My headlight went out and someone recommended I go here to get it replaced. I ask if they do headlight bulb replacement and they said they do, and gave them the make and model of my Chevy. Worker said it will cost over $100 because Chevys require the whole front bumper to be taken off to replace the headlight and I told him I had brought a headlight bulb with me to use and he said they cant use it, they only want to use what their store has on stock.Just a money making scheme trying to rip off inexperienced drivers. I went to Home Depot got some tools then took my Chevy home and replaced it in minutes without any complicated process of taking off a bumper. These guys are not trustworthy at all. Bunch of scam artists.

I’m a very patient person. Dropped my car off at 12pm for a 2pm appointment time and called at 3:40 just to check in. Not an issue I just hadn’t got an update.But Chris wanted to throw attitude at me; Little advise you don’t speak to woman like that, or anyone for that matter. If you’re behind and stressed out cause we all are, it’s the new normal but let’s not cop an attitude on the phone and talk over people and hang up on them. I also didn’t get my oil changed; just went and picked up my car.

Called to make a last minute appointment for an overdue alignment, was able to get in for the next hour. Got there, checked in and my car was taken to the back immediately. I left to go get a pedicure at Palooza down the street, before my pedicure was even done, they were calling to tell me my car was done (less than an hour), I got a UBER back, didnt pay because I got my lifetime alignment through firestone :) (super happy about that). highly recommend the guys over at this place. they are amazing. they have a forever customer.

This is the first time Ive left a negative review, and Im doing it in the hopes that Tires Plus will improve and/or it will help keep someone from going through something similar.We took our car in to get our tires replaced. We were told by Tires Plus that there were some suspension arms that were bent and needed to be replaced. They went ahead and replaced the parts, but for some reason, they only replaced the rear tires and moved the badly worn tires to the front (and charged us $1100). We did all this because we were about to travel a couple thousand miles on vacation, and we let them know this. I didnt check the tires until it was time to leave, and by then it was too late.Two weeks and around two thousand miles later, the belts were showing (pictures attached), and the car was slipping easily. I went back into Tires Plus to talk to them about it, but the explanation I was given was that they didnt want to charge me more because they were already replacing the other parts, and they didnt want to charge us too much. He also said he left the other tires on because they were in eh condition. I told him they were past eh condition and that the belts were showing. He responded that they werent showing when he left them on.We then took the care to another mechanic who said Tires Plus did the alignment incorrectly which was contributing the the tire wear and we were lucky we didnt have a blowout. Granted, we went 2000 miles after we went to them, but in my opinion, those tires shouldnt have been left on, and the alignment should have been done correctly. We didnt hit any potholes drive off-road or do anything that should have caused that amount of change in that period of time.

Mechanic are rude and don’t take responsibility for not serving your vehicle correctly. I spent over a 1000.00 for my vehicle and now I’m having problems . Took my vehicle back yesterday and they are telling me nothing wrong with my vehicle I was told by them to take it to a Chevrolet dealership.

Outstanding service and employees! They never talk down or over sell, theyve actually saved me money!!! Once a dealership told me I needed new pads and breaks, when we first moved down, the dealership said the car was unsafe and could harm my family. I was sceptical and brought my Kia to Tire Plus, and the tech looked at the car and said they were absolutely fine. Didnt charge any labor, just told me what they would charge when the car was actually needing it.I buy my tires from them also, they are amazing and the warranty is great!

I have been at this Store last Sunday 03/07/2021 stop by with a flat tire on my BMW, technicians after a diagnostics about my tires suggested changing all of them because those werent in good shape, I agreed and they changed all of them. It took about two hours to the complete process. I paid the full amount they charged me trusting in the professionalism of this store and the employees working there. Unfortunately, when I was driving home I heard a weird sound but in my mind, it was because the tires were new. Day after the sound was getting worst until I felt unsafe driving my car. I called the closest dealership to do a diagnostic about the sound after test drove with a BMW technician and a careful diagnostic with the specialists, put the vehicle on a lift. Inspected driveline, rear differential, propeller shaft, and bushings. No faults found. Checking suspension and wheels found the left rear wheel loose and one lug nut missing. They replaced all the lug nuts on the left rear wheel. They torqued all four wheels to BMW Spec. Test drove the vehicle again. No further Noise Found.I did stop by at Tires Plus yesterday To spoke about the situation with Bobby Breedlove (Service Manager) who said he will contact Mike Gomez (Store Manager) to call me back or send me an email, I dropped off my business card. Not contacted yet.Very disappointed about the customer service and labor in that store, felt unsafe driving my car after putting in new tires, my life was running risks of having an accident. Thank God It was just a bad experience.

