I mean its a good grocery store n the fuel points are a huge incentive to our family. Love the curbside pick up n delivery now. Not to mention the extra digital coupon option that uploads the coupons to your account is a life saver ( saved $83 last time, I love seeing the savings at the bottom, a little personal victory as a mom. lol!) Theyve definitely made it Very convenient for theyre customers to shop there. The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly which is a huge factor on why I love shopping there. Keep up the good work guys!
The coustmer service rep. Ann Louis at the front counter gave me a hard time cashing my Lotto tickets. Instead of handing me my money . she just dropped it onto the counter. And than I had forgotten I had another small lotto transaction. She than said she cannot do another large lotto transaction. with an highly stern attitude. I been to other krogers with a larger lotto amount and never had a problem.. or with an attitude. Hopefully her manager will address this issue with Ann.
Kroger is always a go-to store for me, but I felt exceptionally at home here! The cashiers are wonderful and the grocery pickup delivery staff (Jim specifically) are so kind and reliable. Plus, the gas points and weekly discounts on certain items are great!
Wish I could leave a negative star rating. Online orders they will substitute completely different flavors of items. They gave our order to another customer and we had to wait 30 minutes for them to drive back back from their home with our food... we finally decided that we just want our money back and they refused saying the order was already completed and picked up.. but it was picked up by another customer!!!Complete waste of our time because of employees mistakes! I will never shop at Kroger again!!
Stopped shopping here because they consistently overcharge.I’ve had enough of asking for my money back only to be treated rudely by “Customer service”
Why is the first assumption when having an issue with a coupon applying that the customer must be trying to lie and pull a fast one? Obviously that would be easy to discern by actually looking at the product and coupon. So when an employee is asked for help (thereby making the supposed attempt obvious and thus failing, wouldnt make sense right?), he accuses us of attempt to do this instead of just trying to save a bit of money using the coupons that are made available to us? To make it worse, when we try to PROVE IT, we are ignored and not even given the chance? If you have to bring out the manager, because your employee is rude and obviously incorrect, then its too late. On to the next store.
Everything was very fresh and beautifully presented. Great management and friendly, helpful staff. There is an ample and safe parking lot. The orientation is appropriate thus easy to shop.
Excellent store! Its clean and well kept and has an excellent selection and variety. Things are easy to find, and the customer service is top notch.
My only complaint is that the produce department needs more attention. This used to be my favorite place to get fresh produce
Aside from Central Market, this is my favorite grocery store!
Usually everything goes great when I visit this Kroger. But today was a very poor experience. Understandably so, they are limiting how many packages of water you can buy. The manager told me I could only buy one pack of water, which is not a problem. My problem is that there is not a sign on the aisle that states they are limiting how many you can buy. On top of that, the kroger water was buy 3 for $10. Why would you have a value deal displayed if you’re limiting purchases? I brought this to the attention of the manager, and rather than tell me she’s going to fix it, she proceeded to argue with me. I didn’t need you to argue with me, I needed you to tell me you will fix the problem. Rather than give me the confidence that she will resolve the issue, she instead threatened to ask me to leave the store... WHILE in the check-out line. Very unhappy with the way I was treated.
One of the best grocery stores in town.
I usually shop at the Kroger off of Beach and Timberland but today I was in the area and decided to go to this Kroger. I must say I was impressed, the managers greeted everyone and a lot of the employees were very polite and asked if I needed help finding anything. There wasn’t a long wait in the deli and their produce section was very clean and organized. I will definitely be back if I’m ever in the area again.
Worst Kroger the area !! Very bad customer service I was told by the customer service woman that we can return an item purchased on sale !! They keep ignorant people at customer care and should train them .also they are bad at maths, their billing and returns not digital yet and these guys don’t know to calculate also .. please try to hire some knowledgeable staff for customer service .. don’t just go by the makeup they put
Pretty good store. Friendly, helpful staff. But, since they remodeled inside of store, its been hard to find stuff and there are fewer choices in some things. Maybe just me getting used to the change up.
Been going to this Kroger for years! Always clean and a great staff.
This Kroger is convenient, but it’s small, so they don’t carry all of the food I shop for. I asked for help finding shallots here and the young guy working there had no idea what I was talking about. I was able to find them near the garlic after looking for a while.
My aunt shopped at the Detroit Ave, Cleveland Ohio store when I was growing up. I shopped at Austin TX store as young adult. Been shopping with Kroger’s over 60 years at one place or another. Now I’m a Keller TX Kroger’s shopper. Wouldn’t go any where else! 😀
Whats the point of using click list when they dont send you a message about what items are unavailable. Then you find all the unavailable items in the store. This has happen 4 times in the last 4 months of using click lost at this store
Trent in clicklist was awesome went out of his way to help my family find a item instead of pointing to an item he took us there.
