Friendly staff, but the most disgusting Starbucks Ive ever been to. I mean you really have to be neglectful to let it get this way. So the floors were filthy in the food production area and the bathrooms. Now I wouldnt have cared so much except for the flies. Dozens of flies near the espresso machines, the lobby, and especially inside the food display case. Photos included. Zoom in to see all the flies on every pastry.Im not an expert but Im assuming the fly issue is due to unclean water and floor drains. These are super easy to clean. I can only attribute that to laziness.Please be careful when purchasing food here!

Paid for a venti...they have me a grande in a venti cup. I order ahead and dont have time for the BS. Its $5 ...make it correctly please!

They have very little parking here and the parking lot it self is difficult to get into. It was clear that they pay more attention to the drive thru customers than their customers inside the shop. We waited for a few min before we were even acknowledged and we were the only people inside. It seemed almost like they were annoyed we were there.

I love this location & the baristas! Sometimes the order ahead is not available because of the staff shortage but thats not their fault & the ones that are working are greatly appreciated!

Thought the manager should know how great their staff was today, went above and beyond and my Frappuccino was perfect!

The workers here have absolutely no idea how to make a sweet cream cold brew.. whatever they gave me taste like extremely watered down old coffee with milk.

Went to get a drink on Mother’s Day they rang up grande instead of venti offered to pay the difference and they said they didn’t have anymore coconut milk and then proceeded to sell a coconut drink to the next person in line. Have never been more upset just because they didn’t want to make a guava passion fruit drink.

Was driving by and decided to stop for a coffee, and just had what can only be described as the most pleasant drive through experience Ive had possibly in my entire life. The barista tending to the drive-thru, Carlos, was incredibly personable and engaging. Overall experience 20/10. As always the coffee slaps too

Very good service

I am really tired of coming here in the morning. They just can’t get through the line fast enough and I can’t cancel my order when they take 35 plus minutes. It makes us late for church. We tried the app. I arrive and it’s still not ready.

Convenient, timely didnt even have time to pull my computer out. Clean well stocked.

Nice shop. Staff generally friendly. Always busy as it sits right next to the interstate. Free wifi and plenty of seating for any need. Lounge chairs are great for meetings with a relaxed feel. Selection of coffee beans, cups, music, snacks, and more.

There is New Management there. The rude and is trickle down to the other shift managers. This makes companies go broke. Especially my customer complains in there not plaintiff. I watched it happen in front of me today.

My two daughters went inside and got drinks. They were not offers their change. The employee put it in the tip jar. That is NOT okay! I tried calling for 15 min and no one picked up the phone. I tried to take care of this by talking to a manager.

If you ask to take my order, please be ready to take my order and not interrupt me 5 times whe im trying repeat it for the 3rd time. Then I get to the window and all of the employees are dancing around with music blasting. One of them dropped a drink. Maybe some focus is needed..

The staff here is so friendly and competent. We have a lot of Starbucks in the area, but this one is my favorite. I go out of my way to stop here.

I come back for Maddie T! She is always so welcoming and nice and if there’s ever an issue she will do her best to fix it for you as soon as possible. When you expect good and fast customer service she’s sure to provide it for you and to top it all off everytime she makes our drinks they are delicious.

Ordered a venti toasted white mocha... Apparently I should have ordered a Grande because thats how much it was filled, but yet I paid for a venti.

For a coffee place charging $5 for a flavored latte I expect more accuracy than messing up one drink two ways. When returning it for a refund (Im not waiting another 10 min in line) being called hon is unacceptable. Weve not met before, dont call me honey or any form of it.

Best Starbucks team anywhere. If you ever in the area you have to stop in and check it out. The baristas are very attentive to your order and make sure that they get things bright the first time the best they can. Sometimes this place can get real busy so you might want to mobile order ahead of time so your drink is ready when you get there. I often come here to work for a few hours at a time and all the other customers are very happy and content. Very seldom do I ever hear anybody say anything negative about anything at this location.

It was really delicious I lived the Chestnut Frap. Also the peppermint brownies were good as well. My rating isnt for the prices or food, its because we saw bugs in the Grate where the snacks like cake pops were loctaed. TY STARBUCKS!

Nothing bad to say here. Fresh, fast, coffee with a smile. Staff is very helpful explaining different drinks. I even went in having completely forgot my wallet at home and the barista kindly reminded me about the Starbucks app. She patiently waited while i downloaded, and set up my Apple Pay with the app!

