The worst experience Ive ever had, if I could give 0 stars I would! I talked to someone at this location made my reservations and drove 2 hours out to be informed that it was a miss communication and they didnt have my truck, they have not tried to fix my problem please I warn you stay away they will tell you anything!!

The worst experience I have ever had with moving trucks and Penske, and I have moved a few times. This time from Ca to Ga, a long trip. In short the truck I was given had bondo on the can and the door on drivers side had a slight gap which I was told would be fine. Day 2 into the trip crossing Texas, I hit snow, Oklahoma and Tennessee was a rain storm. I can handle the rain and snow, what I cant handle is the driver door I complained about originally leaking like a faucet and literally my whole left side of my body looked like I went swimming. Nothing I could do would stop the water from coming in. So when I call, customer service says we will make a note......ok. Then the Counter person,Tori was her name and she offered no apology or anything. I could not believe nobody and I mean nobody I spoke to at any given time gave a hoot!! WILL NEVER USE PENSKE AGAIN, IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO I WOULD.
