Great service all-around. We were shopping for a dish washer and got the run-around at Racine Home Depot. (We were there for something else) We decided to try a Ma ‘n Pa appliance store and found this place. Due to the supply shortage from COVID, there were limited choices. They helped us find a white one in our budget.They scheduled the installation as soon as they could.The installer was a retired plumber with a full skill set. (Ryan) he did an awesome job. He cut off the stub of the old copper pipe and put a modern flex hose on. He leveled it. He had been trained by the Whirlpool factory on this line of new dishwashers.It was a great experience all around. Ma ‘n Pa for the win!
In addition to answering all of my product-related questions immediately, the customer service team at Grand made the entire purchase process very smooth! I am a bargain hunter, and I found the same product at another retailer for about $100 less. Once I went through all the steps of coordinating my delivery and install, the other retailers total price was actually $300 more, but they did not share that information upfront when I was asking all my questions, and seemed irritated at my concern about the expense. so what seemed like a bargain was not! Add to that the warm and helpful customer service I received at Grand, and there’s just no comparison. I give this experience five stars, but six stars should be an option!!!

We’ve bought a washer and dryer, drawer microwave and now a stove from Grand Appliance I. Just two months. We worked with Craig for the washer/dryer and he was super honest and helpful. So much so we didn’t even do research before buying a stove (unusual for us) and just hoped we would find him working. We did! The whole crew at Grand Appliance is great and we will definitely be back if/when the time comes to replace another appliance!

Needed a new wash machine!! Our sales guy was awesome! Best review on LG front loader which is what we were looking for according to consumer reports, didn’t try to sell us anything we did not need! In and out in 15 minutes the only downfall is. Can’t get it delivered till next Wednesday

I have bought many appliances from the Kenosha store. I have never had any problems. Great service, prices, and delivery. Rod is always helpful and knowledgeable.
If I could give zero stars I would. Purchased a range from here and it got delivered and was sitting 3 inches off my wall. The people that delivered it could have cared less. Immediately called the store and our sales person Ty put in a work order to fix it. Someone came out with absolutely no tools or fittings and claimed they couldn’t do anything because the work order was vague. Again called the store and Ty told us he would have someone out the following day, NO ONE showed up! Now I’m being told I need to hire a plumber on my own dime and am stuck with a stove that doesn’t sit flush to the wall. Customer service refuses to work with me in any way shape or form. I will NEVER buy another product from Grand Appliance! Grand doesn’t care about taking care of their customers once they make a sale.
Grand Appliance had dishwashers in stock we couldnt find anywhere else, at a fair price, and with a reasonable delivery timeline. Jenna on their customer service chat line was very helpful talking us through all the options. I will update if delivery is a different experience, but I dont expect any issues after the customer-friendly experience weve had so far.

I needed a washer right away and ordered one online through Grand Appliance on Monday and had a new one installed by Wednesday. The customer service team member that I spoke with was very polite and efficient. The staff who delivered the washer and hauled away the old one were also very polite and worked very quickly and quietly. I am very impressed with this company and will be recommending Grand Appliance to my friends and family.
I chose Grand Appliance over the larger box stores because I thought I would receive better customer service and after the purchase care. I purchased a range hood, gas range, refrigerator, dishwasher and oven for $15,000.00. I also purchased the warranty along with the refrigerator to be sure if any problems arose they would be repaired. This particular refrigerator that I purchased is much larger than the average but because it has wheels I shouldnt have had an issue moving it into the slot. Much to my surprise, the wheels were all stuck for whatever reason causing the XL refrigerator to not budge easily. I contacted Grand Appliance thinking that since it was literally just purchased and I had gotten the warranty that I shouldnt have an issue getting them to solve my wheel issue. I was informed that the warranty I purchased actually ONLY covered the internal parts. NOT any of the exterior or structure. So, one might think, well that shouldnt matter since its brand new it should have a factory warranty or that Grand Appliance would stand by the products they sell. Afterall, I only needed my wheels to work properly. I have contacted Samsung customer service and they never showed. I then sent another appliance repair company out to look at the refrigerator. He then contacted them and told them there was a problem. Still nothing was done. It has been over 5 years since this purchase and I have yet to hear anything from anybody affiliated with Grand Appliance which would imply they have no interest in taking care of their customer. Remember, this was the main reason I went to Grand Appliance in the first place. Quite ironic. Whether your spending $6.00 or $15,000.00, the level of customer service shouldnt be any different. If I had known just how incompetent their customer service was I wouldve never stepped foot in their store.
I had a pleasure of working with Rodney in Kenosha store. He was very helpful and spent time with us on our purchase of washer and dryer. I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything and he answered all of my questions. We have decided to make our purchase through them but waiting on back order stuff since it’s hard to get things in this crazy times. I will update my review once we receive and have the washer dryer installed on our overall satisfaction

I was instantly greeted when I walked into the store by a friendly male voice. I browsed the store and found the perfect stove and microwave at the perfect price. I put both on layaway with ease. The salesperson also gave me a form to complete for the most recent rebate. I was also given a form to complete for a rebate. This is the second stove and microwave from Grand Appliances and I was happy with that purchase too.

We needed a new refrigerator as ours didn’t really serve our needs. I did my research and selected a counter depth LG refrigerator with French doors. I checked different retailers and their prices. We chose Grand Appliance. The salesman, Ty, was very helpful and answered all my questions. The refrigerator was on sale at a good price. Delivery and installation and removal of our old refrigerator was also important to us. Ty made the whole process quick and easy. Now we’re just waiting on the delivery day. So far it’s been a very good experience.

