After using Sherwin Williams paint a few times, you will refuse to use most other products. The paint goes on beautifully and typically covers in one coat. The people are always very helpful and knowledgeable.

This is the first time we have attempted any sort of interior painting. I was very pleased with the staff that helped us. They were knowledgeable and constructively answered all of our questions. We brought a swatch we found at home Depot, and they were able to replicate the color with incredible precision. The paint is very high quality and I am pleased with our decision to go here.

Sherwin Williams stores my paint purchases information in their system so that reorders are a breeze.Nine months ago I purchased several colors of paint for our home...and then had the house re-wired. A lot of touch-up was needed. The new paint matched the old paint perfectly, saving me a lot of time and effort.Additionally, the paint quality is EXCELLENT!

I went into Sherwin-Williams in Kennewick not knowing what color the wife and I wanted to have our house painted. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We chose a few colors and had them make samples for us. Buying a color sample here is about $20 and you get a quart of paint. That is a lot if you want to try a bunch of colors but its also a good idea to put a large sample on the house to get a better feel for what it will look like. We found that the swatches appear darker than what the paint ends up being on the house, so choose colors slightly darker than the swatch you like.

Im new to Tri-Cities and for the 1st time last night went to this particular store. Jeromy the sales associate was very polite in answering my questions and absolutely the biggest help in a stressful tine. I can now be comfortable and feel confident in making my decisions. Thank you SO MUCH!

We were painting a room with paint from a big box store, and it was difficult to work with and just didnt look good. We switched over to Sherwin-Williams paint and it was super simple to apply and it looks great after just one coat.

Absolutely terrible service went to get paint to paint my house a very simple thing and there clerk Silva was very rude and decdied before completing my order he had to take a lunch as he left with a rude comment then I continued to try and get help and they decided to let me sit in the store for almost an hour before saying that they cant help me because they dont got the paint in there paint store even Matt there commercial store sales rep was helping people that came in 30 minutes after I did
