, I need 50% off for this crap work!!!!

Horrible customer service and workmanship

The work was fine.. I needed two names put on two items. Because I needed this in 13 days, I paid an extra $11 for a “rush fee“. The day before my items were due for pick up, the person who I placed my order with was calling and texting me to ask me for a font choice and font size which I already chose when I dropped my items off. I literally paid over $40 to have two words embroidered, I really did not feel like there was much value and they are taking advantage of people who have a timeline, but yes I did need this in two weeks and I did choose to pay the “rush fee“ so the fault it was mine here. The staff is not overly professional, lots of face piercings and you won’t find a “ma’am or sir“ but I did get my items on time so I guess I really could not ask for more. I will not choose them again
