I love Sprouts! It is my go to grocery store. Produce is very fresh. Prices are great. Help is always available. They have great variety of everything I need.

Always clean, huge selection of specialty items. Gluten free, dairy free, all natural and organic items. Super helpful staff and everyone is always so friendly! Love sprouts!

Love coming here for things on sale but I absolutely love and adore the young lady in the seafood dept. my husband and I have tried almost every fish there and she has given us many ideas. She’s as sweet as pie and the reason we keep coming back for our seafood. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because they hardly ever have fresh sea bass. However, I understand it’s a more expensive fish. Other than that & one weird experience with a cashier, I love this store.

I walk around for 30 minutes shopping with no one saying I had to have a mask on to shop there but as soon as I go to check out they wouldnt check me out. I thought this was America not a communist country. Stop being sheep and pushing your customers away. Typical californian valued store.

I want to rate with ONE STAR but I can’t leave a review then…go figure. They don’t want any bad reviews. I was at this location a couple of hours ago. Didn’t have a mask so one employee said something but I walked on. Then, the manager from hell showed up (Jason Halston), and was rude, condescending and disrespectful. I had my Vietnam hat on and I’m 73 years old and no respect whatsoever. He ultimately kicked me out of the store. I would have put a mask on if he had asked nicely.

A lot of produce was rotten and should not have been out on the shelves.

Woman at the register wouldn’t finish my transaction unless I put my mask on. I ask why she doesn’t have hers on over her nose? So she proceeded to touch her mask and put it over her nose. I asked if she could sanitize her hands now. She didn’t.She asked me again.I said does being vaccinated not matter? And she said no. I wouldn’t have even finished with these fear mongering fools if it wasn’t for the fact I needed the medicine for my daughter. Never again will I step foot in there.

Lots of gluten free products and low sugar items.

The store is amazing and is stocked full. Most of the staff is great, but my cashier questioned why I used a basket for just one item. They didnt have any scooters and I walk with a cane, so I used the basket to help hold me whilst I shopped. My cane was visible in my basket. I thought that was rather rude!

What the heck was wrong with cashier Margie today?We usually go to Sprouts a couple of times a week and rarely do we get treating like we did today.

Love coming to shop here, however I witnessed a cashier being extremely rude to a customer for not wearing a mask. I understand the state and store require customers and employees to wear a mask but it is not a law. The customer told the cashier that he had already spoken to a person in charge of the night shift about his medical exception and cashier was refusing to check him out. Just rude! Next time I witness this kinda behavior and unprofessional work ethic. I will be walking out and made my voice heard in corporate!! Retrain your employees, thanks

This is Sprouts!! the best store for all of your molding and rotten prouce. the grocery dept. are a bunch of f0rkboys especially the managers of whom like the taste of raw chicken.

Its my favorite speciality store. As a caterer, I get to prepare food for all your of dietary needs - Sprouts is where I go. Their cuts off meat are top notch, their cheese selection is blimey, and the produce is fresh as you can get it. Side note, if youre into heat, the hottest jalapenos Ive ever had come from Sprouts.

I was surprised that this store looked dirty it wasnt very clean and it was small Im used to Sprouts being a little larger as much cleaner will choose a different location next time

April 17, 2021The governor has lifted the mandate to wear a mask yet the manager of Sprouts on 377 in Keller approached me while I was purchasing seafood and embarrassed me by asking me to put on a mask. Do we lift in Germany in the 1930s? Why do you dictate whether I wear a mask or dont wear a mask? I will never shop here again.

The store was clean, the staff is always friendly. Some of the fruit is starting to look a little sad. Prices are okay. We are regular shoppers at this location.

I went in for the deviled egg potato salad. Its the best Ive had in a long time.I like the old fashioned supermarket atmosphere and all the freshness.The people I encountered were very friendly. The type of people that walk you to an item instead of pointing to a general location. Their way is very personable.

No mask no service. My money is only valuable with a mask on.

Wow, I understand it’s never fun working the holiday season but every worker I encountered was so hateful and rude. When driving 25 minutes away for an organic Turkey to be treated like I was a bother to pick it up...yeah I’ll go somewhere else next year. I gave 2 stars because after asking 4 employees where I pick the Turkey up, they eventually found it.

Yesterday I purchased many items from this Sprouts Farmers Market and one of them was a trail mix from the bulk area. After eating from the bag on the way home I always pour my bulk items into a glass container when I get home. This is what I found in my bulk trail mix. First I thought it was a fake eye lash, then I took a picture with my cellphone and zoomed in and I dont know what this is from. If anyone can tell me please reply. Needless to say, I will never purchase from the bulk section again.

Convenient location. The people are always nice. I shop there for the fruits and vegetables. I can always find some deal to prepare for my family.

Very good farmers market style grocer. Prices are a bit higher, but so is the quality of the food. Very easy to shop specific nutrition styles (gluten free, paleo, keto, etc.)

They have so much lovely produce. Organic foods galore and the prices are not ridiculous.

Love sprouts. Great prices on produce. Can get vegan cheese. Good variety of hard to find frozen items. Great variety of teas. Especially like the Numi brand. We also enjoy their store brand of chips a lot.

