Builders FirstSource delivered some of our materials while we had our shop built by Lexar. The driver was friendly and did a good job!

We used Builders to supply all the lumber for our new construction and one of the items on our material list was a 34 X 5 1/4 X 18 big beam. We paid for this versalam beam, but a different glulam beam was delivered unknown to us. It was rated for less weight than the beam on the plan and we did not pass inspection because of it. The inspector is requiring we provide a revised and engineered floor plan to include this new beam. We have asked our salesperson and the manager to make this right to no avail. Our next step will be to seek legal action.

They are only open from 8-4 and closed in Saturdays. The people are wonderful. The prices are great.

5 Stars on the guys behind the desk they are always super helpful and know our order. My company buys boards from these guys a couple times a month. The loading guys have only ever offered to help us ONCE at this location. When we go to other locations we never have an issue. Today we loaded 40 boards with no help. 1star for the loading crew.

Stood in line while two employees were helping customers before me. I was next to be helped and stood there for 15 minutes when another customer came in behind me when an employee came down from upstairs and obviously knew them and asked them what can she do for him. Im a contractor who spends money and waited my turn and when that happened I said I wont shop there again. Poor customer service is something I dont give to my customers and wont like to receive it either. As a contractor for 30 years I have learned that lumber yards and I have to work together. Thankfully this isnt the only lumber yard in town!!!!

Wanted a price on a window, they acted like I was wasting their time, did not want to help me. Told me to go to home depot (I had already been there) had to ask several times for them to look the ordering information up on the computer. So rude and dismissive, will never go back.
