My go-to hair store! Always fully stocked. Family owned..all the ladies are always helpful. Plus they have a point system meaning every time you purchase, think its one point per dollar and after so many points, free purchase. Something like that...if Im wrong, charge to my head and not my heart! Yes, Ive met the requirements and got certain percentage off my purchase.

Since January of 2020 my daughter brought me here. I am still going, and i have bought several wigs. Customer Service is superb! I luv the Owner and all her workers. I will see u all Today! Can,t wait to c what nrw wigs u have.😃

I love, Absolutely Love, the ladies who own and operate this store! I have been coming here for years, and they have ALWAYS made my shopping experience a pleasant one! Mof, I think they really go above and beyond what is required; that’s just great customer service! remember a time when I bought this hair that I just loved, but then it was discontinued. One of the ladies said to me, “if you let me know ahead of time, I can order it for you.” I thought that was so nice of her because I never got that experience anywhere else. Another experience I’ve had on numerous occasions was when I wasn’t able to get to the store, I’d have my husband stop by on his way home, and they would help him in choosing the right hair for me because they knew what I liked. Other times, they have even gotten on a FaceTime call with my husband when he’d call me from the store, just to make sure I got exactly what I wanted! These ladies are the best, and very professional!! They will ALWAYS have my support!!

I shop here frequently. Yesterday I spent $20 around 5:15pm. Two customers in front of me came in, shopped, and had a long conversation with the owner and her daughter and they werent even wearing a mask. The owners daughter realizes and says it is okay and to wear one next time. They didnt sanitize anything. Today I come back in around 3:00 PM, the owner is at the register again. I come in, sanitize my hands, grab my hair that I need and get in line. She didnt sanitize the register before I walked up but after I paid and was leaving, she started sanitizing the card reader. I am never shopping here again. I have stopped by that store three times this week. THREE TIMES, and to be profiled like that. Smh. Ill never spend a dime there again. I have spent at least $200 there this week alone.

I’m so glad I found this place! I’ve been to a couple around kennesaw area and none were as welcoming as this one. Immediately upon walking in I was warmly greeted and assisted in find the correct hair packs for my daughter. I was carrying my baby so Mrs Young was kind enough to grab whatever I needed and take it to the counter for me. I was very happy to see that they carried my favorite brand of natural hair care products! Unfortunately, they did not have the specific kind that I use of that line, but she offered to order it and start carrying it for me. I thought that was very sweet! Most places wouldn’t have cared. Her niece and another young lady were also very kind. They loved my baby! I will definitely continue to come here for my hair care needs. My only regret is that I wish I had of found this place when I 1st moved here 2 years ago.

I’ve always had great service here. Even after moving to Buckhead, I go to Top One. I’ve never paid full price for a demo wig/wig on a Mannequin. Plus u get useable points for buying products there! My daughter and I live it!

She even tried to differentiate pricing so that I could get the best bang for my buck. They were SO helpful and the store is clean and organized. I’ve been going to them since I was sixteen years old and I am now 25 years old! I went to them since they were on delk rd in Marietta. All of my family members and friends go to them as well! Everyone in there is very kind and helpful! They always have everything I’m looking for! They keep up with the basics all the way to what’s trending and the prices are reasonable. If your on a budget they also always have good hair on sale! They are awesome! I highly recommend you to go to their store! You will be happy and will keep going back!

Very nice professional owner and staff.My daughter came in to exchange some hair for braiding that could not be used by her beautician.We had receipt and packages were never opened,so the owner allowed us store credit even though receipt was past 30 day return policy. We didnt realize the return policy.. thought you could return it anytime and my daughter is a very busy person so she didnt realize it herself ..The owner didnt have to do this and I thought that was very nice of her to give store credit when she really didnt have to. She and her staff were very courteous,professional, patient and helful,they also gave you time to browse around and only came over if we needed their help. We felt very comfortable in her store and will always come back again due to the great hospitality we received everytime we came to her store. Who ever reads this go in and browse you will see how nice and helpful the staff is. Much thanks to the owner and her staff.

I came to this store to buy crochet hair. A min after arriving I felt someone behind me. It was an employee following me acting like she looking at hair. I felt discriminated by so I left and I won’t be returning. Took my business somewhere else and FYI they tax on the freetress hair $7.99 a pack . I ended up going somewhere else and the freetress hair was $5.99.

