We love our new spare bathroom. Tonya Slater at Home Center Outlet helped us design our new bathroom. She helped us pick out a color scheme, subway tile for the shower, accent tile for the niche, along with a custom vanity and countertop. She also helped us with the measurements and ordering. She made the process fun and easy. We love how modern and fancy our bathroom looks.

Exceptionally disappointed with the poor craftsmanship on a door that I purchased. Just as disappointed from the lack of customer service that I received trying to resolve the issue. I purchased a door and after a few months moisture began to develop inside the panes due to them being improperly sealed. Reached out to the store representative via emails and phone calls, but no resolution. Eventually, I sent an email to the owner of the store, as well as left messages, but never received a response. After 6 months and several attempts to speak with someone, no one has contacted me to help with the issue. Instead, I am left with a defective product. This was not a cheap purchase, but a hard and difficult lesson learned about customer service from the store. Very disappointed with my overall experience and would think twice about making another purchase!

WOMEN BEWARE!! I purchased laminate flooring from HCO and I needed to return product that wasn’t used. The rep miscommunicated information to me and I was looking for further clarity. When I would speak he would speak over me before I could finish my thought. He also recommended that I should speak with his manager and I took him up on his offer. The rep was explaining the issue to the manager, and the manager responded, “I know what’s going on. There ain’t nothin to talk about.” These men were incredibly rude, disrespectful, and dismissive for no reason. I was kind, calm, and professional the entire time while speaking with them. The customer service at this location is VERY poor.

Ben was great at the Kennesaw store. He got the door that I wanted and call me frequently as it was tracking. Several of the doors I wanted were sold out so he really watched out for me. He link me up with John to install the door meticulously. Very nice trustworthy I would use them again.

Very limited supply of vessel sinks. Good variety of vanity tops. Have steel and wood entrance doors and kits.Store clerks are very helpful. Has a design Team.

We purchased a French door on Friday November the 27th. We called and was told that we could exchange the door and was told it could be exchanged as long as it was in the same condition. We brought the door back and paperwork was completed for the exchange. They would not give us the money difference in cash advised we would have to get a gift card. That was no big deal. The issue came when manager came over to inspect the door. The manager said I can’t take the door back because it was dirty and the door jam was broke. Luckily the guy who sold it to us knew the jam was broken when we purchased it. Their literally was some dirt on one corner of the door from being on the back of our truck floor. We wiped the corner off and manager finally agreed to take back the door. Bottom line buyer beware. I have never been treated with such rudeness and disrespect!!!!

I had to post this. A neighbor stopped by and said, I just had to stop and ask you about your door and where you got it. My wife makes a comment about your door every time we drive by and today I thought I would stop and ask where you got your door. It was nice to know that others like our door as much as we do. There is not a single person who has come to our house since we had our door installed, that does not comment on our door and how stunning it is. The HCO team were so helpful when we were shopping for a new front door. This type of door was not even on our list but now we cannot imagine having anything else. Thank you!! We are looking forward to working with the Team at HCO again as we start our next project, our master bathroom.

I returned a chipped backsplash and they did the right thing and swapped it out for one that was perfect. I really appreciate their customer service as they could have stuck it to me, but they didnt. Ive bought numerous items from HCO and will continue to shop there for future home projects.

HCO lost a $3k dollar purchase from me yesterday. As soon as I walked in, I was told if I didnt have a mask then I needed to leave. Not once was I offered a mask from this company. Nor was I given the opportunity to explain why I couldnt wear a mask. Home Depot gladly accepted me in their doors with no mask and will get my front door purchase. Not everyone can wear a mask for extended times during a pandemic. It should be personal choice.

Great place to pickup home items for less than retail. They may not have a ton of selection but what they do have is quality products at bargain prices. In 20 minutes wandering around I was not treated or approached once however this is a commercial type place, not retail. If you need to be coddled, go to the big boxes. If you want a great deal, check this place out!!

Ordered cabinet pulls, due to be ready in 3-5 days. Called to check on them after 8 days. Was informed the rep that took my order was out and she would call me the following day. The rep called me the following day to inform me she did not place the order because she had an emergency and was out of the office for a couple days and would place my order now, and that it should be ready in 3-5 days. Called back 6 days later order still not in and the rep is not available and will call me back. Total order was almost $500. No refunds. Poor customer service company collects money upfront without even ordering.