Sprouts as a whole is not following the state mandate and anyone who is not able to wear a mask is not welcome in there store. They truly dont care about customer service, they rather you take your business elsewhere than try and understand, we will not waste our time or money going to sprouts anymore. There are too many companys that care and will go above and beyond to earn your business.

I came in and walked out. Most of the people and associates looked at me like I shouldnt have entered the store. Ill admit I just had come from the gym and looked a little rough but keep your biased eyes in your own heads. Also they told me they had lemon grass 5 minutes before I pulled in and when I got there they were out of stock :/ not sure they looked if it was actually in stock.

I buy more from Sprouts fresh deli than all the other grocery stores combined. Theyre very accommodating to packaging request. But lets face it, I come first for the fresh vegetables and fruits. Then the much needed bulk foods assortment of sundries. I look forward to Wednesdays to take advantage of savings from last weeks ad and the new weeks ad combined for the day.

I can get all my supplies of nutrition and amazing prices . They open very late . I only shop her and natural groceries store for all my TOP of the line nutrition supplies .

I called the store to see if they carry Bragg’s Organic Sprinkle Seasoning, because I live an hour from the store. I asked about it and was put on hold to check. I waited 7 minutes and no one ever came back, so I hung up and called back. Cheryl/Sheryl answered and I explained that and she said she was sorry that happened and would check. Again I waited over 8 minutes before hanging up. Customer service is evidently not in their wheelhouse.

Bad customer service. I was having a normal trip to sprout and when I went to check out and the cashier immediately started being rude. It was even my turn and she was telling me I sorted my items wrong and to put scannable items down first next time so she can scan them faster. When it was my actual turn she just kept the same rude attitude telling me that produce can’t be scanned and it takes longer and it caused a line. I tried to brush it off but she kept on. I bought a cookie and she shoved at me after scanning it and said there’s your cookie. She didn’t show any of this hostility toward the customer after me so I’m not sure what was going on. It was the most awkward check-out I’ve ever had. I tried to pay as fast as I could so I didn’t have to deal with her. The only star in this review goes to the lady at the deli counter who asked immediately if we needed help. If you live in Fort Worth just go to the sprouts on Camp Bowie they’re way nicer.

WOW!!! The store is clean and organized, the employees are friendly and helpful, the quality of the produce is amazing, and the produce prices are fantastic! Outside of the produce section, it is true that many common items can be purchased elsewhere for less, but if you happily trek to the farmers market for your fruit and veggie fix, then I highly recommend Sprouts instead. Additionally, if youre in the market for more natural alternatives for bath and cleaning products, the selection here is as good as Ive seen anywhere.

This location is one of the largest Sprouts I have been to which meant a lot more options.

Always a good experience though they can be a little busy on Wednesdays when the weekly sales overlap. Good selection and helpful staff. If you shop the sales you can pick up pretty much anything you need at a really good price. Off sale some items are a little expensive, but for the quality and selection its often worth it.

Sprouts has a nice selection of fresh produce, meat, dairy and boxed items. Many of the items are healthier options than are found in your normal store. Try the Sprouts brand of products - they are great. They also offer bulk items and a large selection of supplements.

Horrible customer service. Staff seem burdened by simple questions and will not even give you the common courtesy of looking at you when providing direction or location of items. This young man literally kept is hands and head in a box and mumbled a short, annoyed response. We dont have to be consumers of Sprouts, we choose to. As staff, can make a conscious decision to perform at their best or worst. Today, was at their worst. If there had been a manager in sight I could have voiced my concern in a more private forum. I will not be returning to Sprouts. It takes just one bad apple.

Good foods are stocked there

My wife had a bad experience with the store manager name Heidi. She found vital proteins collagen peptides on line for a lower price and try to get a price match. Heidi was rude and told my wife that they couldnt match price and to get out of her store or she will call the police. Wow right??? We drove 30 minutes to that location and will be the last.

Good fresh produce with enough sales each week you can stock up on the essentials. The prices are very reasonable when on sale and you don;t have to go to Whole (Wallet) Food to get the same quality. Awesome coffee selection too. This is one of the larger stores Ive seen.

Sprouts always has the best prices and produce. The cashiers are always pleasant as well. Watch for the $5 coupons in the circlers to save some money. I find their prices to be the best especially if you buy whats on sale.

This sprouts is horribly managed... they typically have two people working at the cashier during busy hours. If you like waiting 15-20 minutes to check out, this is the place for you. Otherwise, go literally anywhere else.

I really enjoy shopping at Sprouts over other local supermarkets. I actually work at a competing chain, but go out of my way to shop here! Since the Keller location has opened, Ive found that the overall product selection is even better than the Southlake location, as far as items I am interested in. I love the varied selection of baking ingredients, such as various flours, powders, sugars and more. Ive had good experience with the produce, aside from the small selection of bananas being super green every time I visit. I dont shop from the delis, and havent had to ask for assistance, so I cant vouch for the customer service. However, it seems a previous review was written just after the store opening. Perhaps, service has since improved! Regardless, if you are interested in natural, organic, bulk ingredients, cruelty free, or vegetarian/vegan products, Sprouts has the most varied selection nearby.

Richard is the best. Very helpful and knowledgeable about the supplements and anything else nutritional. Was very nice and interactive with my 3 year old while helping me with all my questions.
