Graduated from Carthage & did grad school there as well. Throughout my whole experience, staff here have been incredibly rude. Whether it be for my need to use my financial aid towards my book fees (an option!) or just returning a rental, they are inconvenienced by EVERYTHING!PLUS, the time they open on Google is incorrect. They open at 11am and NOT 9am. Best to call before showing up because you will be greeted with rudeness.

Took 9 days to get an order ready for in store pick up just to charge me $50 more than what it said at checkout because they didnt have the new version and didnt ask me first. Such a scam. Just find your textbooks on Library Genesis instead. Dont give them any money.

The non-student staff is usually pretty rude. Shouldn’t be advertised as a barnes and noble since they don’t sell anything but textbooks and spirit wear
