I took my baby to pick out a special friend for her birthday. She loved the experience and loves her new bunny friend.

The service is as amazing and Jaleah helped me find what I was looking for and made the experience fun at the same time. But they need AC! The heat in there was unBEARable. Please do something about the AC to make the atmosphere as pleasant as the employees.

Love this store customer service was amazing everyone was very friendly.. however the store needs air conditioning not those blower machines it made the visit very uncomfortable on a very hot day

Someone needs to call Mall mgmt to deal with the A/C problem thruout the whole mall. The girls at the store were doing a great job.

Started off with Kelsy not being very friendly. I was surprised, because I figured Build a Bear hired employees that are good around kids. Then the store was out of multiple sounds that can go in the bear, including the noise box where you can record your own sound. Then we were told that the birth certificate computers were broken. So, we had an unhappy employee, and didn’t even get the whole build a bear experience, but still paid a ton of money.

Weve attended this location for a birthday party but also have been here to use a g/c we received and weve given gift cards as presents too. The kids always have a good time here but make sure to slow down (mainly your kiddo) & enjoy the process at each step or youll be done super quick. The parties weve attended have been fun & there are different levels of pkgs that can be purchased. FYI: There is no party room & food/drink is not allowed inside but at both parties the food court was utilized.

I was at b-a-b today (9/16) around 6pm. I didnt catch the girls name who was working but she does such an awesome job. She was helping myself and another customer at the same time and did an amazing job giving me quick friendly service. Thanks for my evee girl you were awesome!!

Their register was having issues accepting gift cards and they didn’t tell us this before we came in. Our daughter came to select her very first stuffed bear. After selecting her very own sound, smell, and warming up a heart, choosing a name, and giving her sweet new llama a hug (and waiting 45+ minutes to check out), we were told they won’t accept gift cards. I did not bring another payment method as our gift card was far in excess of the bear $. I asked if they could take the gift card number down or call customer service or what else they might do to accommodate. The staff were rude and dismissive and simply took the stuffed animal from us. My daughter came to build a bear, got to participate in building her very own best friend, only to have it callously ripped away by a disinterested staff member. I imagine it will be de-assembled and put back in the bin for another child to choose, even though my daughter had touched, breathed on it, etc. Never have I personally experienced such horrifying customer service at a store designed for kids. Build a bear should really re-evaluate the staff at the checkout. I will note the person stuffing the bears was an absolute delight.

My husband and I had a really great experience. It was my first time ever being at one. It was also Christmas eve. We both picked out the animals that we liked. We then personalized each of them with our own voices. It was very special and something that I will always remember and cherish. I highly recommend going there no matter what age you are, it will make a great lasting memory!

Came here with a couple of friends and the service was AMAZING! All three of the employees were the sweetest. Mind you, we are all adults but two of us had service dogs as well. It can be hard going in public with service dogs, some people just don’t understand and some people just don’t want to. But here, it was awesome. We were in there well over an hour and they never stopped being the nicest people ever. I even started to feel faint and had to do some small DPT and i was brought a water. So, shout out to Megahan, Amanda, and Edward for making our day one to remember!

We went for a birthday bear for my sweet son who just turned one. Went around 11am. The staff was very friendly and informative. The store was not busy. There were 2 other people building a bear with their families. There were only 2 employees working but the one attending the register immediately greeted us and told us the specials they had. Then once we picked the birthday bear they spoke to my son and engaged with him. The bear stuffer was patient with my children and helped my shy little ones feel comfortable. We of course did the bath and birth certificate and then got a shirt for our bear. The staff did not push extras on us which I appreciate as a mom with little ones once someone suggests something it can be hard to say no and avoid a melt down. This was a really great experience and my daughter will turn 3 next month and we will be back for her birthday bear. This is the location we always go to so we really appreciate the count your candles offer!

Staff was very friendly and great with the kids. I never knew how many options they had! Several sales which definitely helps when youre buying for multiple children. You can go nuts on the accessories, but if you steer clear of those, its pretty reasonable. The kids really enjoyed it and it was a fairly painless process for us as well.

Fun place, great place for a birthday party

My daughter had so much fun. All the staff was very helpful and very nice. Will be going back. The price for some of the bears are a little high but, its worth it to me to see the smile and happiness it brings to my daughters face when we go there.

The selection is good and the staff is friendly but Im really bothered by how much personal information they try to extract from you. Theyll ask for your email and phone number when checking out, and if your child is making a birth certificate for his/her bear then they also ask for your childs DOB! Super obnoxious.