I came here to get my tire fixed because the Internet said they closed at 7:00 p.m. it was 6 oclock and they were had all the doors down and some fat guys sitting in the lobby sitting there doing nothing and seeing me out there because I had to change my tire in the parking lot cause I couldnt get it fixed and then about 6:15 or so he comes scrolling outside dont even ask if he could help me or anything gets in this vehicle and leave So they might think they know some about tires and know absolutely nothing about customer service

Great service. I had a tpms sensor that wouldnt turn off. They had it fixed and ready to go very fast. Only issue is one person wearing a mask below his nose. And even though the signs say masks required they werent enforcing it.

Weve been using these guys for 5 years now for all of our vehicle maintenance and tire needs. Their customer service is fantastic, always polite and cheerful, competent, and fast. Need air? Pull up and theyll take care of it no charge. Have a nail and need tired repair? Pull up and free of charge as long as there is nothing catastrophic with your tire. If youre close to kennesaw/Acworth? Use these guys. You wont regret it.

DO NOT go to this place!!! I took my car there to have my battery replaced (7/7/20) since I still had warranty. I was told the problem was not only the battery but the alternator as well. I told the lady to go ahead and put the new battery and I would take my car tomorrow to my trusted mechanic and she proceeded to tell me she couldn’t because it would kill the battery immediately so therefore they would not put a new battery in until I fixed the alternator. They quoted me over $700 to replace the alternator. I took it to my mechanic the next day and was told there was NOTHING wrong with the alternator!! The problem was the battery. They either don’t know what they are doing there or they just want to rip people off. I had to buy a whole new battery because I couldn’t get off work to go up to tires plus to deal with the issue AGAIN. Whoever deals with customer issues needs to message me. I have the old battery that was taken out and I need a refund for the purchase I made at tires plus.

I have to commend the fantastic people at this location. They have saved my wife twice now. She ran over a bolt in her tire on two separate occasions. Were paycheck to paycheck people, and theyve been able to patch the damage both times and wouldnt even let us pay them on principle alone. Amazing, amazing people. Theyve earned our loyalty.

I have been with Tires Plus since I first got my license. I couldn’t be more happier with a company. I speak for most women in saying that we are extremely vulnerable when it comes to vehicle care. Now that’s not to say some women know what they’re doing; however, for most, it’s easy to take full advantage. I have never once been taken advantage from Tires Plus. For example, I brought my car into this location for a simple oil change, which is ALWAYS under $35 and a reasonable deal, Brennan at the Acworth location was very professional, took my SUV back, and started the oil change. They noticed my two front tires were needing to be replaced. Now I had purchased tires about a year and a half ago from Tires Plus, so there would be no reason I would need a replacement. Unfortunately, both needed to be replaced. Although my first reaction was attitude, Brennan kindly assured me he would contact Scott over at the Woodstock location and they would figure it out for me. Less than five minutes and I was on my way to Woodstock where I met Scott and his associates (where I normally bring my vehicle) and they helped me 100 percent with no cost. Defiantly, 10 out of 10 would recommend both locations. Fourteen-year customer and counting!

These guys gotta get it together. Went in to have 4 new tires installed (I brought the tires). They quoted me $80 and said come on in, were slow. I went in and there was one customer at the counter leaving his car for an oil change. I waited 10 minutes without even being acknowledged, at the marked off 6 foot line for social distancing. Another customer walked in 10 minutes after me, and the kid at the counter, who looked like hed just gotten out of bed. helped the other guy and still didnt even acknowledge that I was standing there. Mind you I was directly in front of the desk by the door. I worked in tires and automotive service as a tech and as a manager for 10 years. And I walked out and took my business somewhere with some decent customer service, and gladly paid more for the service.

The staff at this store are great. I started going to Tires Plus a few years ago when I had an odd code appear in my dash console. I called a friend who is a Ford Service manager ( I drive a Ford) and he told me what the code was for. I decided to take my car to Tires Plus for the first time to see if they would give me the correct diagnosis without me telling them what I knew. And they did.Im pretty car savvy and have been to other places where attempts are made to sell me repairs that are not needed or I am ignored when I tell them what is going on with my car. I dont have either experience at Tires Plus. I feel like I can trust them to be honest.And I am always treated with courtesy.

Got me and out really fast. Was out of town got a nail in my tire after an accident, the guy at the counter said no charge hope your weekend gets better. Tires plus has all my respect and will get future business from me and my family

They are: Courteous. Fast. Reliable. They offer competitive prices. The waiting area is nicer than many automotive shops. The location is close to I-75. Theres a QT next door if you want to hop over and get a nice cup of coffee.

