Very happy with our vinyl plank flooring!!Bruce was our salesman and he was friendly and very informative on flooring selections.Our installer Virgil was fantastic. Keeping me posted as he went through every process of removal and installing my new kitchen flooring yet working very efficiently and professionally! Cleaned up after himself. A really nice guy! Felt very comfortable with him being in my home.I will come back to Carpetland for future purchases.

Had a rough start however the installation was fantastic we were more than happy. Love the carpet.

Run as fast as you can from this place. Received quote in Feb. Theyve had a substantial deposit and still took several phone calls to management to finally get a May install date for wood floor. Guys showed up with no materials needed. Couldnt do the install as planned. Took another day off work to be home for the install when guys showed up to say there is a problem with the sub floor. They had our money for months, took much harassment and phone calls to managers only to get install date set and now are told theres a problem with the sub floor height. These guys dont know what they are doing.

Jennifer was great to work with. Once we were able to pick out our carpet color (too many choices), the install was quick and very professional. We had to delay the install initially (due to issues with the house, not Carpetland), but they were very understanding and worked with us. Once we got it rescheduled, they were on time and finished quickly. Thank you Carpetland for the great carpet, now it is soft and so much more comfortable.

He took the time to calculate the square footage of four rooms based upon the blue prints I provided to provide us with a rough estimate for materials and installation costs. Last year I had flooring put in, but we were surprised when the thresholds seemed to be chipping over time. When I called, Aaron was incredibly helpful and she made sure everything was taken care of. With the help of her and her boss, Chris, they realized the pieces weren’t properly installed and are fixing the problem no questions asked. They were determined to find a solution, incredibly prompt, kind, and caring. You can tell that even though it wasn’t their fault, they just wanted to make sure the I was happy with the end result!

I live in Colorado. When my mother said she was paying a company to do her floors I thought she was going to be overcharged or have sub par quality products. Neither happened. I just came to WI and checked out the floors. Well done.

I recently bought my first home and it needed A LOT of work. I wanted hardwood floors but just couldnt swing it. Carpetland ended up showing me some gorgeous laminate flooring. I ended up going with a Pergo Laminate and I absolutely love it. My guests never even question whether or not its actual hardwood. You can bet when I can afford to upgrade to the real thing, Ill be coming back.

Jason Kirsch was extremely helpful in coming out to my office to give me an estimate on new flooring. While I have decided to take this project on, on my own I would recommend Jay to anyone looking for help with new flooring as he is very knowledgable in this field and was quick to come out to my location and provide an estimate!

Hit up Dan @ Carpetland. Our basement got soaked and we needed replacement flooring in a hurry. Our adult child coming home on leave from the Navy and our other adult child home from school, for the Holidays and we wanted to make them as comfortable as possible when they came home. We ordered on a Sunday and Dan had the product and lined upinstaller laying down a waterproof laminate before the end of the week. To note, the installer, Eric, also was fantastic and was incredible to work with. He knew his stuff and even let me his tools to help prepare for the flooring. The best thing when I told him we were in a hurry he worked longer hours to make sure we had time to prep for our homecoming. Without these guys going we wouldnt have had a great Christmas with out Dan and the great installer.

Doing business with these people has been a horrible experience. Not only did they install our new flooring incorrectly, they also overestimated the amount of material and told us we could not return the expensive flooring not used. I will never use them again nor will I recommend doing business with them.

They have really good deals all the time on giant remnants. Bonus for us that have small houses!

I had to redo the floor in my bar and it was a total pain in the butt. I let it go way to long. Had rotted areas and the floor was trashed. I was also looking to do it on the cheap! Chris Terry - the manager(I think) hooked me up. He gave me solid advice on how to handle the problems and was creative in saving me some money. I would totally recommend.

Had LVP installed throughout entire house. We love our floors! We are very pleased with our sales associate Aaron. Aaron worked hard to help me make the right choice and got back to me right away with any questions or issues. We also cant say enough about the installers Dave and Jake. They went above and beyond anything we asked them to do. They where polite and always cleaned up everything every day. Could not be happier with the installation.

We used carpetland to do our basement a few years ago and are replacing other carpets. They do a great job.

Terrible place to buy flooring from. Over 4 grand in carpet installed horribly. 4 different installers out to make repairs and still not satisfactory. Asked twice for repairs on my stairs that were done incorrectly and they blow me off, Dan Becker even measured for the piece that needed to be replaced. And... nothing. Tired of dealing with these people. Tired of them making me feel like im nagging. We can see seams at every door way. Stair tucks coming unstapled. Forget about their lifetime installation warranty. Like pulling teeth to try and get repairs done, mean while they harass you every day for a 200 dollar payment when the job is not complete to a satisfactory condition and refuse to address issues. Will never use again or recommend to anyone! Horrible horrible horrible experience!

They installed my kitchen flooring and Ive had nothing but problems with it. They have been promising to fix it for over 3 years now and I have gotten nothing from them. They blamed the manufacturer but I had someone else take a look and the problem is the installation.

Reached out 3 weeks ago for issues and havent heard back. The grout is literally crumbling in our bathroom. There are spots in the floor that are hard or missing padding all together. This was a brand new home.
