Bed Bath & Beyond is a chain on home goods store. They have all types of Home Goods from bedroom bathroom to Kitchen. You can buy pots pans, you can buy small kitchen appliances such as crock pots coffee pots Etc. They have kitchen cutlery anyting for your kitchen from Storage to cutting boards and other items you didnt even know they made. For your bathroom you can get shower curtains soap dispensers rugs you can get comforters and duvet covers pillows. Towels all types of storage items they even have items for your pets there. They do have decor items like pictures and other decor things like candles this is a great store to shop in for yourself or for gifts.

Only 4 stars. Not their fault. So many items backlogged or hung up in transit. People EXTREMELY helpful, trying to find everything you need, or, if not immediately available, coming up with viable and creative alternatives. All with a smile. AND 20% OFF NEVER HURTS!

I been shopping here for years - I like this chain, and this location in particular. They dont always have everything instock but they are always willing to help and you can always order online in store (associates willing help! Or you can use the app). I like the rewards program and coupons. I also really like the curbside pickup - fast, simple and safe!!! We recently got some pretty epic customer service from the manager!! SO Nice to see that these days, THANK YOU! You have no idea how much thats appreciated and I really want to let others know, that can realllyy make someones day!! Very well organized. I got a King size comforter with matching pillow cases that were priced at $99 on sale for $39.99. Surprisingly they also accepted their $10 off coupon on an already discounted ítem, so I only paid $29.99! Most stores wouldnt accept a coupon on top of an already discounted sale item.For a nice, quality King Size Comforter you cant beat that! The only thing that surprised me was that they didnt have shower stall mats.

Two days ago I purchased a $200 voice activate / hand motion trash can. The voice command worked but not the hand motion function. I called the manufacture for troubleshoot advice. Unfortunately the trash can was defective and they suggested I take it back to the store so I could get another one right away. The manager at the store was very aggravated about the exchange. He didnt seem to believe it didnt work so he took it out to test it. Once he saw that it didnt, he said I shouldnt have brought it back, that I should have had the manufacture send a new one. There were two new trash cans on the shelf but he wanted me to take the floor model. First of all, who doesnt return a product to the store if it doesnt work, second of all why would I take a floor model when I purchased a brand new one to begin with. I said I wanted a new one so he took it out of the box, unwrapped it, took it to his office to plug in. He said this one works, if you have any problems deal with the manufacture. He doesnt need to worry, I wont shop where Im treated so rudely.

Always find something in here. Good deals. Great gifts for decent prices. Staff always greets you and available to help if needed. Store is always clean.

Mike was great, hope his foot heals soon. The store was closing within 10 minutes of us arriving. We were the only customers in the store, Mike as well as the cashier were great!I dont see her name on my receipt, but she was informative, she let me know about some towels that were on sale. I wasnt there for towels, but couldnt pass up a deal after she walked me over to the towel area to show me the sale. This was on 9-11-18 store was closing and doors were locked. Thanks guys!

Needed help with finding a wedding registry and the staff was great with helping me find it, even with all the people who were there for all the black friday deals. The staff was still really nice and happy to help.

Karen was a huge help. Went above and beyond. First she went and searched through storage to find my item since they were listed as being in the store. Then I lost the keys to my car and she walked all around the store to find my keys (they were in the car). It was calming to have her concerned on my behalf.

What you expect

Went into the store with my fiancee to start our wedding registry. We spent 2+ hours scanning products to add, waited at the registry counter for them to finish everything up and then left after being told we were finished. 24 hours later the products that we scanned were still not available to see online. I called in and they told me that we had not registered for any products yet and they couldnt find any of the products we had scanned.I was originally very upset but then was contacted by Bed Bath & Beyond corporate who informed me that they had looked into the issue and had found all of my items that I had scanned. I was super impressed with their customer service and how quickly they dealt with the issue .

I moved in the area recently and tried out this bed bath and beyond. Overall very clean and neat. Nobody ever greets you though. I’ve been in there 4-5 times in the past couple of months. One guy did say hello and had alittle conversation with me, but that’s been about it. My wife works at another bed bath and beyond and is always told to help the customer. They have so much to pick from you almost do need direction. Thank goodness I know the store pretty well as there pretty much all the same.

Was in there last night and got treated real good and the staff knew where everything was. Didnt have to go running around looking for my certain items. Lots of selection. Great place and buy.

Have a coupon that hasnt expired and a receipt from 15 days ago. I was told I could bring the receipt back with the coupon for the discount. Brought it back and they refused to give me the discount saying it has to be within 14 days. And yet I have 180 days to return the $200 worth of products I purchased. Ill be returning it and buying from Walmart or Amazon, especially since BBB is overpriced to begin with. Refuse to shop here again.

Wow! Dont go here much, but happened to go in while they were having a 75% off clearance event and picked up some really great blankets for an amazing price!

Crazy that theyre open to 11 just wish it wasnt so pricey. Some stuff is really high quality, but a lot is cheaply made, gimmicky stuff. Ill go for appliances and some bedding but Im not into spending 200 on a comforter. I know this is mostly personal preference based but objectively, I downgraded 1 star because they were very short staffed, and I walked around trying to get help for like 15 minutes.

Lots of unique products. Prices were fair, but higher than some other stores on the same merchandise. Was greeted on the way in but cashier did not acknowledge on the way out

Amazing customer service. My husband and I got married in July 2016 in Kenosha WI. We live in Florida and we were having problems trying to figure out how to get all our gifts back home with us. The Bed Bath and Beyond team helped us out with our problem. They packed and shipped all our gifts free of charge. We are so thankful for their help. They made our move stress-free. Always organized, workers are nice except for the younger employees they always have an attitude but other than that it is spaced out in a flowy pattern and it is easy to find whatever you need, and if you cant find what youre looking for the workers are very helpful.

The managers response was they had some investigating to do sorry guy. I asked about the 20% off of the floor model which was offered earlier by an associate and it was like I offended him.