If I could give 0 stars I wouldve. Ive shopped her continuously for almost 8 months straight. I generally spend at least $150.00 plus on a weekly basis at this store. I purchased a 30 second bonding glue that cost only .99 cents and it was completely dried out and unusable. I then went back to the store to advised them of the glue being dried out so another customer would not have to experience the same inconvenience Id experienced. Once I advised of what happened I was frowned at and given nothing but attitude from the Owners daughter. I wasnt looking for the .99 cent glue to be replaced or anything. So I blew it off thinking maybe shes having a bad day and went back last night to advise the Owner of the situation since I shop here every week. After expressing to the Owner and explaining to her what transpired with her daughter. She became defensive and frowned up and didnt seem to even want to help me any more with a wig selection at this time. I personally feel when a customer is expressing a concern about an employee whether its family or not as a Business Owner your immediate response should be to empathize with the customer and the way they were left feeling from someone whos representing your establishment. So now all behind a .99 cent bottle of bonding glue they have lost a GREAT CUSTOMER!!

I am not sure why this place has such good ratings. I went in to buy hair and was initially greeted ---which I was pleased to hear .However, when I came to the register to checkout, there was no one there or so I thought. The middle-aged looking woman finally stood up from her chair and checked me out. She did not speak and rushed me to check out. I got the impression that she could care less as long she got my money! This is my first and last time coming to this location. I am desperately looking for a black-owned shop. It is clear that we are not respected in these places.

These people do a really great job of working with complicated customers, earlier today I witnessed a woman who was white that came in and made STRONG racial remarks about the cashier being a chink from another country. Obviously the customer was upset because she was tampering with hair products before purchasing them, and instead of being apologetic, she insisted on trying to intimidate the young lady by making comments about her race. The young lady did her best to not cause a scene and it was commendable considering she had been attacked for her racial identity. Even though customers come in and may not be the nicest or kind hearted, this family does so well to make the best of every situation. So many people forget what these small business families go through especially in the beauty and hair industry, and we should all try to be nicer to one another.

I’ve been going there ever since they were at the previous location but today they lost my business!!! Bought a flat iron previously that worked well so when it finally gave out, I went back and bought the same brand a few months ago. This one didn’t work out as well and the older woman told me if I had the box I could send it back to the manufacturer since it was still under warranty. I have the box, but unfortunately don’t have the receipt so I returned to the store to purchase another one of the same brand since the first one had worked well. The younger gal directed me to another cheaper brand after I showed her what I wanted to purchase and assured me that it would do the same thing...it didn’t! After 3 days, I returned with my flat iron, the box, and receipt and explained that I wanted what I originally came in for and could I just exchange it and pay the difference? (The HP pro brand that I wanted is much more and I wouldn’t even had known about this other brand if they hadn’t suggested that instead). They chatted in their language and then the blond hair lady refused. I’m now own a faulty flat iron that is only a few months old in which I pad over $110 plus the latest one that I didn’t really want but was assured it worked as well! You ladies have lost a good customer and I will warn my friends as well!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I Got a SEVERE cause of LICE from one of their wigs!!!! And the owner seemed to care less. As a matter of fact they told me to take my business elsewhere. I honestly cannot believe I got lice and even worse, the owners had zero remorse. There are plenty of other beauty supply stores that can serve your needs better and not give you lice

This is my second visit with amazing service. I am a novice who had a vision that they helped me create. They gave me the knowledge and tools I needed to have the confidence to install my own faux locs. This time another first with chosing wigs. The owner took time to understand my needs and helped me getvwhat I wanted. Y my observation all customers are treated with the same sincere care. A beautifully clean well organized store with friendly knowledgeable staff.Far superior to the average beauty supply store where you need to know what you need. My experience will have me coming back for sure. Thank you ladies.

Literally just left this store and was threatened by one of the employees. I entered the establishment to try on wigs. I will start by saying the African American employee was beyond nice and very helpful. She was showing me a particular unit, when another employee came over and told me not to touch the hair. A unit that I was going to try on MY head. There were other customers in the store so I just left because I dont spend my hard earned money in places that treat customers that way. I did call immediately, because I wanted to talk with a manager, however the rude employee answered the phone. I asked why I couldnt touch hair I was going to try on, and told her I thought it was rude. She called me a coward and told me to come back in and say it to her face. So I did lol! The manager was rude herself and defended her and never offered an apology until I kept calling. Yall we have to support black business. They do this because they THINK they have us so dependent on them. I have the call recorded, and will go to the police with it because I was legit threatened by her. I beg you not to shop there. And if the sweet African American girl that helped me is reading this, please sweetheart find somewhere else to work. They dont like you and dont trust you. You deserve so much better.

