Had a 2 inch lift and level kit installed on my Chevy Tahoe. Had the pleasure of dealing with Jonathan, he gave me his undivided attention and began showing me the different options that were out there for my truck. The thing I liked the best was that he didn’t dive right into the higher end kits that were out there. And he didn’t try talking me into getting a higher lift than what I wanted. I settled on the Fox 2.0 performance coil overs and struts. I also had the privilege of meeting Juan, who makes you feel like your part of the family. Luis one of the other salesman in the shop was a blast to be around and made my wait time fly by as they worked on my vehicle. The mechanics were meticulous on how they worked on my vehicle. Test driving the truck several times after tweaking it to make sure it was perfect. You can’t go wrong with a shop that does great work and makes you feel like a valued customer on your first visit. After a long search I stumbled across CB and gave them a call. I needed two tires replaced on my wifes car and even though it was close to closing, and the shop still had plenty of work to finish for the day, the owner graciously replaced my tires. I have gone to the large chain tire shops close to closing and been told to come back the next day. That s the difference between dealing with those shops and dealing with an owner. Awesome service. I installed the lift on my truck myself and brought it by for alignment. The guys went over the whole kit to make sure everything was tightened to spec and if anything wasnt they hit that for me and then did the alignment. They even told me to bring it by after a few hundred miles so they could check everything! That is going above and beyond! Now that the truck has settled Ill be bringing it back soon to have the alignment checked again. Could not be more pleased with this shop!

I had such a bad experience, I went there to get my rims fixed and they did a good job in getting rid of the scratches, but back to back my wheels keep losing air completely along the outside of my rims and I had to take time from my schedule to go to them and get it fixed and they assured me it wouldnt happen again after they checked it, and yet again today one of my rear tires lost air completely along the same area, which shows me they dont know what theyre doing.

Let me start by saying if you live in Miami, customer service at times feels like a myth. Almost non existent, This establishment however exceeded all expectations.After visiting a few stores with in the area I finally had the pleasure of talking with Karim and after explaining the mods, looks etc I was going for, I had decided to leave my car in their hands.Karim told me the car would be ready before close of business, unfortunately, there were some unforeseen issues. However this did not phase the team at CB wheels. Place use to be geared towards tuners and builds when there was a great sales guy named karim there. They were owned by an Indian family that actually knew there stuff. When Juan took over they had to start doing truck lifts and putting lambo doors on Toyota corrollas to keep the lights on it was always dead and have been through probably over 20 technicians in 2 years. They say they been open for 20 years but it’s only really been run for like 5-6 years by this old guy Juan that thinks he knows everything but will sell you Chinese no brand tires to make you think he’s saving you money and just throws numbers at you so you’ll never know what your getting into. I took my girls car to put some tokico shocks all around. He says $200 I was like ok deal then his installers like that’s a $350 job easily he’s like naw it’s easy little did he know that car literally the whole back seat and trunk plastics have to be taken out lol. He calls me an hour later we have to charge you $275 the whole back had to come out I argued with him for a bit and he’s like just pick up the car when I got there he dropped it to $250. All said and done his installer did a half ass job probably cause he was pissed his boss didn’t know what he was talking about. I drove away and all four struts where clacking cause they weren’t torqued down enough. When I turned back around I asked him did you even have them drive the car? He just sat there looking at me with his dumb mustache and look like I just bought the place! They torqued them all down but I never went back as recommended you do too. Half of these reviews are from people who just wanted to save money talk to them a year later I guarantee they’d be singing a different tune. I don’t ever write bad reviews EVER. I wouldn’t doubt if he asked these people to write reviews. This was about 2 years ago just ran across this looking for a tire shop and thought I’d share my experience!!! Don’t be be fooled! Think about it your open for 20 YEARS but you have 25 reviews lol. Please save yourself the headache.
