Very quick, prompt and professional service.

I submitted a request for an estimate and heard absolutely nothing from Signarama for 4 business days. On the fourth day, I decided to call them to follow up with my request. I spoke with Erin on the phone. She took down my information and told me she would look into my request and get back to me. I hear nothing from Erin or Signarama for more than 24 hours. Once again, I decide to call and follow up. Erin informed me that she ran out of time to contact me the previous day, and she was just about to call me. At this time, it is 11:35 and they have been open for business for more than three hours. Erin states that they never received my online request, even though I received an automated confirmation email immediately after my submission.Since my business was obviously not a priority for this company, I took my business to Fast Signs. I received same day service and am extremely happy with the results.

From having been a loyal customer from the start of when Sign-A-Rama first started doing business in Kenosha, these guys have gotten greedy! They now have implemented a minimum $200 order. As a Realtor, I routinely order A LOT of signage and was really bummed to have them tell me this. This is also not the first time that theyve put a minimum dollar amount on signs, and Ive lived with this in the past. But no more! I will be taking all my business to the local FASTSIGNS here in Kenosha, WI and I would recommend that you do the same. I do not recommend Sign-A-Rama as theyve gotten greedy and dont care for the loyal customers that have stuck by them in the past.

Very slow service. It took nearly a week to get a response from the store and has been an additional 8 days now without receiving a quote. Will continue to go with G2 Printing in Kenosha for whatever I can.
