Been to a few other bookstores at other schools. This one had the friendliest people working and ready to help if needed. Store was well stocked and had everything we needed right there.

Not very cooperative, had to physically come to the store 3 times about an order and was told twice theyd give me a call with an answer to my questions. Never heard anything and when I came in again they told me it was too late and I had to pay for a book I never used. 0 sympathy or answers, just handed me a receipt.

Long waits to do simple tasks, definitely a management problem, organization problem, yikes

Not very willing to answer questions. I had to physically come to the store to see if they had a book in stock which isn’t a problem but what’s the difference if I called and you told me or if I came into the store? If you have it you have it whether I’m there or not. So they make me waste time coming just to tell me to my face that they don’t have it. And on top of that I always get someone really rude and inpatient. Not very welcoming.

Great bookstore! Can literally buy anything in there from macbooks, to lysol, coffee cups, jackets, frisbee golf disks, anything!
