This is my least favorite location. Not sure if Cosmoprof can’t afford enough employees but something is going on. Why are they shutting the store down during open hours? Not only are hand written signs that say “ back in 30 min” unprofessional. But this effects other businesses that rely on this store to be open when they say they are open. At least write on your sign when you will unlock the door. There is absolutely no reason to lock the doors at 3:30 pm on a week day.

Ive been shopping here for a few years now and my experience was never bad. When COVID hit and they were only letting 1 person in at a time, wasnt the greatest, but still I know they were only doing what they could. However today I went back (the other location is closer now for me) because I was in the neighborhood and let me tell you! Christopher was AMAZING! Absolutely wonderful! He helped me throughly pick out the best shades and still managed to greet and personally help out every guest that walked in after me. He is very knowledgeable and made me feel right at home and Id be glad to make the extra trip out this way just to have his help again in the future.

Thank you for having things in stock. I live in Decatur, but would rather travel the distance because the other locations aren’t reliable and are rarely stocked properly!

Polite staff in my experience, a bit pricey so watch for sales. New convenient location so its clean and tidy. Licensed only.

Ive been here a total of 3 times and everytime I came the staff was rude for no reason, talked too my friends and I as If we were dumb.. I will NOT spend my money somewhere Im not respected or treated Fair.

Just been once. Ok. Didnt have what I was looking for and I first thought it was an ed.store for kids, not a beauty store. It was close to Physio Therapy where I was going for PT and I was curious.

For liscensed professionals ... great supplier of products for hair, skin, nails ...
