Fantastic experience with Shawn and his team. Chris and Stephen were the two amazing techs that accomplished the requests my family and I had set out for them, including a 7.1 surround sound audio system, TV mount installation, and ethernet switch set up including ethernet wire crimping. Both techs maintained a very professional demeanor and kept us involved in each step of the process. Loved having the team here to do the job. We could not have asked for a better experience. This was one of the most customer friendly experiences I have had. Sean was on time to all appointments, the crew worked around my hectic zoom work appointments, and answered all my questions.The system installed surpassed my expectations. I am not the best at technology and was concerned about how easy it would be to use everything. Michael explained it to me in a very user friendly manner and made sure I understood. He even told me to right down any questions I have and he would answer them at a later date. I would certainly echo what several other customers have said about AVI. You wont go wrong discussing your audio/video project - large or small - with Shawn. We recently bought a new home in the area, but not familiar with any companies to call for our particular project. My wife did some research, contacted Shawn, and he met with us within just a few days of our call. During our initial meeting, we quickly recognized he knows the business and technology very well, and would certainly keep our project and needs as stress free and within our budget. After receiving Shawns quote (which only took a day or two), we did talk with another AV company but realized that AVI would be the best choice. Once we were ready to move forward, the equipment was ordered and work began in a very short period of time. Michael, the Sr Tech, and his team did a great job!! They were at our home for several days, working non-stop, and always left the area they worked cleaner than when they started. Since all the equipment has been installed, Michael has been great! He has revisited our home a couple of times to tweak one or more TVs and their components to ensure theyre working as promised. And with each visit, no questions asked, other than what can they do to make the equipment work better than anticipated, which has been so appreciated with such high-tech equipment. When AVIs services are needed again, we would not hesitate one bit to call on Shawn, and would certainly recommend AVI to anyone that ask.

Let’s talk customer service, I called Shawn and he was at my house the same day to go over options with me. Once I decided what I wanted Shawn had his technician at my house in 48 hours. Owner and Technician are very knowledgeable. Shawn is going to make recommendations and work in your budget. If I can take anything away from my experience it is to be open minded to his suggestions because he made my entertainment experience better then I could ever imagine.

I recently had a room finished in my basement specifically for a Theater room. I hired Atlanta Entertainment Systems, based on past reviews and Shawn and his team lived up to this rating and more. They coordinated extremely well with my General Contractor as the room was built out. This was my first Theater room and Shawn and team a great job educating and adjusting as the room came together. I purchased a Sony 4k projection system, Monitor Audio sound with Dolby Atmos, & 110” 4k screen. Picture & Sound are AMAZING!!There are many great things I could mention about this experience, however, what really stands out is their customer service. The sub was shipped defective and we didn’t realize until I had already planned a movie night with friends and kids coming over. Shawn without hesitation said I’m heading over now to bring you one of my subs (he lives 45min from my house). He showed up with sub set it up and we were still able to have out 1st movie night!! Anyone can order and install what you ask for… what sets companies apart are how they handle problems/challenges. I would highly recommend Atlanta Entertainment Systems for any home audio projects you have.

Shawn and his crew installed a Tracvision satellite system and a tv on our boat 2 years ago. It wasnt an easy job as they had to run wires and hide them which is very different on a boat. But I have to say it came out beautifully and our system worked flawlessly. The job was done in a very timely manner and we have not had any issues at all. Shawn follows up frequently to make sure all is running well. They are very professional and knowledgeable and their experience goes without saying.