Great store. Friendly staff. Ask for Ben. He provided outstanding customer service, was very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. We bought an iron main door, handles, vanity and bath tub. No issue with any of the items.Ben recommended John Godwin to install the door. I was worried because it was a big job, removing and installing a main door is not easy, especially as I have seen some of my neighbors still have trouble after paying for an expensive install, but John did an amazing job. He stayed late, worked hard and did a perfect job. Super impressed with this young man.Thanks for making this a great experience.

We wanted to replace our original wood door, side lights and transom and friends told us about Home Center Outlet in Kennesaw. We drove over, met with Zack and settled on these iron doors. They recommended an installer, who were great (!) and couldn’t be happier with the results! Their selection was great, service was great and we LOVE our new doors! So disappointing. We were looking for a great tile selection and decided to look here. Save your gas and go to Floor and Decor or Tile Shop. The 2 stars are for the young man who greeted us on the floor. Although he said he had not been there very long his customer service was tops!

This was our second try with this place and it went as bad as the first. We ordered an interior hung door. The door came in quickly and their price was a little lower than other building supply stores. Good so far. We were reminded that you get what you pay for. Actually, we didn’t get what we wanted. We specifically asked for stain grade door and jam. What we got was stain grade door but the jam is made from many pieces. Definitely not stain grade. We were told that this WAS indeed stain grade. They would not allow us to cancel our order so we had no choice but to take a door that looks terrible and staining it will just accentuate all of the seams. Can’t believe that they think this is stain grade. We will never do business here again. Quality is really poor.

Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff here. Came in with extreme vague measurements and the gentleman who helped us, I have to say, he knows his stuff. If looking for bathrooms, kitchen, doors ideas and more, before you buy ANYTHING from home depot and Lowes, stop here. Take the time and come here before buying from the big box hime improvement stores. It is very worth it and could save you money in the long run.

So excited to find a place like Home Center Outlet! The prices were definitely cheaper than all the big box stores. We bought a double iron front door from them and love it. We worked with Ben who was very helpful and professional. They recommended someone who could install our door and within a week we had a new front door. After doing the math we saved hundreds buy shopping with them! Will definetely use them again for future home products!

Fantastic experience at this store. Typically would just go to Home Depot or Lowes for anything I need but decided to give this place a try. Was helped by an associate named Ben who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping me put together a project for replacing an exterior door. He also gave me some great information on replacing windows and made me realize the project would be much more cost effective than I thought. We were in the middle of a bathroom remodel and there were certain things we wanted to see in person instead of ordering online and paying for shipping - things like an air tub and interior doors. After a disappointing experience at a big box store, we searched online and found Home Center Outlet.Working with Ben, we not only purchased an air tub but we expanded our project and replaced every interior door in our house. Even when we messed up our measurements and had to return 2-3 doors, Ben made the exchange process seamless and our project stayed on track. Our only regret is that we had already purchased our vanities and faucets before we discovered the Home Center Outlet.We tell everyone we know who are thinking of remodeling their homes to go to Home Center Outlet. Their selection, quality, pricing cant be beat and their customer service is truly outstanding. Ben was knowledgable, professional and efficient which is so rare in the home improvement industry.My only suggestion is that we would have gladly paid for one of their people to come and help us with measuring our doors. This would have saved us from having to return and exchange some of the doors due to our inexperience.

I waited 7 weeks to find out that the employee who helped me had not submitted the order. I called 3 weeks ago to verify it had been submitted and was guaranteed it had. They are telling me it is another 4 weeks out.They are trying to make it right. The employee I worked with originally has been fired due to other incidents not related to this one.Edit: They handled the situation the best they could and Im pleased with the response now that the issues have come to light. I think the problem employee caused more problems than they realized. Im not going to hold it against HomeCenterOutlet. Ill update again when my cabinets arrive.

If you are doing remodeling, you need to check this place out. I believe is great for vanities and kitchen cabinets. However, there are several items which are overpriced.
