MANAGER PAT was incredibly rude !I left my credit card in the Dadeland location, I called and spoke with one of the employee and he said they had it so I returned the day after And my card was no where to be found.I explained the situation to the manager Pat and her response was simply you should’ve canceled it after I explain to her that one of her employees had told me they had it in their possession and they would leave it by the register.After going back-and-forth with her she then said that she will give me a gift card next time.I went back a couple of weeks later and she wasn’t there one of the employees called her in regards to the gift card she promised and said that she didn’t recall promising a gift card. Very disappointing.

MANAGER Pat was very rude !She promised my husband a gift card for a misunderstanding a couple of weeks ago.When we went back today she was not there, one of the employees (Emely) called her in regards to the gift card she had promised him and her response was she didn’t know anything about it.We bought our ice cream and left.We are definitely not coming back !

The young ladies who serve the ice cream are very friendly! I did not want to eat any but they were open to let us try the flavors that I ended up buying! 👍🏽
