I use to like them A LOT when I went there with my mom & sister. Party City use to be so interesting when they had tons of candy throughout the entire store. Im so disappointed how they changed it all. Thats why I almost never go there anymore. What a bummer. 😕

Good variety on most party things. I did have a problem finding multiple options for the satin balloons. Although my order went smoothly once I got attention from an employee. HOPEFULLY the pick up (I ordered in advance) goes just as good if not better.

Bought a strobe light yesterday and it didnt work. They would not exchange it for a working one without the receipt. They sold me literal trash.

Went to see the selection for Halloween make-up. The stock was amazing, walls of costumes and plenty of Halloween make-up. The staff was great and helpful to those that had questions. Will return.

I went to Party City in Kenosha to get a Happy Birthday Helium filled balloon. I stood in line looking at all the choices they had. The lady in front of me had a big order and then the Cashier got a phone in order so I waited about 10 minutes. After the customer left and the Cashier hung up the phone. I approached the counter with my 1 balloon package. The Cashier looks at me and says youre going to have to wait as I have to fill this phone order. I was shocked! I said I was hear before you took the phone order She hesitated for a moment and then in a huff agreed to ring up my 1 balloon (which took about 10 seconds) She then sent me to someone else to get the balloon filled which took about a minute. I could not believe that after standing there for 10 minutes waiting she would tell me to yet wait again so she could fill a big phone in order she had just received. Terrible thoughtless customer service. Someone should put that cashier in the stock room. I would give no stars but the selection of balloons was pretty good. The Gurnee store is a million times friendlier with better service. I wont be shopping at the Kenosha store again.

Found the party favor bags we were looking for, and found a steal on candy for them in the clearance section. Actually, the bags were even better than expected. We got Pokemon, but they also had Mario, and tons of other themes.

Always find new items, love the fact that they offer a Military discount to folks who serve!

I love the variety and vast selection of party supplies and costumes. Unfortunately, the cashiers and stockers were not very helpful or friendly. Felt like I was interrupting them when I needed assistance.

If there is 0 Stars I would give them zero Stars. The last three times Ive been there Ive had nothing but problems with them. Ranging from and including not having any helium to fill the balloons even when I scheduled it for the next day. Serious when I say I will not go there again.

My son bought balloons to mark the church for his wedding day Saturday. First one popped on his head while driving home. An hour later they were all gone except the extra large silver one with hearts which lasted one more hour. Save your money!!!

Ensure to double check the Expiration date on their candy. We found some on the shelf that was expired from 2016 and 2017. it’s bit disturbing. Not to mention not having Helium and not knowing when they will get more. Staff is very rude and short when speaking or asking any questions for help. 0 stars!

Cheap party or other fun goods. Planning a themed celebration? Find your supplies here. I purchased a fake native American headgear for a Western themed gathering. Most everyone else was dressed as a cowboy or a female cowboy. Or should I call females, cowgirls. Seasonal decorations, paper goods and many other supplies.

Second time Ive bought balloons here that are sitting on the floor by the next day, even with paying the extra 15 cents to make them last longer they are sitting in air conditioning, no reason they should lasting less than a day. Completely ridiculous. Youd be better off going to the dollar store.The store is also in horrible horrible shape. Last time I came they had a leak coming from the ceiling dripping in the middle of the checkout line... It wasnt even raining. Lucky nobody fell and you had a lawsuit on your hands.Wont be coming here again! Better off going to the dollar store or ordering party stuff online.

They have a lot of costumes and party things which makes the place great, but when there are barely any associates to help, it makes it very hard to figure out where some things are and if itll work

Out of stock on all the costumes we were shopping for. No one even offered to order them, not did they tell us when they would have more in stock. I ordered mine from Amazon with free shipping. Theres guys need to get their stuff together.

Party City carries a lot of hard to find items and for that reason, I do shop here from time to time for convenience but the items are wayyy to expensive for what they are. Most items sold in the store are disposable and are meant for one time use but yet the price tags can break you. Dollar Tree sells many of the same items just not in such variety. If your in a pinch for party supplies- shop here! If youre planning ahead, I suggest shopping online for either lower prices or better quality.

Terrible service! The girl who waited on us/ blew up our balloons had no idea what she was doing. Not friendly, didnt ask if we needed any weights for the balloons, moved very slow, and complained the entire time. The manager at the Kenosha Party City Cindy is the rudest and disrespectful person ever. A customer asked her about creating a birthday banner for her and she said the banner machine was down, and it would take ten days to get it back up and running. The customer needed the banner by August 26 and it was August 12, which would have given the woman 13 days out of the ten to get the banner done. I interrupted the conversation and told the woman to visit the party city website, try and order the banner from there. The manager Cindy was not doing her job, or even trying to give this customer another alternative to get the banner she needed, plus after that another customer came to me, asking me how to order balloons in the store. For a minute there I felt like an employee, instead of a customer, which is not good for this retail store. Customers should never have to help other customers, when the manager is standing nearby. Then to put the icing on the cake, Cindy the manager called me “Dear”, as she was giving me my own balloon order, which is very disrespectful. Kenosha Party City, is disorganized, has the worst customer service, and very unprofessional. If you want a better customer experience, I would suggest taking a trip to Racine Party City, or doing business elsewhere. I have addressed problems with the Kenosha Party City store before to the company’s headquarters and they obviously don’t value there customers in Kenosha, Wisconsin. I can promise you, that this would be the last time I enter the Kenosha Party City ever again.
