When no one else could give us what we needed when we needed it, Michael and his team came through for us. Stellar service and reasonable prices. Michael went above and beyond and put our minds at ease when we were strapped for time and supplies. I only wish I had discovered Windsor Plywood years ago and not wasted my time and money on the other places. Do yourself a favor and try Windsor Plywood first. This business knows how to treat its customers. You won’t be disappointed.

I mean once the doors arrived it was 5 stars. I prefer to support local. Derrick was great! I’m still waiting on hinges sadly I’ll head to home depot today to get them. It’s been a month at least. Order your doors super early!! They will come out to measure, that’s super helpful.

Great prices and almost always great service. If they are busy you might have to wait a little but thats ok. Make sure you set your budget before you walk in though. Its easy to go over board!

Windsor Plywood was like finding a new favorite candy store. The staff is helpful and knowledgable.Their wood products are beautiful, including live edge for the rustic looks of today. Their prices are reasonable. They continue to add to their stock of tools, doors, barn doors, hardware, etc. If you do DIY, this is the store for you, but be prepared to fall in love with wood. Wormy ambrosia maple, knotty alder, red cedar, hickory, too many exotics, plus teak, walnut, oak, too many to list. Check it out today!

These guys are great!!!! They custom machined 5 doors for me.... They did a great job! With the promotion they had running they were more reasonable than Home Depot slabs!!!! And I got custom machined doors ( 6 panel textured ) that we were able to take home and just screw right in.... saved money and time and got a great product.... it did take them a little longer than originally anticipated but great customer service and work. Highly recommend!!!!

Windsor Plywood Kennewick is wonderful! Everyone is super helpful. We have purchased molding, urban wall, and the wood for our covered porch. These guys are knowledgeable, helpful and considerate!

Windsor has an amazing selection of hardwoods and their staff gives great advice and service. I buy a lot of wood for my personal use and my classroom. I recommend that you take the time to explore the store if you are looking for ANY type of wood product, or just for fun. If they do not have what you are looking for, they can get it for you quickly .

My wife and I purchased flooring, doors, and other wood for projects. Mike the store owner is a good guy. There were a few hiccups along the journey but, Mike and Oscar the Assistant manager made it right. As any business you go through some of the wrong employees that make it difficult to be perfect.. Friendly folks and amazing products & services!

Fantastic selection of hardwood for woodworkers. Staff were very helpful as I picked out wood to make a coffee table (my first furniture making endeavor). They also have a staining station so you can try out different stains - even better if you bring in a piece of the wood you are working with. Staff offered to open any can of new stain if they were missing one (they sell Minwax & Old Masters stains). Neil was particularly helpful. He used biscuits to make the table top for me since I didnt have this equipment. Shop time is extra, but reasonable. All in all, I found the staff extremely helpful for a novice female woodworker.

I buy from Windsor all the time. Remolded my whole upstairs and Windsor has treated me like family. Prices and quality are the best in town.

Ive been shopping at Windsor Plywood in Kennewick for a few months. Michael and his staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The selection of exotic hardwoods is substantial and theres nowhere else in the Tri Cities that can compete.

They were able to cut some lumber for me when 2 other places couldnt make the cuts I wanted. While waiting I looked around and realized this is the place to go for specialty wood.

Do NOT shop or apply to work here! The manager of this store is VERY abusive to his employees. He also knows nothing about customer service, he only cares about how much money you spend in that store. Canadian based company and they do not play by American rules. VERY SHADY COMPANY. PLEASE CONSIDER SHOPPING SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Staff was great, worked with our budget, very friendly, and understanding. I believe they carried the best products for our budget and needs.

Despite mask mandate and signs on their doors they don’t enforce and employees aren’t even wearing them. Two customers without masks up close and personal with employees. As a contractor I’m disappointed. Businesses need to open but this is how is spread.