Edit of review after experience a week ago.........The produce section was very organized and easy to find stuff. I talked to a nice worker named Nick, he was like a produce lead or something and he helped me with questions. Normally, workers at Kroger seem to be grumpy but I was glad for the assist. I cant say the same about the this skinny long haired manager Bryce. He was yelling at a worker in one of the aisles about something minor and you can tell he was not a pleasant person. It is rude for someone to treat employee like that. These kids work hard sometimes and you can not treat them like pieces of trash. I work at a store leader in retail so I know it can be hard to deal with the stress but my DM would have never allowed me to get away with talking to a employee that way. Kroger needs to get this guy retrained because if he talks to his employee that way, he probably talks to costumers that way. I wondered if I should have said something but I didnt want to make it worse for the employee. I just hope that this isnt the way Kroger likes its managers.
This is my favorite grocery store. This is a super Kroger. They carry everything from bread and seafood to socks and couches. There meat, seafood, bakery and deli are great. They also have a large selection of specialty items like vegan foods.
This location in the heart of Keller is where we typically shop for most items. Produce is typically fresh and the store went thru a major remodel last year so it’s pretty clean overall. Sometimes, they run out of specials from their ads, but you can always get a rain check for your troubles. Staff is pleasant and willing to help when needed. Most importantly, I want Krogers to stay in business against the “W” place and tbh, if you think shopping at “W” is less expensive, you really are mistaken. Just remember to shop the weekly ads when comparing!
This Kroger is nice. When I tried 2 get sushi (I was shopping @ like 8am) the sushi chef said not 2 get that cuz it was from the day b4. Then that chef lady offered 2 make me whatever I wanted fresh. I just felt very well taken care of!
This Kroger has two things that Tom Thumb does not: 1. Quart Half and Half that comes in a plastic container with a CAP. Same size at Tom Thumb it is a cardboard carton with a flap - Not very air tight. 2. Greek Gods yogurt. This is our newest, and most favorite, brand. The Honey/Honey Vanilla is the best! Were it not for these two things, 3-stars, OK.
The employees are always super friendly. This place is just convenient and always has what I need. Great selection of health and specialty foods.
The customer service is always rude they never say hi, hello, or bye barely have only one cashier open but most of the time you have to do it yourself in the self checkout but the worse is a lot of the products they about to expire or they already expired, so be careful about that... the only good thing about the store is so close from my house.
We have shopped at this location for over 15 years. The selections and service have steadily declined. Several items we had on our list were out of stock and only 1 register open other than self checkout. We had 2 buggies and over $400 in purchases, self checkout is unacceptable at a full service grocery store. This would be a great location for a fully stocked and serviced grocery store. It seems to be time to find an alternate location.
Kroger is always the best for selections, clean and neat, just great.
Brand new store!! Super clean, amazingly great service. The deli was awesome, yummy sushi made fresh!
Friendly employees who always react as if theyre glad to see my wife & me every week. Store management always strives to make things right when things dont go right (a rarity). They almost always have what we need in stock. Nobodys perfect, but theyre always working hard to get as close as they can.
Love Kroger always has so much on sale! Good pricing! Compare to other grocery store!
I love their brand of peanut butter. Whenever I visit from California I always buy a few big containers of their chunky and honey peanut butter.
Not an enjoyable visit. First of all the staff there was to busy to assist me with my questions of where products were in the store. Secondly I had to bag my own groceries. Customer service was not noticeably.
Do not recommend spending your money here. Customer service is nonexistent. Ordered my daughters birthday cake online over one week ago with very specific instructions. Arrived today to pick up our cake for tonight’s celebration only to find out the bakery had no idea what I was talking about nor did they have my order. With one hour before my daughters birthday dinner the lady at the bakery could really care less. Regardless I rushed to Tom Thumb and they could not have been more helpful and concerned. Lesson learned at the Keller Kroger.
Yogurt, milk, cheese... expiredbad attitude. I think the manager is not doing the job
From the Deli to the service counter people help me and those around you. Diana goes out out of her way to help all. Susbi people outstanding, very friendly. You must try it.
Did a pick list pick up, everything was there and fruits and veggies all very fresh.
Always very courteous and friendly. They are always helpful
Im probably going to drive out of my way to go to another Kroger from now on. I was a little annoyed today with my pick up, because their systems messed up and I have to go back tomorrow at a time I will be very late for due to work. Last week I got a molded zucchini, I threw all but 2 of my 7 bananas away due to them being split open and rotting. They also have to substitute at least 4 or more items a week due to them being out of of things, or having stuff posted for sale that they dont carry. And on top of that I see the employee that should have been terminated still works there. Wouldnt surprise me if she gave me my lovely bananas and zucchini last week. Im sad about it, because I do like the store and mostly everyone in it.
Store seems clean, service was good. Halfway decent meat selection. Its a Kroger
Friendly staff always seem happy to see me. Reminds me of growing up in a small town where people asked you how your day was and cared to listen.
I Love my Kroger... Sam & Mike the Butchers are always so very Helpful and Kind.
Kroger is an ideal neighborhood market store--its clean, the workers are super friendly and and you can find fresh produce, veggies, deli, bakery items, etc. My son really likes the free sushi samples that they give.
Great store. Nice employees who are very helpful. Management are very nice too.
Dont know where all these bad reviews are coming from. Ive never had any expired dates, customer service is great, people great and are friendly. WAY cheaper than tom thumb PLUS kroger has things Tom Thumb does not have. Been shopping here for 7 years.