The story is simple, I needed new tires and I wanted a quality job with value. Scott at the Hickory Grove Road. Kennesaw GA store took excellent care of me and my car. I had been shopping my tire brand for a month or so and was getting ready to fork over big cash. Tires Plus was recommend by a friend and Scott was able to get the tires for an AWESOME price! He made me an appointment and the exchange went down without a hitch! I didnt have to wait, they got my car in right at my appointment time. Scott explained everything. It was nice to know how things would happen since I had an issue with my wheels in the past (not with tires plus) and I was anxious since this was the first time they would be touched since that time. But I need not worry, Scott put his best tech on the job and everything turned out perfect! I was in and out of there a happy customer with both great service and great value! Thanks again Scott! I will be back!

Was very disappointed in the price gouging this business is doing to its customers. I went in for an alignment some time ago and needed camber bolts for my alignment to be performed. They charged me over $90 dollars for 2 bolts! Yep, 2 bolts. Bolts that are roughly 3 inches each. Bolts that with a little research can be found and retail for around $25... and thats retail, and Im sure the wholesale price that they get them for is cheaper. I can understand charging customers a mark up on a product to turn a profit... but DAMN!!! Have moved on to a better family owned company that will not look to screw its customers over and has great customer service.

Quick a speedy with decent prices

Ive always gone to this location out of convenience and always been pleased with the customer service I have gotten. I trust that every repair or suggestion is not to take advantage of me since I have little knowledge about car repairs. I dont usually write reviews at all but I am writing today to inform people of this location or maybe even this chain.I had a manual car and I was told that my slave cylinder needed to be replaced and to drive it would be very dangerous. Of course I said, Oh my God, please fix it. When I came back later to pick up my car the clutch was extremely hard to push in, so hard that within seconds was killing my foot. I took it right back, the guy at the store assured me that it was nothing they did. I said, It wasnt like that before. I even spoke to the Manager and had no luck. I was fuming mad and couldnt believe they were not going to fix this problem.I took my car to a trusted family mechanic and they told me they had a customer that went through a quite similar issue with Tire Plus that if they fixed it I would have to pay for it and I was better off going back to them to get it fixed since they messed it up.I had to go online and call the 800 customer service number and complain. I said I want the district/regional manager to call me, never got a call, had to call again, and finally got in touch with someone. I told the gentlemen my story that all I wanted was for it to be fixed and he said, Ok, just take it back to the location you went to and well take care of you.They fixed the problem, meaning it wasnt as bad as before but the clutch was never the same. To add to all this mess, I had originally taken my car in for an oil change. A couple of weeks later my car was making a knocking noise. I was not taking my car back to Tires Plus!! I took it to my mechanic. When they called me a little later they said that my oil tank was BONE dry! I asked if there was there a leak anywhere in the line or elsewhere, and they said no. I said, So you are telling me oil was never put in my car when thats the main reason I took it to Tires Plus?!?! The man said, Yes, and if I were you I would start looking for a new car now before this cars engine ceases up on you and then you have no car.I was warned about franchises like this and I should have listened. This car was paid in full for and now I have a monthly car payment because of this. I will never go to a place like this EVER AGAIN!!! I will be going to trusted mechanics from now on!!! They dont even deserve one star. I make sure if anyone I know goes to one of these I tell them my story so they dont get taken advantage of like I did.

Have been taking multiple vehicles(6) here for the past 7-8 years. Always pleased with the work and attitude of the staff. Great group of people who work at this location.

Called ahead for a prepurchase vehicle inspection. I brought the car in and was told it would be 30-45 mins. 3 hours later and no one had even touched the car. Ended up leaving without the inspection. 3+ hours wasted looking for a new regular shop.

Honest and courteous. I went in for a couple of nails in my tire. I was told I may need to have it plugged/patched. I arrived at my schedule time and they took it back and informed me that the nails were removed and it was not leaking and I did not owe anything. Thank you for your honesty and courtesy. I will be back.

I went here to get my tires balanced and rotated and it was a pleasant experience. The staff was quick to get my logged in and my car processed and the lobby was clean with a decent tasting coffee and tv with some news playing. The outlets were readily accessible so I was able to charge my laptop to pass the time. I was happily surprised by the fact that they were able to finish my car up a lot faster than I expected. Definitely plan on coming back for any future car maintenance.