This use to be my favorite Starbucks when coming into Wisconsin. This last time has me second guessing stopping here again. I got an iced white chocolate mocha. I got my drink and hopped back on the highway heading to Milwaukee took a sip and it’s rancid. It tastes like something fermented. I just wasted money on a drink that either has bad syrup or milk but either way I had to pull over to spit the drink out.

I come here almost every morning staff is pleasant and genuine. Have an extreme devotion to this particular Starbucks never have a good day at work if I go anywhere else.

Starbucks anywhere is generally great. Service is always friendly and quick. Also this Starbucks has two wheelchair accessible gender neutral single stall bathrooms. At least one has a baby changing table too. #LetsGuide

This is the best Starbucks in Kenosha! Even as new ones open up, this one has stayed top notch. Its always my preferred Starbucks if Im closer to the I than the lake. The staff is super friendly, and they know how to make their drinks. :)

The average Starbucks with friendly and fast service. Ive had a few orders that werent exactly up to par but youll find slip ups with chains like this sometimes. Overall a great experience.

Worst cup of coffee in years. I get a least 2 cups of coffee every weekday. I order the same thing every time (mocha breve, no whip, no foam, own cup). I have been to this shop on a couple of occasions, as I drive up and down I94. And usually, there are no issues. Today, however, was not usual. Today I have a Star Reward to use, and I told the young man that when I gave the order (and saw it on the order screen) and got a sandwich. They take care of it at the window when they scan my Reward Card. So, I get to the window give them my cup and present my phone to be scanned. As I did they young man says the amount, which seemed high. I reminded him to use the Star Reward. His reply is,Oh, you needed to tell me that before. Excuse me? Didnt I say I had a Star Reward at the window? Didnt I see it on the order screen? Oh, you need to tell me that. That was a different person. No, you guys need to communicate better inside the building. That is all I have ever done. Never had any problems. So, them I get my coffee and drive off, upset. Then I take a sip of coffee. All foam. Now my morning is messed up. Not happy right now.

Now weve had 2 terrible experiences at this location. Totally didnt make our beverage, waited for a good 10 minutes, and then nothing but an Im sorry. Very unfriendly workers as well.

My husband and I are both disabled, and weve noticed that the baristas were laughing, and snickering at us. It took them over 15 minutes to get our beverages, while several people got theirs before us. Also, why dont they wear name-tags? Who would have thought baristas at a coffee shop treat disabled people like that?

Extremely frustrated Ive had a rewards card with Starbucks for close to ten years now Go into to get a drink and it was Ice milk instead of a frappuccino. Had to get on the interstate for a meeting . Called talk to somebody they said if I could come back they could remake it Im already down the road. She said well you can come back tomorrow and have it remade. I said may want not want to use it then can you not just put it back on my card as I am have a rewards member.She said they are not allowed to do that but she would write a note in the office with my name to give me one of the coupons for a free drink. Which really wouldnt be free because they just giving me the one that they messed up. Go back in today of course nobody knows whats going on theres no note left nothing to verify that and the girl there says will we can remake it I go thats not what I was told . She reluctantly gave me a gift card for it which still wasnt the right amount . Then she got an attitude to run a car that took 30 seconds. I was the one that had the wrong drink yesterday had to throw it away made an extra trip out of my way to come back to pick up the coupon so I could use it wherever I am on the road due to their are in inability to make a frappuccino.

The service here is great!! I love the staff.The only reason why I would give STARBUCKS (not this store) a bad review is because of the ridiculous amount of ice put in their beverages. This isnt the employees fault, this is how Starbucks tells their employees to make the drinks. We should not be paying for ice. When I went to Starbucks today, I thought I had ordered a grande cool lime refresher with two pumps of peppermint. Instead, it turns out that I actually payed four bucks for a grande cup of lime and peppermint flavored ice... Disappointed, I drank what little of the actual drink there was in one sip. Now I just have three cups of four dollar ice to chew on. Thanks Starbucks!!

Coffee was not good at all. Very disappointing when all you need is an afternoon pick me up. Ordered a cinnamon dolce latte, which tasted like iced coffee and milk and an iced americano that did not taste like one. I’ve been let down by Starbucks drink quality but this was probably the worst.

If you need a quick stop for re-fueling to continue your journey on the road, Starbucks is an option. The staff was friendly & nice, ready to serve you.

Who designed the layout for access to this place - a torturer?Getting into the parking lot to order inside is confusing; the drive-thru is confusing and crosses the main entry into parking, and its hard to tell where the front and the back of the store are.This rating only reflects on this location, not SB as a whole.

I stop here quite a bit. The service is always good, and the the orders done quickly and accurately. Very good by Starbucks standards.