Very dissatisfied AND even more disappointed.My children and I were just treated like animals about 5 minutes ago by the ladies in this store. I read the previous (good)reviews and I decided to drive from Canton just to patronize this store. From the moment we (5 year old daughter, nine year old twin sons & myself) walked into this store, we were under their uncomfortable surveillance. Before the door even closed good behind us, the older lady told my children to stop running as they were getting a shopping basket for me. This was only a matter of the youngest trying to keep up with the oldest two in her steps. They did not run. We then went over to the wig area. My five year old has an eye for fashion and all things girly. She VERY slightly touched a display wig and was yelled at by the younger lady working the wig section. Everyone who knows my kids and myself, know that they are well behaved. Teachers, community leaders, family, friends and all. This is something that was hard to watch as a mom. Im usually quiet and I did remain that way for as long as I could. Now, had my childrens actions been unwarranted, I would have asked them to stop touching. But as I stated to them before I left, I thought that was the purpose of the displays. Obviously their displays are NOT for the gentle touch of little hands... I then kindly said to the older lady maam, they will not harm your items! It went hay wire from there. I was asked if THEY(my kids) were going to buy anything and when I said they may not but I planned to.... I was then told that they didnt want my service and that they were calling the police on me... They also shouted that I should CONTROL my children, which led to me having to have a conversation with them explaining that they are human beings and not animals. There were 2 other African American ladies actively trying on wigs(with a struggle though), because I overheard the younger lady telling them that they couldnt try on certain ones that they wanted to try on).. These two ladies left out as I did. I will never go back to this store. I will go the extra mile literally to support black hair stores that show respect to their potential future patrons as they shop with their mommies!

To the woman with the pink apron on, how dare you insult me while I was still in your store about to spend my money on something that would look a whole lot differently on my head than on the mannequin. Im figuring out if this is an investment I want to make and your worried about the condition of the wig on A MANNEQUIN! Making me feel uncomfortable and disrespected and I just touched the dumb thing.

Not very happy with my experience at the store. I knew to expect to pay $1 for a wig cap to try on the wigs. It is posted on the counter. What was not posted is that they charge $1 for every 3 wigs you try on. So this rule came up only when I asked to see the 4th wig. If I am willing to pay $100+ in this store she could have been a little more patient. She was noticeably bothered that I asked to try on wigs when I was going to purchase 2 of the 4. I feel that you should get out of the service industry if you dont want to serve.

The best quality, affordable, customer oriented beauty supply in the kennesaw area . Their store is always clean and safe . Being a woman of color it is critical to have a beauty supply store home. This is definitely mine ! The hair, makeup, and jewelry have always done right by me. Also the ladies working in the store treat me and my child with the upmost respect. Mind you folks Ive been shopping with then since they were located in the Ross shopping center .My child was a newborn then and is 4 now. I been going here for yrs and the owner and I believe her Mother always have been very nice but today it was a young lady there I never seen before on her phone texting and act like I wasn’t even there. I had to say hello to get her attention and she went right back texting on her phone. I just walk out and took my money elsewhere.

Not shopping here again. I bought a wig that was defective... Track showing and a part in the front was nappy. I have lived in Kennesaw 20 yrs Ive just started going to this store. Ive been 5 times. Not the best selection and prices a few bucks higher than stores further south and 30-40%higher than wigs online (same brand). Long story short... I returned the wig they could clearly see it was damaged but want to give me a lecture on how they are doing me a favor? GT_OH! I EXCHANGED THE PRODUCT AND GOT MY LAST THING I WILL EVER BUY FROM THEM! THIS IS AMERICA IF YOUR A BUSINESS OWNER AND YOU EF UP FIX IT!!! DONT shop any where that doesnt reimburse you for a good they sell you damaged! Terrible customer service. Greedy money hungry companies who are irresponsible will never get a nickel from me! Dont shop here they start out nice but they are as mean and nasty as they look. Just read the nasty arrogant replies they leave to customers. Not humble rude and really rachet. Run! Words cant describe how happy i am i found this store. I used to go to this beauty supply on baker road in Acworth and they had the worst attitudes and they always treat customers like they are all trying to steal from them. I went to top one hair and the experience was different. They all say hie to you and welcome you to the store. They know about all the products in the store. And are very helpful. They do not make you feel uncomfortable or make you feel like you bothering them with your questions. They have a wide range of products and they show you all the different options. They dont rush you at all. And also the store is very clean and organized. I will gladly say i have found my new store. I would rather drive all the way to this store than go to store that is next door to me that treats its customers like crap.i have definitely recommended this store to alot of people Thank you Top one hair for your excellent service.