I went there to have a tire that goes flat on a regular basis. They cleaned the wheel and fixed the bead on the wheel. They would not charge me for the fix which was fast. I would recommend these guys to everyone

If I could give zero stars, i would. My family used to like this place. My sons 2000 blazer started out with a check engine light on. Took it in, they said the intake was warped and needed replaced $600. Ok, agreed to that. Drove the truck a quarter of a mile and it started making a loud rattling noise from the engine bay and check engine light came on. We stopped, popped the hood and realized the cold air intake had not been reconnected, just laying on the engine. Reconnected it. But, car wouldnt start. Had it towed back up. Supposedly, this time fuel pump needed replaced, another $900. Got truck back, rattling noise is still there and getting louder and truck running rough. Now, today, they are saying that loud rattling is normal!! Even though its never had that noise, ever. Got manager, Mike, on the phone and he insists a car making that rattling noise is normal. BS, Ive worked on cars for years and have never heard this. Im betting either they damaged the pcv on the intake or something got sucked in there because they didnt connect the cold air intake. But, now they refuse to fix their mistake. Unfortunately,They have been dealing with my wife and son. After discussing with a Chevy mechanic, he confirmed that noise is not normal. I now am on hold with the corporate office customer service. Do not take your car there. They are only good for tires, oil changes, and basic mechanic work. Im out $1500 bucks and the truck still isnt fixed, and they refuse to address it. Mike the manager is rude and has no idea whats going on in the shop. Update: Corporate office had us pick the truck up and take it to another shop. The truck took 3 tries to start at tires plus (remember, the manager Mike, said all this is normal). The other shop found that tires plus had damaged the brake booster pressure valve on the back of the intake and the pcv causing the rattle, difficulty starting, and could have caused brake failure. So, now we are dealing with corporate to get the 900 bucks for the fuel pump refunded. Seriously, stay away from this place. We own 7 cars, and they will never work on any of them again.

Went in for an oil change now I have two cars so this was the everyday work car. I asked did they top coolant off or would it be extra because I know I didnt have any. He said yes, Im driving my car yesterday and it starts smoking Im like whats going on, I realized once the AC is off it stops and vice versa. So I look in my coolant reserve and radiator and guess what its dry!! Not reliable to finish the job completely plus they gave my wife an quote for two new tires on my other car was going to spend the 256.83 but taking my business else where! I suggest you do the same!!

This use to be my go to place for when my car needs repair. I noticed the last few times they have charged way too much for their services and I thought it was just me. I found out that they have new management starting in February. The same people that worked on my car(2003 ford Taurus) are no longer there. It hurts to say goodbye but I refuse to be taking advantage.

Tire rip off:I had a screw in my tire and went there to get a screw pulled out of my tire and the hole plugged. Service manager Justin Evans came out and told me that he couldnt fix it. He suggested that I will need a new tire in the amount of $250.00 in which he had in stock. I decided to get a second opinion so I went to a local shop down the street from Tire Plus. They were able to removed the screw and showed me how small the screw was. They told me that it was impossible for a screw this size to puncture my new tire. I went back to Tire Plus to show Justin the screw. I told him how disappointed I was for his dishonesty. Of course, he denies it all. Stay away from this place.

Service was great, however they really need to clean the waiting room area. Dead bugs on the window ledges and the floor could use a good sweeping and mopping.

Weve had really great experiences taking our cars here. The men who work here have all been super knowledgeable and we have never felt as if we have been up sold or they have tried in any way to scare us into making repairs that werent really necessary.

My girlfriend took her car to these rip off artists a couple months ago and they supposedly fixed the brakes and now less than two months later our brakes are worse than ever. They kept taking advantage of her and now we are stuck having to pay a bill for services that I believe we never got. I have never dealt with a worse set of mechanics in my life. This place needs to be shut down! !!!

The manager Mike can be a jerk with an attitude at times. All his best employees are gone now.

First I go to get my tire replaced because I have a nail in my tire and my tire light is on, I have warranty on it so I returned to the same location I bought the warranty. They tell me that there is no nail in my tire so I leave, my tire light comes back on the next day so I go back and they still tell my no nail in my tire and reset my light. well the next day my light is back on and I check the pressure and the tire that apparently did not need to be replaced or re-patched is down to 11 PSI. While on the phone I make sure to ask if my replacement tire is in stock and I am told they have plenty. I make an appointment to get my tire repaired, they have my car all day and when I go to pick it up they told me that they re patched my tire. I specifically asked them to replace it, not re patch. The nail was on the outer rim of the tire and I work in the car industry and know for a fact it is not recommended to repair a tire with a nail in that position, it needs to be replaced like I asked. They talked to me like I was stupid and did not know what I was talking about when I pointed that out to him. He then tells me that they dont have my tire in stock (after telling me they had plenty) which causes me to have to come back for a 4th time in a week to get my correct tire finally on the car. When I get in my car my radio for some reason does not work, which luckily was a quick fix. However, they did not screw on my splash guard correctly and after leaving my entire piece falls off my vehicle while I am driving and completely messes it up. I refuse to return to this location, they were rude, unprofessinal and did not care at all about the customer.
