I honestly dont think there is enough room to put all the good things I need to say about Michael and everyone at Fast Signs. We just opened up a family owned subshop. We called other sign places and the prices they gave us were extremely high. Michael worked with us to keep everything not only within our budget,but made sure we got the custom sign we wanted.( our sign and logo were even designed by him).He made sure all our signs, and windows were done in plenty of time before opening, and when we got in a bind with our menus he stepped up again and made sure we had what we needed and fast! All our business now only goes to him and his team from our signs to our menus to anything else we need. If your looking for a great sign guy who honestly isnt out for anything other then helping the little guy, this is the place to go. Id give it 15 stars if I could!! I submitted a picture of a patch on my vest for them to make into door magnets for parades. They were very upfront with me and said they might not be able to do it but would try. The finished product exceeded my expectations by a lot! It completely captured what the patch looked like and was even clearer and brighter than the original. Would definitely use them again in the future.

The service is excellent, both Roxane and Michael are great professionals! They are incredibly helpful, and managed to create a stainless steel sign that was more than what we expected! They also delivered on time and made us aware of the whole process.

I have now had two horrible experiences with fast signs in Kenosha. The first was when i contracted them to put up a sign for my business. Not only did it take them for ever, it was mistake after mistake. They subcontracted the installing of the posts. They person they used had to ask my help to hold his level, then hold a post in place while he filled it in, and needed to have me fill his buckets for water so the cement could set. Totally not pre-paired. After the post were set it took another 3 months for the sign to come. Thank God for them I was there the day they installed the sign. The owner brought his two daughter who are very nice to help him do the install. It was windy that day and they were noticeably having problem. So me and my employee lifted the sign on to the posts. The hight was off. In the blue print it supposed to be 6 feet off the ground. It barley was five, the owner tried bending his tape measure to convince it was correct until I brought my own out to prove it was a foot off. He told me he would fix the issue. He didnt get the chance seeing how the sign blew down after three weeks. It took them another month to get me a new sign. I did like the design of the sign but later found that they dont even do the printing. I placed another order for another sign and again it took forever. When i received the proof, like the first time, it was completely wrong. After waiting another three weeks I finally called to see what was going on. After getting the run around again the owner told me I was very difficult to make happy and i should go somewhere else. I have already paid for it in full so we will see if I get a refund. I am already planning court action. Stay away from these amateurs, there are plenty of other sign companies out there.

Michael didnt follow his agreement with our company and now I have off work this week for no reason...sounds great but I have bills to pay. Thanks for nothing FastSigns

BUYER BEWARE. Ive lost $5300 and left 2 of my crews without work because of the carelessness of Michael (owner). The sales process was fast and easy but everything following was a nightmare. I needed 3 vehicles vinyled. One vehicle I just completely stopped getting responses about all together regardless how many times I followed up. The other 2 vehicles had every single detail/request over looked or done opposite. After all of this communication issues that were 100% avoidable, Michael informs me we now need to push out the installation for the project which made the current week that I had canceled jobs during and laid crews off a waste and pointless.Im sure theee guys install vinyl very well but every other aspect of a functional or reliable business is missing. Spend a little extra somewhere else if necessary, youll be coming out way ahead in the long run and I regret not doing so myself
