Haagen-Dazs Dessert Cafe at Dadeland Mall in Miami is a great source for ice cream and cool treats when you need them. The location is very convenient and easy to get what you want while shopping. I have enjoyed all of the purchases that I have made from here and the excellent customer service.

Delicious ice cream. Lots of flavors, cones, and sizes. Prices are fair. It is located in the fiod pavilion of the mall. Service was quick and friendly.

The ice cream is great!! I have been buying ice cream from this place for years but I have never seen such rude customer service like in this place. The server Gigi or Ingrid, never really got the name, but I heard it from another server, gave me a really nasty attitude and told me to go do a new line after I had been in line for more than ten minutes. She argued that I had been standing in the wrong line. However, they did take the order from the person in front of me who had arrived at my same line just seconds before me. The least thing that the server could have done was to at least take my order considering how long I stood there and that no one seemed to had notice or even mentioned anything about being in the wrong line. On top of everything, the server got upset and refused to give her name when I asked, and kept on asking why ? which I found to be super rude and disrespectful, at the end she never gave me her name, and also didn’t have a name tag . I find it very unprofessional and careless that none of the staff did much to help when they saw what was going on, also the manager Maria didn’t really do much either, though she was nicer, she still didn’t really put a quick stop, instead, also became confrontational with me. At the end, she offered to take my order but I was so upset at that point, that I just didn’t want to order anything and just left. As much as I love this place I will never come back. They need to do better customer service training with their employees and must ensure that their employees treat customers the right way, because the customer is always right. If you don’t like your job or do not like to deal with people you shouldn’t be working in this kind of business!!!

Served my daughter a mango smoothie that was made with rotten fruit! She sipped it & immediately complained of the taste, my son & myself then dried it and it was indeed rotten. The employees refused refund because “half was gone” but it was not nearly. Worst $9 purchase ever, I will never buy from such a careless business.

Unfortunately I have to put one star to review but this was one of the worst experiences Ive ever had at a Haagen-dazs. It was an hour before closing and the ladies were cleaning up and upset they had to attend to customers. They were also out of everything, which to me seems impossible. The Haagen-dazs in Dolphin Mall doesnt ever run out of ice cream or toppings no matter the time. I would not recommend this ice cream place to anyone!

Stood where I always do waiting while the 3 girls cleaned up. Another customer and I looked overt at them and the girl took the other customer without asking who was first. I explained I was first and she continued with his order until I raised my voice and someone else came to help me. Coldstone is on us1 between burger king and pollo tropical. Go there instead. Rude!

Very rude .geraldo the manager closed shop at545. At that time I wanted to buy icecream and he refused. My Seven year old wanted that request today for the special bark peppermint and thy could not honor a simple request from a child on a holiday. He claimed that’s your problem and said I’m not your slave. If you say you are open till 6 then honor it and if you are a slave you would not be paid and to tell me this and insult me in front of my child on a day like today is wrong. This year it seems it was not the customers with the rage but more the employees bickering at customersBy the way the review below by heygerald is the manager that treated us poorly. I had a pineaple ice cream GREAT!!!

Rude kids work here, short with customers, no organization, chatting away while customers wait, moving very slow. Takes forever to get service.

Unfurtunately this place is a rip off. We know about the good quality of Haagen-Dazs icecream, but please the prices rare extremely high. Two little scoops of ice cream $7.00 plus taxes. Almost $ 8.00? This is ridiculous!!!!!!

Ice cream has no natural flavor. It is pure sugar. I ordered dulce de leche. And it was just sugar with a taste very far from Dulce de leche. Besides, I paid almost $ 10 for such a bad ice cream. I dont know what happened to them.