Ordering on line from Grand Appliance was very easy and quick.When we first ordered a freezer on line, we knew our freezer was dying. But an hour later when the entire basement smelled of freon gas, we knew it was in its final death throws. We called the contact number and explained we had a dying freezer full of food. Easiest 1000.00 bucks I have ever spent. After dealing with the big box stores and their installers these folks know how to make it easy. Start to finish, 10 min to buy a dishwasher.
I bought a $1200 washer in 2018 brand new, and the washer didn’t even last more then 3 years. They do not even offer a warranty, you better off getting it from the retailer . I wish I can rate them a zero.
Its all smiles until theres a problem.I bought a Whirlpool (KitchenAid) dishwasher from Grand Appliance in Kenosha, and shortly after the warranty expired, it broke down. I contacted two different managers at Grand, and repeatedly asked them to call their Rep at Whirlpool on my behalf. The store managers shrugged, dragged their feet and made excuses, while quoting over $450 to repair a $650 unit they sold & installed barely a year ago. Our negotiations went back and forth for days. Grand employees ultimately refused to call Whirlpool, saying instead they would e-mail some form letter to the manufacturer, and maybe Id hear back in a week.So I called Whirlpool myself ... and what a difference! Whirlpool was prompt, friendly and helpful. They arranged for a certified tech to repair the unit, completely free of charge. In 5 minutes on the phone with Whirlpool, I accomplished what Grand employees couldnt be bothered to attempt. The difference in attitude was embarrassing.Fortunately, Whirlpool arranged a different company for the repair, so we wouldnt have to deal with Grand again, and now our dishwasher runs like new. I appreciate and applaud Whirlpools integrity and customer service, but do yourself a favor: Buy your Whirlpool appliances somewhere else!!

Very unhappy with Grand Appliance in Kenosha. We have bought our Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher and our Stove/Oven from the business with no issues and great customer service. We also bought warranties on everything! We were in the thought process that with good customer service and good products we would also be very well protected by purchasing our warranties from the same place. HA!!! BOY WERE WE WRONG!!Our stove/oven which we have had under two years is now making a boom sound when we turn it on (as the Grand Appliance Tech said) that aint good. So, we were told not to use the stove/oven until it could be repaired. The tech said he would need to wait until the part came in prior to fixing it so it could take a week or so. Cool, no issues we will make it through. Time to break out the grill! Two weeks later, (after we called them), we were told the part still had not come in and we would receive a call when it does. Three weeks later, once again (when we called them), we were told oh the part is in and we are waiting for the tech to respond. After finally receiving a call (because we called them as a reminder to call us) and knowing we have waited nearly a month with NO stove, (plus the fact we had to contact them) and the fact its an EXTREME hazard! They FINALLY contact us and say it will be ANOTHER week. Wait, you cant squeeze us in somehow as we have been without any communication from Grand Appliance in nearly a month? Let us not forget the possible danger the stove/oven may potentially have for BLOWING UP!! I truly believe customer service is dead...at least at the warranty department in Grand Appliance.After the great customer service to purchase the items, the only thing that stays in my memory is the dangerous stove and how they forgot us numerous times. Please, by all means buy your products at Grand Appliance but whatever you do DO NOT buy the extended warranty at Grand Appliance...if you want it fixed in a timely manner.Cmon guys, youre better than this. YIKES!

When Best Buy screwed us over on our delivery and postponed our order by an additional 2 weeks the day we were supposed to get delivery to our new house which didn’t have any appliances in, Grand Appliance in Kenosha stepped up and took care of us. They got us the next model up washer and dryer for the cost of our other ones at “Best” Buy along with the fridge and delivered/installed for less than Best Buy, who wasn’t even installing the washer and dryer. They also made special arrangements to get our appliances to us as fast as possible. Next available appointment wasn’t for another week but they managed to squeeze us in 5 days earlier which was 9 days earlier than Best Buy’s new delivery date they set up for us. We couldn’t not be more thankful for the superior level of service we received from Chris. He made sure we were taken care of and Grand will now forever be our only source for appliances and will be recommended to everyone by us.

We went to Grand Appliance on the referral of a friend. Our trusty clothes washer broke after many years of service this morning. We sought out a Speed Queen brand, based upon its superior components and durability. The store had a decent selection to choose from.My wife & I thought we would have to wait a significant time for delivery. We were pleased that they had ample supply in a nearby distribution center, so the wait time will only be slightly over a week.Our salesman was knowledgeable and courteous. My refrigerator gave out! The fridge part does not cool at all. The freezer still works but not very well. I was in emergency need of a new fridge, and I know they are hard to come by right now. I went to Grand Appliance in Kenosha on 75th St. (Highway 50), near Menards. The sales rep, Rod Almaraz, took good care of me. I described what i needed, a fridge/freezer combo, Whirlpool if possible, about 18 cu. ft,. He checked his stock online and found one that met my needs and requirements. He was very personable and helpful. The fridge is on sale, so I got a good price. The delivery fee is only $19 and includes hauling away the old fridge. Without a lot of hassle, I was able to find just what I needed! Im very grateful! Just need it delivered now!! Cant wait!

Bought appliances at Grand Appliance years ago. My refrigerator went out and couldnt find any service for two weeks, so I decided to find a new one. I called all over to find one, either they had very limited models or delivery was a week away. Called Grands warehouse and talked to Mark, he sent me to Kenosha store. Met salesman Ty Haarsma and even though they had limited models, he found me one for my budget. Between Ty and Mark, I was able to get next day delivery.