Visited Kroger in Keller, TX several times in 2014 and 2016. Very polite and helpful service, great goods and the prices are ok. Comparable like a combination of German real,- supermarket and Aldi - discounter. Will be back asap :)
So very good store and evens let you come out with budget no lights with them
Always great. I tell everyone to shop at Kroger and forget Wal-Mart. They are not as reasonable as Kroger. Looking for a part time job and ONLY interested in kroger6
Great experience, Friendly staff, fresh fruit, veggies, and meats. Ive never had any problems with this store.
Nice selection. Some of the associates were really nice.
The prices are good, sometimes theres really good sales in produce and the service is friendly and fast. The store isnt usually very busy either.
Nice, large store with great selection. They sell some clothing and household items along with the usual groceries.
Much better than the Kroger over in Southlake. This one seems to be much better stocked on average.
LOVE Kroger overall but not the one close to me, their staff just take time to serve.
Went there to get a rib eye roast butcher brought some out and let me have my pic not if thats not great service what is. Very friendly
I have bought rancid chicken from this store three times! Twice I purchased chicken well before the use by date, came home from the store and it smelled disgusting and was slimy. The second time I went back and they exchanged my chicken for a new package. Came home and it was rancid as well! I have never bought meat from any grocery store that was rancid. They also have the absolute worst produce and a very tiny selection. This is the closest kroger to me, but I prefer to go to one further away.
I dont know why anyone would shop here. I usually shop at the Tom Thumb across the street. Unbelievable how different they are. This Kroger is so disorganized and cheap looking. They have cardboard bins with sale items. Seems more like a food bank than an affluent community grocery store.
Good selection of meats and produce, great discounts, regular prices keep me me from going often, would rather go to winnco for meats and produce
Nice one.... price deals for the last few months r great
Exceptional customer service. Meat is better than most grocery stores.
Nice clean store and MOST of what I need.
Really good, had what I was looking for, nice and clean store, decent layout
There’s some pretty cool people here!
Convenient and you can find good prices on most items.
Clerk ever helpful good stock great parking.
Great place to order ahead of time and pick up curbside.
Sold bad sushi. Have had to take spoiled food back several times. Store is run down and staff is less than helpful. Not what Im used to in a kroger. I drive out of my way to go to another grocer
Very clean, organized, friendly helpful staff
Very friendly! And always find what I need.
Surprisingly good beer selection, clean store and fast check out.
Great! Always clean and great customer service.
This was my first time at this Kroger and it will be my last. I used the scanners located at the front of the store, but unlike my regular Kroger, this one didn’t have bags at the front (I normally bring my own, but was out running errands so I didn’t have them). I get what I need and when I go to check out (at the self checkout as there weren’t any cashiers open), I scan the barcode to pay and then proceed to put my items in bags so I can leave. The employee working in the front comes over & questions what I am doing, as if it isn’t obvious. I told her that I was bagging my items, but that it was already paid for hence the receipt hanging out. She kept looking at me like I was stealing so I told her to check the receipt if she needed to. She proceeds to do that, but it was her attitude and the way she did it that rubbed me the wrong way. I didn’t appreciate being treated this way and I will never be back to this location again.
Poorly managed. I go here often because of the proximity to my home, but I often leave frustrated due to expired items on the shelves, a brisket 1 week past sell date today, expired milk on my last visit, baggers that put milk jugs with my chips. Now that there are multiple Kroger Signatures in the area, I wont be going to this older store any longer.
I shop here all the time when Im home and the staff is always nice
The quality of Boars Head products and the super friendly staff sold me on Krogers when I moved to Texas. The vegetables and fruits can be mediocre but prices overall on the store products is pretty decent.
Best dairy in town. Just ask for what you want.
Very friendly service and never too packed.
Generic Kroger market...not as new as some of the other locations but decent store with good prices
This used to be my favorite store but they have replaced checkers with self checkout. Im looking for options.
Grear store with great service
Friendly and helpful employees. Sweet!
My default grocery store. Their pharmacy has a pretty good turnaround time and the lines move quite quickly because of a good floor manager.
Nice store, gorgeous people.
Friendly staff, clean store and good prices.
Very nice store that is clean and modern . Good prices.
Kelly is the best cashier! Quiet but still better than the rest of the snobby and disrespectful employees.
Clean, organized, great product selection, and Ive never been in a store with more helpful and friendly employees.
This Kroger doesnt have everything youll need like the larger one at Heritage trace, but it is convenient when you have to make a quick run for a vegetable you forgot or something else in the middle of cooking :)
The staffs are very friendly and helpful.
Looks older, but decent selection of stuff
Ok. Not enough electrical plug outl to keep electrical carts charged. Clean store. Lots of food choices.
Kroger is our store! The one by our house on Timberland and Alta Vista is the best!!
Worst Kroger store in the area. Meat counter smells; employees are rude and not helpful store inventory is not kept up well!
Good grocery store, products always in Stock.
Its 3:30 and there is a line for deli dept. And only 1 person slicing. I had to leave. They never have enough people to help out
Clean, great prices and friendly staff
Nice location.
Excellent service and friendly employees.