I tried to attend the pay your age event with my daughter. It was a joke. They never intended to honor the special. They could’ve handled that better than they did. I have been a long-time customer of build a bear since the one at mall of Georgia opened with the mall. I will probably never go back to build a bear in the location again. Handing me a $15 coupon when I was coming for a completely different offer is bait and switch.They could’ve offered this special deal to their long term bonus club members. Something simple via email and the website where we could print out a voucher. They did this event the way they did because they didn’t care about the customer. They were hoping to get new members for their bonus club. They were hoping to get free advertisement via the press when this all went south. They did the event the day before in Europe and they knew that went south very quickly. They should have changed it for the United States so that it did not become a hot mess it did. They let it happen because they want to save the company that is clearly in trouble. Healthy companies don’t commit atrocities like this.

Went today to stuff a Lion King plush and had the best Build a Bear experience I’ve ever had! The staff (a sweet lady named Moira and a gentleman whose name I didn’t catch) were so kind and fun. As a 24 year old I was expecting judgy looks, as I have gotten at other BaBs in the past, but I felt completely welcome here. Great store, great staff, and great experience!

So much to choose from and so much fun. Even this adult felt giddy and happy. The staff there are so nice and helpful.

Kids loved it and you can get a special birthday bear for a kids birthday that only costs their age which is a big discount even for an older kid.

Employees are so so very sweet although they will try to get you to buy more stuff (corporate company, not their fault). Dont blame them! They are all super helpful and sweet.ALSOIf any parents dont know this, you can PAY YOUR CHILDS AGE during the month of their birthday... perfect present for young kids w/ parents on a budget. Only one specific bear though, but the bear is full sized. Cheers!

So much fun to bring the kids. Staff are so sweet to the kids. My son sleeps with his every night. He says putting the heart in his animals is the most special because his love brings them to life 😁😍❤

My kids love to go and shop at this place they have an awesome time! They get to choose their bear or stuff animal and they can dress it up in any way they like! The best part is that, when they are building their character they get to make a wish! This place is definitely a kids dream!

So I went with two friends and two service dogs. As we are 18-21, plus we had service dogs, we were expecting weird looks and judgement. This was so NOT the case. The workers were so amazing and helpful! Thank you to manager Edward, assistant manager Amanda, and trainee Megan (hope I spelled that right). I know we took a lot of your time and asked a lot of question- mostly about making it cheaper- but yall were incredible to us and the dogs! Yall totally made my day!

This is a nice BAB. The employees are friendly and efficient. The selection is good and theyre not too busy. Prices are kind of outrageous, but the experience makes it worthwhile.

We recently had my daughters birthday party here and the kids loved it. It was organized and the kids loved it. They especially loved coming home with a new friend. Great place for smaller birthday parties.

Took my daughter here for her 3rd birthday and she had a blast. Fun experience for them to be a part of. I recommend visiting for your childs next birthday or special occasion.

I went yesterday didn’t have any money to get one but this one lady was about to do the display for frozen 2 and I have never been to build a bear and I loved that she showed me it even got to go through the entire process I will definitely come back for my first build a bear I wish I got her name I just don’t remember

Oh so sweet visit. Even with the Christmas season in full swing, the staff here had smiles on their faces. We came here to create a present and we couldnt be happier. It was a great start to the day coming here and creating a special gift.

Both the BAB website and Google say that the store in the mall is open, but when we were at the mall today 9/5, the store was closed and had a cloth covering up the entrance.

Showed up with my mom on vacation to Georgia & they were unexpectedly closed with clothes over everything :( we had called ahead but the recorded message said nothing

When you have only one person to deal with 20 people it makes a simple process take forever. I will say the bear filler was personable but when you have two sides open and one person with 15 people waiting in line its an ordeal.

Fun place with great staff who went out of their way to make sure we got the characters we wanted. Wonderful experience, and Toothless and Light Fury look fantastic!

Took 2 1/2 year old grandson to get a bear. He had fun but favorite thing in the store was the pink baby stroller. Bear came home with Spiderman and fireman clothes, as well as the stroller.

If you have a girlfriend that loves stuffed animals and are out of ideas of whats next to do. Go to build a bear, enough said.

Rebecca made an Alolan Vulpix for my girlfriend, and she loved it. She spotted it walking by the store right as the store was closing, fell in love, and Rebecca was super nice about it. Took the time to be nice and friendly even though it was late. Thank you!
