Wonderful experience from beginning to end! I dealt with several different staff members who were all very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The ease of taking samples home, communicating with staff, along with scheduling the install helped ease the stress of a big expense. The installers were all amazing as well! Owning a number of rental properties is challenging in itself and finding a good flooring store that will come up with a solution for long lasting flooring at reasonable pricing is even more challenging. Matt at Carpets Plus Outlet exceeded expectations. He had a plan for each of my rental properties and pricing that was reasonable. Their installation was professional and perfect. From start to finish this was completely great! Chrissie was our sales rep at the store and she was beyond helpful. She really really took her time and went above and beyond in all of her service to us. From making sure we had the right samples and helping us to take the samples home and let the house pick what it wants. Shes really knowledgeable! Then Matt, the owner, was incredibly helpful and kind when he came out to the house and measured. I just love the customer service and kindness of all of the people we worked with. I was able to call and speak with Chrissie many times to answer questions and Matt too. We felt valued and cared about. Every step of the way. Then Izzy and Josh came to install yesterday. Man they were great!!!! So courteous and respectful of our property and so friendly!! They did such an impeccable job and so thorough. They did little extra touches too. Im just so thrilled with our experience. And truly good prices too!

We had Carpets Plus Outlet in to have our old laminate floor ripped out and new luxury vinyl installed. They did an absolute amazing job. It was not an easy job either...the old laminate floor and a layer of subfloor had to be removed. The old laminate was glued to the subfloor, which happened to be screwed down instead of nailed, and the cabinets were on top of it. They installed the vinyl in the foyer, hallway, half bath and kitchen and it looks perfect. Thanks guys!

Needed new flooring for my parents condo. Due to their needs we were looking for a floor and installation that met certain specifications. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The selection was excellent.The installation is beautiful and very well done. Prices are inline with competitors we looked at too. The next time I have a flooring need I won’t need to shop around, I’m going right back to CPO. I would not hesitate to recommend them.UPDATE (Apr 2021): It’s been a year since the installation. The flooring looks as good as the day it was put in. This after the expected heavy usage of medical equipment. CPO did a great job in helping me pick the right product for my needs, installed it perfectly, and I couldn’t be more pleased.

The process was easy from day 1. Our needs, budget and preferences were heard. We were even given the option to install in under 2 weeks if we wanted prior to Thanksgiving! The install was completed with half a day to spare, guys were super clean and respectful. I needed a quick return trip for a flooring transition strip, I blame myself because I was not present to sign off. Regardless, I believe the owner himself answered my cust care call on off hours and had someone call me same day and in under a week all was perfect. I highly recommend Carpets Plus for your projects. We LOVE our carpet, super plush and comfy padding and we saved about $400 from our planned budget. We received other quotes for our over 1000 sq ft project that came in way above budget, tried to up sell and didnt follow up. Could not be happier with our new flooring!! We took well over a year to decide on new flooring (its a HUGE undertaking) and by far Carpets Plus Outlet exceeded our expectations. From Matt (who was incredibly patient and incredibly knowledgeable and a pure joy to work with) who came out to our house to take our measurements and go through our (best) options all the way to the Trevins installation crew, I am telling you, YOU CANNOT BEAT THEM!! Carpets Plus is a purely professional family owned business, they have done many jobs for us in our own home and our adult childrens homes,,, from Matthew its always a pleasurable experience and we can also always count on Penny and Neils friendly personality to help us thru our redesigning, the office help and installers are also just as friendly and professional,,, a TOP notch business!!!!

My wife and I finally made the decision to pull up the old carpeting and have hardwood floors installed in our living room. We sought out 3 quotes. 2 local companies and a national company. (Im sure you know their phone number by their jingle.) The first local company never responded to my request for an appointment. The National company came with samples which was nice, but that was the only nice part about it. Once they measured, they said its normally $7500 but theres a sale that ends tomorrow that brings it down to $5500. I thanked him and said Id make a decision after our next appointment which was with Carpets Plus Outlet. Once I told him that he dropped his price to $3500 immediately and told me that was a today offer. At that point I just wanted to get him out of my house. The Guy from Carpets Plus came over and it was an entirely different experience. He did his measurements and answered our questions. He also pointed out a few things that they would need to do to make the install perfect that I didnt even think to ask. We picked out a hardwood sample and they quickly priced it out for us with a detailed quote. (The quote from the other guys had almost no detail). In the end Carpets Plus was a bit higher as the other guys lowest price, but we chose Carpets plus. The install guys did a friggin AWESOME job! Their attention to detail was better than what I was expecting and in the end we had an amazing new floor. Thanks Carpets Plus! You have a customer for life.
