Youre clearly good at your job but none of that matters when you disrespect the same people who want to pay you.Ive never encountered anyone foolish enough to try to defend disrespect on a public internet review. Your own immaturity and lack of wisdom by your response will hurt your business worse than I ever could. For the love of God, study some Dale Carnegie or sit in a back office and do you work where no customer must be disgraced by your precence ever again.

If I could give a review higher than 5 stars, I certainly would for Keller Embroidery. I have purchased many items branded for the company I work for through Keller, and the customer service has just been absolutely wonderful. The first order I made was delayed due to keller needing to remodel their warehouse floor (or office) and they ended up sending the stuff and offering me a refund at the same time. Then, they sent me a free hat with my company logo on it, along with a gift card... After I recieved my free hat, I ended up losing it in Gulf of Mexico, so I ordered another one and Monti reaches out to me and asked if I would like the hat I purchased and an additional replacement hat for the one I lost. What a great company I will continue to give Keller my business

Fantastic customer service experience here every time our company needs there services. We have used them for over 80+ pieces of clothing for employees and they never fail to deliver! Always very fast

I wouldnt not recommend using this company at all for screen printing. I started my experience with them over a month ago when I came in wanting screen printing, some caps made, and some embroidered work shorts done. I placed the order and paid for half down. Roughly a week later they called me wanting me to come back in because they lost my paperwork for my order. After placing my order for the second time. I was able to get my hats and embroidered work shirts a few days after that. Those turned out great and we wear everyday. A few weeks went by with no notice on when they screen printing was to be finished and I finally called and they said ohh its been ready, we sent you a text message we must of sent to the wrong number. I came in to pick up the t shirts and they were done wrong. My logo was missing completely one of the colors. Im not sure how you screw up a logo when you have to send in the logo file in the first place. After telling them everything that happened they agreed to reprint the shirts. I came in today to pick up the shirts and they are still wrong. The colors in the logo are the wrong shade of green and they also used a cheaper brand of shirts since they lost money on the first batch. I did not agree to the cheaper shirts and she told me they will not be printing again. In my original order I requested gildan 50/50 blend but they wouldnt know since the original ticket was lost. Please save yourself the trouble and dont have screen printing done here they are extremely unorganized and dont provide quality work. The top shirt in the picture is the sample I brought in telling them I want an exact replica of this and the bottom is what they gave me. Colors are very important when it comes to your branding they didnt seem to care.

For me, this place turned out to be a waste of time. The manner in which the staff composed themselves clearly lacked any sense of empathy for my situation.Im getting married, and I wanted to get some ties embroidered for my groomsmen to add a personal touch with their initials.Although there were many things that this place did wrong, I wanted to point out 4:1. THEY SET BAD EXPECTATIONS. They quoted us that they could do the job and get it done in about a week. We ended up having to call them over FOUR weeks later.2. THEY HAD NO IDEA WE LEFT OUR TIES WITH THEM. When we talked to them, they said that they didnt have any ties. That left my fiance and I extremely concerned. Finally after they went and double checked, they had our ties. However, they were not completed and at that point they were saying it may not be possible that it could be done.3. THEY COULDNT EVEN DO THE JOB. At this point our wedding date is so close now that we dont even want to bother trying to get it done elsewhere.4. THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS THEY EXHIBITED A TOTAL LACK OF EMPATHY. I said that once already, but I want to make added emphasis on this point. The disservice that was provided to us should warrant a little understanding, but the whole time we were made to feel like we were just a bother.This business does not do right by the customer. There was a high level of incompetence shown by the staff and an extremely low level of professionalism. We will not be returning.

We were looking for somewhere to get t-shirts for our charity walk. We didnt need too many, just a dozen, but the staff at Keller Embroidery were extremely accommodating. We worked on the artwork, got my wife to approve (extremely critical to the whole process) and had the shirts in time before the walk earlier in November. We really appreciated their attention to detail, and recommendations on the artwork and shirt choice. Youd be surprised at how a design would look one way on a man, and completely different on a female! T-shirts arent as simple as youd think!

5 stars, top notch, the embroidery work is just aces. Even with something simple like my order they do it beautifully. If I need something embroidered again I would go here.

I have used Keller Embroidery for two different companies I have worked for and both times, they went above and beyond to make my order perfect and on time! Monty and the owner, John, is AWESOME! I think he answered the phone about 80% of the time that I called. When an owner is willing to answer the phone it says great things about their dedication to customer service. I am looking forward to doing more projects with them in the near future, Probably some hats and more shirts! GREAT JOB GUYS! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

All I can say is 1st impressions make lasting impressions. We went into the shop and no one came up to help us. We waited 10 minutes when finally I peeked around the corner and a young lady was on her phone and she rolled her eyes and seemed annoyed with a customer being there. She came up and I explained to her I wanted to get a price quote on a few different items... She said well the owner is not here can I come back. I asked when do I come back and she said I dont know. I asked if I could leave my info and some different designs I needed price quotes on. She said fine. So I asked if I could have a paper or did she want to make copies of the designs I had in hand. She left and came back with a paper. No pen. I had to ask for a pen. I wrote down the info. And I said do you have a business card so I can call later or would you like me to write down my info, she said I dont know. I guess. She gave me a card and I said do you want me to write my info on here or is this for me? She said whatever you want. I wrote down my info and gave her the card she took it and walked away! It has been two weeks and I never heard from anyone! We really try to do local business and this was disappointing! Especially since we have a lot of needs for our business. And I cant recommend this place now.
