I’ve worked with Corey and the gang for many years and have never been more pleased. I always get a quick response, turnaround is exceptional, and the designs are always tailored to my needs. School shirts, athletic programs, family reunions, on line stores, trips for the family......you name it and they’ve done it. I’ve never been disappointed with their work and having used him for multiple things, Keller trophy always does things the right way or they fix it. Already looking forward to the next project.

We have our family vacation shirts done here and they always come out beautifully. I have also gotten many YETI cups engraved and the work is wonderful.

I didnt get his name, unfortunately, but skinny guy with the beard is extremely rude and condescending. He basically told us we didnt have what he needed and sent us on our way, instead of telling us how he could help us. Miserable example of customer service. My mother was very upset about the way he treated her, and we will definitely take our business elsewhere. I wish I could post this with no stars at all. Added note 2/8/2020: I will now show the owner the respect of using his name. Corey, thank you for proving my point about your rudeness with your horrific response to my review. I am aghast at your lack of basic customer service skills. We found a place that assisted my mother with the graphic and had no shirt minimum, so we have absolutely no reason to ever return to your establishment.

Scott, the owner of Keller Trophy was amazing. He was able to recommend beautiful trophies. Our awards show was last night and his trophies stood out and made the evening wonderful. I cant say enough great things about Keller Trophy!!!

We had them do our corporate awards last year and will use them again this year. They nailed the order, made changes that I requested (that wasnt their fault) with a smile. I would recommend them to anyone.

My business partner ordered some custom made shirts from Scott and they did a fantastic job. Greqt customer service and good to work with. Would recommend for any other small business!

Ive used them twice. Both times they have had problems getting both the correct design and colors. This last time they did not make the mistake right. That is my last time using them. UPDATE: They have corrected the last mistake and are redoing it after my coworker took the items back. He had better luck getting cooperation than I did.

This place is rude. So busy that one unhappy customer does not matter. There are plenty of other places like this that will offer better customer service
